This is by far the worst desi restaurant I visited It is very sad that all Pakistani restaurants have the filthiest restrooms. The toilet tank was broken The toilet seat was dangling on one hinge so one could not use the toilet at the risk of falling in the toilet There were no towels in the dispenser and there was nothing holding down the faucet it came up in my hand when I used it(trick faucet) There was no sign for the employees to wash their Hands. No wonder they don’t because of the filthy conditions Finally the food was just as bad as the barhroom STAYAWAYFROMTHISCRAPPYPLACE

The food is horrible. The biryani was undercooked, the chicken was burnt, and the naan were burnt as well. I was extremely disappointed at this restaurant.

Delicious kabobs and chicken. Great customer service. Even if you order something you don’t like they will refund you. You will never be dissapointed. Excellent price.

Nope! I am so disappointed in this place! I am returning based on past experiences that were good but this time I think they served either dog food or left over kabobs! I will attach a picture for you to see. Never again will I give my business to this place. What a shame! $ 6.00 for a «ground beef kabob» that literally looks like poop. Disgusting and very disappointing.

Been hankering to try this place out for a while and I very much enjoyed it. The place is huge but was practically empty when we arrived. I noticed right away the seasoned grilled items in the presentation glass. The ambiance wasn’t much but better than most desi joints. We ordered two samosas to start, Chicken Tikka Platter, Butter Chicken, and a Kabob roll. I like that the platter comes with rice and naan rather than ordering those seperately. The Chicken tikka was a bit of a puny piece but it had nice spice. The Butter Chicken was also really good and the Paratha Kabob roll was huge. Bigger than I’ve seen at most places that serve them. Price came out to 22 dollars and filled me and my family up. Will definitely come again if I’m in the mood.

I don’t know what some of negative reviews are because I thought food was very good. The flavor and level of spice exceeded my expectations. Ordered shami kebab and chicken seekh kebab. Chicken seekh kebab was amazing in taste. I’d come back for that for sure. Service is good not anything special. They are very busy and have quite a bit traffic of customers picking up take out. Tons of sitting space and it’s quite clean.

Owner is very nice. Samosa is bit bland and oily. The naan is big and smells so good. The chapli is alright but the flavor is off. It’s edible, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great service. The owner is often at the register and will gladly recommend a dish based on your ability to handle heat. The food is delicious. It definitely has a home made feel. The naan is fresh and a strongpoint for the meal. I would happily recommend this to all my loyal Unilocal followers.

Your typically average Indian place. Food is hit and a miss and is never consistent. The chicken biryani and beef kabab is probably the best here, but you can treat yourself to something better.

We have only had their take out, never have eaten at the restaurant. The food has been consistently good, Fresh, and a good quantity for the price. My favorite item there is the fish and my least favorite item is the chicken kabob. It’s very close to our family’s home, so we can pick up food when there’s nothing to eat at the house. I enjoy the food — no issues.

I like the place but there are a few things I don’t like and believe if they were to fix they would be top notch. GREAT naan and VERYGOOD Biryani. The owner is not rude at all, he is very nice. Liked the Potato Samosa, they are very good but they were served to me cool, not hot… Kabobs and other meat dishes were less impressive and I expected a bit better from a place with kabob in the name. The guys who run the place are nice but the lady who served was lackluster at best. Price is pretty cheap on the whole. I like the place, it has pretty good food but I would be willing to pay a bit more for better service and more attention to food quality.

I would give them 4.5 if possible. The food is excellent. Beef kabob is good but not great. Chicken same. The Naan is amazing!!! The hummus is good but could use a bit more seasoning. Prices were reasonable. Service was good. My only gripe is that the back area(restroom) could use some TLC.

It hurts to give them just two stars but after several visits it’s just not up to par with the few good pakistani kabab joints in Houston. Thier kababs are spicy but the spice just masks the lack of flavor in the meat and it’s quality. The haleem was such a major disappointment, not nearly enough meat in there and what was horrendous was the clumps of spices that weren’t dissolved fully in the curry. Rendered it nearly inedible. The saving grace is the naan but it’s pointless if there is nothing worthy to eat it with! It’s a huge restaurant and they do have somewhat of a cult following. I sincerely don’t get it.

Our group tried 6 different dishes and all of them were excellent! If you can’t handle too much spice, get Palak paneer(spinach with cheese). We became obsessed with the chicken tikka and haleem. If you like spicy food, get the beef bihari kabab. It’s mouth watering, runny nose delicious. Try everything with garlic naan and raita to cool the spice. Try everything! So far it’s all been yum-o!

I crave this place. It is right around the corner from my house and when ever my taste buds need a culture shock I run here. My goal is to try everything on the menu once. The staff is nice and service is quick. Make sure you don’t have cravings on Monday, they are closed.

The owner is very rude and arrogant, the food isn’t even that good. The prices are really cheap though.

My family is not pakistani but thought we’d try something new. The gentleman(possibly the owner) working in the front sensed our confusion was so kind and helpful. He explained what everything was and helped us each choose a dish. We loved the food. I don’t know how this place compares to other similar places but as «outsiders» we throughly enjoyed our experience here. We had the chicken biryani, mutton biryani(spicy!!!) and a couple giros(my parents loved it more than other gyro places we’ve been). We were also served something similar to an empanda as an appetizer which was very good.

The first time I went I liked the place because there kabobs are really good. AAlthough there nihari is average. But the service sucks no one brings you water you have to go ask for it and they bring it with food for u. So of course i went the second time and I had an extremely opposite experience than the first time. I ordered chicken tikka and chicken boti roll an some kabobs family and I am anxiously waiting for it after 30 min of wait they bring the food but no tikka the guy goes I am sorry we are out of tikka and I am like very Nicely I wish I knew before so I could order something else and didn’t had to wait so long and all the guy said I am sorry and left Anyway so I am like ok I will eat the boti roll turn out they put chicken seikh kabob in there so I am like oh no it’s the wrong order. I go up there and I told the guy I ordered boti not kabob and he argues with me saying no u ordered this I go no I said chicken boti and he refused and said no u wanted this. I mean who does that fist u make me wait an say oh we don’t have what u order and than give me something I don’t want. And on top of that arguing with me. Of course I don’t want to go back there after this experience They have no waiters to serve u or take our order they are so unprofessional about it. There drinks are all warm. They are always out of food. And they don’t bring all ur food at the same time they will give u one plate and 5 min later 2nd plate and it’s a mess

If i’m not mistaken, this is the restaurant right next to World Food. I went in when I was waiting on the meat I ordered next door. The place is nice and has more than adequate seating. First two things I noticed were 1) The menu was not too big(sometimes trying to do too much can be a big problem with a lot of Indian restaurants) and 2) it was very well priced. I ordered the beef(kabob) roll and it came out to around $ 4, but the lunch special looked really good as well and it was only $ 5.99! It wasn’t the best I’ve ever eaten, but it was still very good. The only suggestion I would have is that it could use a little bit more masala. I’ll definitely be back to try our the rest of the menu.
