I’ve been coming to Arthur’s Lei stand for over a year now. I’ve been VERY happy every time I’ve come here… Until today. No military discounts? No kama’aina? What’s going on???

I just had to write a review to say that I think Arthur’s lei stand is AWESOME! I’m going to buy all my leis here from now on and also tell all my family to come here. Her leis are beautifully made, fresh and she always has the best prices. Awesome service too.

Best Lei Stand in the World. Wouldn’t get my leis from anywhere else. If you need a Lei Moana is the person to see, friendly and fair on price. Sometimes under the cost should be. Thanks Arthur’s for always having what o need.

Aruthur’s is just one of many lei stands located at HNL Airport. I’ve been to several of these vendors on numerous occassions. They don’t vary much in price or selction from each other. So why do I choose to shop at Arthur’s? It’s because of the excellent customer service. I’m always greeted immediately and they always ask me if I’m looking for something in particular, while other lei stands don’t even acknowledge your presence while parusing their leis. During my recent visit to Arthur’s, I purchased 3 leis and a really sweet employee only charged me $ 5 for a let that was supposed to cost me $ 7 because I was buying 3 leis. She was so awesome, she even thanked me for my business and practically hugged me before I left! They don’t give paper receipts with your purchase but they offer to send you a receipt via text message to your mobile phone. Like their competitors in the same row of lei stands, Arthur’s has a wide variety of fresh flower leis but the sole reason I choose to shop there is because of the great customer service.

Aunty Cissy and Moana were so helpful in helping us prepare lei for our wedding. We live in LA now, so planning from afar was hectic in some ways but not in the floral department. We did not have bouquet or floral arrangements – just lei to adorn the people(walking flower pieces!) and Arthur’s lei stand was so helpful leading up to the big day. So easy to contact by phone… so attentive(we felt that they felt the importance of our day even though we hadn’t met). The lei for us(bride and groom) were so much more beautiful than I envisioned(royal ilima with pikake for me and Hilo maile with kukuna and tuberose for him). The cigar lei and ginger and pakalana for our parents were so special, and made with aloha. Each guest wore tuberose and orchid and looked so festive. Everything I asked for exceeded my expectations and we were so proud to support this family business on our special day of uniting families. Thank you Arthur’s!!!

This is the worst lei stand. They lie to you and have poor quality flowers. We ordered a white haku lei for my daughters baptism and we got wilted flowers and it was not white. They are expensive and over priced and don’t provide receipts. Please please shop around the other lei stands. Poor poor poor service.

9.16.13. On a Sunday where do you go to pick up lei if you need? Rather than chancing the downtown/Chinatown shops, we decided to check out the Airport Lei Stands; according to my Dad, «they garrens going be open». To get to the lei stands, head to the airport Arrivals area(the ramp going down, almost like you’re going to the Airport Post Office too). You should see signs that say«Lei Stands» with arrows directing you. You’ll want to get to the far left lane at the bottom of the off ramp. Once you round the corner you’ll take another, almost immediate left turn. You should see the row of stands on your right and a little past that you’ll see the parking toll booths where cars are exiting from the structure(s). I have to say I was surprised that there were in fact a handful of stalls open; it was already 5:30 pm on Sunday! My parents went out to check out the stalls, after looking at one, the lady manning Arthur’s Lei Stand approached them & asked them what they were looking for. Her initiative scored her a sale because my parents ended up buying a maile lei from her. I am not sure exactly how much my Mom paid, but it must have been reasonable otherwise she would have passed. It seemed like the people working here had good customer service; my parents did not make any comments about being pushed in the sale. The lei was fresh & smelled wonderful. Just be prepared to pay with cash. Unilocal 365 Challenge: #258/365

Today was my first time shopping at Arthur’s lei stand but I will definitely be back. They have a great selection or leis and the staff is amazing! So friendly and kind. I bought a maile lei to hand carry to a graduation ceremony on the mainland. I originally wanted to twist tuberose in the lei but they explained that tuberose is delicate and helped me find some nice orchids instead. Prices are reasonable and the customer service is awesome!

This is one of my favorite lei stands at the airport. Sure, it’s a smile contest once you turn that corner, but Arthur’s Lei Stand always has a beautiful assortment of leis. They always are so helpful in helping us pick the right type of lei for the uncle/aunty/cousin, etc. that I have always needed help with. On many occasions, they have also given me another lei for free. Sure, I always go to buy more than one lei, each time, but they are always so generous to give me another lei, just for fun.
