We were kind of weary about trying this Buffalo location after reading the reviews but we went for it. And we were very pleasantly surprised! The service was great, the hostess was friendly and the food was hot and fresh. Overall a great lunch experience!

Pros: –The food was good –Our waitress, Jacque, was a complete customer service model –Jacque was very attentive to our needs and checked on us without having to flag her down Cons: –Front end agent told us it was a 10 min wait and it was about a 20 minute wait –Blue cheese had no chunks

Horrible service! We had to wait almost 20 minutes for the server to take our drinks. Drinks came out 15 to 20 minutes later, took our order ten minutes after passing & passing by our table. One of our group did not get his food until 30 minutes after everyone else did. I’m assuming the waiter forgot to put his food in the system. He also got all of our tickets mixed up. Overall this is the worst service I’ve ever gotten. He was the«trainer» as well.

These are by far the WORST wings I’ve EVER had. I ordered parmesan garlic n mild flavored. What I received are wings drowned in liquid cheese and hot sauce. At least the fries are good. $ 15 for a barely edible meal that made my stomach hurt. I don’t know… maybe this is how the wings are supposed to come out… not what I’m used to.

Finally decided to check this place out have been waiting for it to open so I was super excited I decided to sit at the bar to watch the packers game the bar tender was quick to take my order which was good I started off with some fried mushrooms and they were horrible but the waitress was kind enough to take them off I ordered a snack size order of wings extra crispy they weren’t crispy at all and a black and blue burger both items tasted bland and just horrible the food was warm not hot Buffalo Wild Wings has definitely lost its way better choices to eat wings in Houston upon leaving the restaurant I immediately went home and took a shower because I felt raped Will not be returning to any Buffalo Wild Wings

Very disappointed BOTH times I went. Waitstaff is very unprofessional, I was told by the host, «Are you sure you don’t want to eat at Olive Garden?» I come from the service industry… Even joking, if that was commented to any of our guests, we would have been fired on the spot. You can’t blame the whole waitstaff for a few morons in the bunch but I do blame the MANAGEMENT for the lack of training. You have to educate and train these idiots you hire to become successful. After being greeted like that I did leave and go to Pluckers; 35 min away on I-10 @ Shepherd and as busy as they were, we were treated outstanding.

Started out slow… Sat down bout 5 min then a server noticed that no one approached us yet. She apologized was very attentive took our table and orders even though we weren’t her section. She was very attentive and polite. Approached by another server about samples. Overall food was pretty good boneless Thursday wings were tasty sauces food. Appetizers were tasty. Experience was very goood a little room to improve but that was expected for only being open for less than a month. I am happy they open this location so close to my home and look forward to my next visit.

Not impressed at all. When I first heard about this new location coming soon I was thrilled. We love BWW. Especially since we live two minutes from here. We typically have to go to willowbrook or spring location. But then we came. And it went downhill. For some reason there is crapping seating for two people. We asked for our usual and me when I eat wings I love to have ranch. It is a must. Well the first ranch they brought me was half full. I let them know hey next time make sure it’s full. We only had one beer each which of course it took the waitress for ever to ask if we need one. I asked for another ranch and again half full so I went through it like nothing. Finally my husband(who is not a big ranch eater except for celery) had to ask for two! And it took them 15 min to bring them. My food got cold waiting for it. Overall service was slow and just not worth it. It wasn’t even that busy.

Enjoyed coming here to Houston’s newest BW3. Had a great experience all around. You could tell they really take care of you at these new locations to ensure your dining experience is superb, from the food to the service… as compared to some older locations in Houston which have gone to the dogs. The stand alone building is rectangular, so is the dining area and you will notice a brighter theme to the restaurant due to the lighting in the central portion of the restaurant, where the bar is located. The 2 sides to the dining room are slightly dimmer, but still brighter than your other locations around town. They have modernized some of the interior and of course upgraded the restrooms. Food did not dissapoint. Service was top notch in the bar area, where I like seating. You always seem to get better service. They currently have a limited time wing flavor«Mayan», which is a mole, so if you’re into that, check it out.

Great new location in north Houston. It’s kind of a pain to get to but service was great. Wings was not served as hot(temperature) as it should have been. The waitress was attentive considering there was a lot of patrons and NFL game going on. I hope the business keeps up the service and keeps the area safe with security.
