This is the best hardware store I’ve ever been too! The owner is really great! The service is exceptional! I highly recommend this ACE!

I have been a loyal customer of Chamberlin Ace Hardware since I moved into the neighborhood in 2004. When I enter the store, I am greeted by my name and some of my favorite staff even ask me about my dog! Through these many years I have had some crazy projects; not really knowing how to accomplish my task, but the staff has always took the time to explain, educate and show me different options. I have never felt that I am being ‘sold to’. The knowledge the staff has is amazing and what impresses me the most is that they are not in a hurry when helping me!
Another great bonus is that there is a US Post Office inside the store, there are no lines and the clerks are friendly and helpful! Great place for great advice or just hang around and look at all the cool stuff!

We went to this Ace for the first time (we just moved here) looking for Xmas lights and small screws. The employees couldn’t have been nicer. The young man helped us for at least 20 minutes to find 4 screws… totally under $ 1!
We couldn’t find the Xmas lights we were looking for but the manager (owner) was so nice and helpful. We will definitely return to this Ace Hardware!

Terrible customer service. Manager Carlos powerless to make a decision without «owner» who wasn’t there on the weekend. 30 day return policy means no store credit and your stuck with what you buy. Terrible prices, poor selection, and bad service is the trifecta which will still leave me pining for a better option than the big box stores. Do not go there…

Why name the place Ace Hardware when you can’t even return something from another Ace Hardware store? This place not only have limited selection of items, they also have employees with bad attitudes towards customers of minority. If I could give it zero stars, I would have.
Warning to all who thinks they could buy something from one Ace Hardware and try to return it here. Who knew they were all «independently owned» as the cashier sadly told me. Not even a sorry or anything. It’s really too bad that you got tricked to thinking all Ace Hardware are franchise linked?!
I think I will stick to Home Depot or Lowe’s from now on!

We’ve shopped here many times over the past few years, and we’ve always enjoyed great customer service. However, on a recent trip we purchased what turned out to be a faulty product.
When we took it back in, we found out that the store has a no refund, no return policy. When my husband explained that the product had never worked, and that he simply wanted to exchange it for one that did, the manager rudely pointed out his sign and walked away.
For our home improvements we’d like the option of taking back a product for reasonable exchanges or refunds, so this company will no longer receive our business.

After hunting for an odd size A/​C filter I stopped at ACE… they HAD them in STOCK. I was sold; I go here first and usually do not have to look anywhere else. We replaced out lightbulbs with the efficent ones and my husband checked Lowes and Home Depot, but ACE had the best prices. They are family owned, and it shows in the manner that they offer customer service and seem attentive to details. I have also had keys made there after throwing away two sets made at walmart that didn’t work! Parking is always easier than Lowe’s and Home Depot, but most importantly I can ask for help and they actually know what I am talking about… at those other places it is self-​serve and if you stop someone they usually tell you «that’s not my department» !!

What a nice alternative to the super centers of Home Depot and Lowe’s. We went to Home Depot and they didn’t have the small light bulb we needed but suggested that we head over to Ace. Wow, I’ve found my new ‘go to’ store for hardware.
What a nice experience. I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. I showed them the bulb and the told me the aisle right away. When I got to the aisle, it was the right one. Another person saw me and asked if I needed any help finding my bulb. They had my light bulb which Home Depot didn’t. And, try getting the personal service I received today at one of the huge places.
This Ace also has a post office in the back, which is so convenient! I wouldn’t try and send anything international from there, but everything else makes this a great resources.
The place is a bit rundown, but it has everything you need. It sells coffee and other housewares so it feels like it’s trying to be like Bering’s, just a little more ghetto. It’ll definitely be my first stop from now on if I need anything ‘hardware’ like.
