The boudain balls with cheese are soooo good. The wings are too salty. I had 5 spicy lemon pepper and Im sure my blood pressure was pretty high after I finished them. Their wings aren’t good. They have waay too much seasoning on them. I gave them many chances.

Awesome wings. Awesome recipes. These guys put spices on and in the wings. Contrast with Wing Stop, which seems to mostly use salt. Boudin balls are excellent. Fried fish is awesome and is a bargain for the quality, taste and quantity. Cajun Mojo flavor wings are a little weird. The fried wings, insane, regular, and garlic Parmesan are excellent.

They don’t serve water! They force you to buy it bottled if you want a beverage with your meal. I don’t know about anyone else but I think that’s pretty sheisty and an unethical way of increasing revenue. Wings are good, but I’ve never been to an establishment that doesn’t offer complimentary water with your meal. That is enough to never patronize this location again.

The wings here weren’t so bad. I must have come on a good day, because they were nice and juicy. I usually get them naked and crispy(without sauce) or have some sauce on the side. Their hot wings are really medium flavored. Their lemon pepper seasoning is a little on the salty side and I’m not sure why. I remembered to ask for extra crispy fries since I saw someone else eating a basket of fries that looked undercooked and/or soggy. Overall, it was a decent experience for quick wings and fries. I would be very specific on how your food cooked if you’re ordering take-out like I did.

It’s whats easy walking distance. What more can you say? And their wings are actually pretty good. Thisis review has made me think that their fries are a little soggy so I’m going to ask them to fry them a little longer to get them crispier when I walk over there in a few minutes.

This place was soo gooood! Had the spicy lemon pepper and cajun style dry rub… percent. They are pretty good size wings and those boudan balls are the best I’ve had in a long long time. Ohh and the daquires are kinda strong lol and you can get them to go. Score!

I’ve been here before in the past and it’s always been decent. Nothing great nothing bad. I made a Togo order this time over the phone and the lady answering didn’t speak English well and I ordered a 10 piece hot lemon pepper wings and a boudain link. When I showed up she showed me the original sauce wings and I told her I didn’t order that I orders the hot lemon pepper wings. I assumed that they were going to redo my order but instead all they did was shake some lemon pepper seasoning over the original sauce. My daughter was asleep in the car and I didn’t want to wait for them to take any longer so I just went ahead and took the order. For them they thought I didn’t know any better but this is will probably be the last time I’ll be back

I got boneless wings in garlic Parmesan sauce and it was soaked in the sauce. Didn’t like that. Next time I will try sweet bbq, I think that will be better. Fries with seasoning was good and ranch was alright too. A guy got upset because we got a discount bc my husband teaches one of the kids and he decided to be a whiny baby and wanted one too. Really?! The nerve of people… Staff was nice but the people. Some girl kept eying me to make sure her man wasn’t looking at me. PLEASE.

I finally stopped into this new orleans themed, wingstop like place on a weeknight. For the dinner service at least, all of the customers were ordering to-go, except for me. This hole in the wall has mainly hot wings, but also boudain balls and links. You can order wings a la carte, or one of the specials. Both ways of ordering come with a baggie containing celery, carrot and a dip of your choice. Zydeco music is playing in the background. I ordered the Bourbon Street Special, which for $ 8.99, comes with 10 wings and fries. This is only 20 cents more than ordering 10 wings alone. They have about 10 or so flavors, I opted for the honey bbq and insanely hot. I also sampled the sweet heat and the Jamaican jerk. For the flavors, I enjoyed the sweet heat and honey bbq the best, although none were remarkably great. Insanely hot — not really hot after eating the 1st wing. The heat slowly dies out, instead of building up like at other wing places. Jerk — just too herbal for me. Sweet heat — huge for some reason, like chickens on steroids and I mainly tasted honey, overpowering the pepper flakes. Honey bbq — a light bbq flavor that wasn’t smokey whatsoever. Not bad, not great. For the fries with seasoning, they were just blah! I’m thinking they weren’t even worth the extra 20 cents now. These wings were a nice size, as compared to your usual wing places in Houston. I wouldn’t come running back here, but if I was desparate for wings, I’d consider giving them another try.

The food is good and plentiful. The drawbacks are also plentiful. 1. On my first trip i ordered an was charged for the bonfire special but wasn’t given my boudin balls. I didn’t realize it until I got home. 2. On my second AND third trip, I arrived to find out my order had accidentally been given to the person who showed up before me. Or they just never made my order. Not sure that I’ll ever come back

I loooove me some chicken wangzz, not that sissy boneless stuff. Yes, I’m aware there’s probably more meat with boneless, but I love the concept of holding a chicken wing or little drummette and eating around the bone. Something so satisfying about eating with your fingers like a caveman. I know, so classy. Ok, I’m so glad Unilocal search didn’t fail me and helped me discover this gem. I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever step foot into Wingstop or BWW again. They have pretty unique flavors and some traditional ones. I ordered the Bonefire Special which includes 10 wings, fries, and boudain balls. It also comes with your choice of ranch/bleu cheese(ew, why does that even exist) and one celery stick accompanied with one carrot stick. A pretty good portion for me to be full and have leftovers for only $ 10.82 I got sweet heat and garlic parmesan. Sweet heat wasn’t as spicy as I wanted it to be, but I still cleaned the meat off the bone. Again, I know, so classy. Garlic Parmesan was satisfyingly covered with parmesan and a hint of garlic like it should be. Boudain balls weren’t too bad either. I can’t wait to go back when I have that chicken wangz craving again. I might try other things, but their wings are hard to beat for me.

First time here and it wasn’t bad, the service could have been better but the food was really good I had boneless wings fries and dirty rice everything was hot and fresh they have some good wing flavors and a good selection of Cajun sides it is a little expensive but you get alot of food so it’s worth it, they also have a bar with draft beer which is cool so I will be back since its close to my house

I came in after church on Sunday, after getting lost trying to find a Cajun spot. I’m so glad I got lost because I was craving boudin so I google searched boudin and it brought up Bonfire. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I knew it was destiny. Lol. Ordered the Bonfire special and added a boudin link and a drink and every bite of my food was fresh. I even saw an LSU flag(attended). I’m really impressed and will be back.

For starters, I don’t like to write bad reviews. But when it’s called for, so be it. I popped into this little dive hoping to have some beer and wings. They have a bar seating area, so I began my journey from the door to the bar. My shoes sticking to the floor every step of the way. G R O S S. I sat at the bar and ordered up some food. They have draft beer and it was happy hour. YAH! I enjoyed some wonderful cold draft beer and some friendly chatter with the employees. At least the counter-top was clean. They staff did not wear hats or hair-nets. That’s illegal isn’t it? If I recall correctly, raw chicken wings were in an ice chest on the floor. Maybe my mind is playing tricks on me. But there were several potential health-code violations so this is probably an accurate recollection. More than 50% of the time I was there, both staff were in the back or kitchen or whatever you call it. It always feels weird when you can’t see any employees. Not a big issue, but when you want a beer, you want someone to notice without having to summon someone from the back. The food was good enough. No real complaints there. I just can’t find myself going back there again because of the dirty floors and the dive atmosphere. While you’ll probably enjoy your meal here, I would recommend going elsewhere. You will never find me at Bonfire again. That’s the bottom-line.

I ordered regular hot wings and seasoned fries, both of which were very good and left me feeling pretty full! My dad said he’d hoped the boudin balls were a little bit more seasoned but otherwise we left as content customers. I hope to stop by again sometime.
