Poor service. First timer and last timer. Wanted to purchase a large catering order and Judy refused to offer O N E sample of her product. Only offered sauce samples. REALLY? ONEPARTYWING should not have been an issue.

I’m not a stranger to Wings n More, but this review is based on my first visit to this Northside location and I did not have a pleasant experience. I arrived about an hour before closing and was seated as soon as I arrived. The hostess was kind and the wait wasn’t too long, I was grateful. My problem was the food– Those were the SMALLEST wings I’ve ever seen in my life. To add insult to injury the wings were over cooked; to the point one actually cut/penetrated skin inside of my mouth. Unacceptable. The only thing I enjoyed was the strawberry margaritas. I was still hungry when I left… Also, we had to wait at least 10 mins before someone came to unlock the front door and let us out. My bf had to go chase after a waiter and she still didn’t come when requested. It wasn’t until 3 other gentleman came and it was a line of people waiting to be released. I understand it was a Friday night at closing, however the customer should always come first and this was not the case.

Every time I go to this location, I leave saying, «Never again!» Well, this time I mean it. The service is always horrible. Today, three of us went in on a late(1:30) lunch break. After being seated, we ordered drinks, which came pretty fast. The waitress said she would be back in two minutes to take our food order. Ten minutes later, she still hadn’t been back. I walked up to the front, couldn’t find the waitress and told the manager we would like to order. A few minutes later another waitress came and took our order. I ordered 4 «Suicidal» and 4 «Ghost» wings because those were the hottest versions on the menu with a side of tater tots. My two guests ordered a wing basket with medium sauce and curly fries. When my order arrived, the first thing I noticed was that I received curly fries instead of tots. I complained and the waitress picked up my food to take it back to the kitchen. I stopped her and said it was fine(really, I’m going to complain and you think I’m letting you disappear into the kitchen with my food? Uh, no thanks.) Really? What were they going to do with those curly fries? Reuse them? Why didn’t she just offer to bring me the tots on a separate plate. Weird. But, I figured no big deal, except for the fact that the fries were stale and barely warm. Then I tried the wings, which barely had any spice whatsoever. They certainly didn’t live up to the names«Ghost» and«Suicidal.» My companions complained that their wings didn’t have any sauce on them, to which the waitress asked, «You want sauce on them?» Seriously, hot wings with no wing sauce? How do they go from plain to medium with no sauce? The waitress brought wing sauce in a condiment cup for my guests. Must be «make your own wings day» today. Never again. I mean it this time.

If you were to go here during a Houston Texans/Rockets/Astros game, you can expect to wait from 10 to 40 minutes. Houstonians are quite faithful fans! I recommend going here for the Tuesday or Wednesday special because on Tuesday, you double your traditional wings and on Wednesday, you double your boneless wings. While I do enjoy their Thai Spice flavor, my friends have complained about some other flavors such as Lemon Pepper. The service is quite lackluster; the waitresses tend not to check up on you as much as you’d like. The pricing is average for wings, so expect to spend from $ 10 to $ 25 for you and a plus-one. If you are nearby and wants wings, don’t hesitate to try Wings’n More, but it’s not worth going out of your way to go here. Decent wings for a decent price.

I only write reviews for either a great experience or a disappointing one. This place lived up to more of the negative reviews then the positive ones. Everyone looks at these types of experiences different then others, but with high competition in the area these wings are on the bottom. The wings themselves weren’t that small, but the flavor was missing. The sauces were good, but they were drowned in the sauces to help with the bland wings. Appetizers were below average and the onion rings came to the table ice cold. Literally bit into one that taste like it was parked in the frig before it came to the table. I wasn’t offered to have the rings removed from bill. The service was good, but the layout of this place was confusing. Why put a restaurant into an old office space(everything separated by walls)? It had more of a kids party place atmosphere then a sports bar theme that they seem to be trying to imitate. The menu was a massive book of anything and everything… should be cut down by half. I do talk about giving places a second chance during my travels, but being in Houston there are too many other options. Sorry«Wings n More»…you only get my money this one time!

Don’t understand why the manager felt the need to ask if my boyfriend had his id as if he was gonna drink, or ordered a drink. He said he didn’t have it on him and she said she couldn’t serve him alcohol all ugly and snotty, but he didn’t even order alcohol? She didn’t even ask him if he wanted anything else to drink. Also had numerous waitresses pass by our table eyeballing him to see if he was drinking. It was actually hilarious, like really? Get over yourselves. Ridiculous and childish management

Oh where do I start, ill do the POSITIVES first the service was amazing friendly and fast told us the special of the day, Never let our cups go empty and even offered us a to go drink(Which is always a plus for me). Now on to the the NEGATIVES, the wing size we ordered a 30 piece traditional and they were tiny wings not even a decent size. The wings were also not as hot(temperature wise) as one would think for fresh wings to be when they come out the kitchen especially when there is only 5 tables in the entire resturant. The chances of returning are very slim now even though the service was top notch the kitchen and quality of the food lacked and made the final decision for me at this location.

We frequent this wings n more quite often as most others in Houston turned into brewingz and they are horrible. Wings n more wings arent as big and juicey as buffalo wild wings BUT we love their bleu cheese and the lemon pepper extra hot sauce. I also have a fry afficionado, their curly fries has held the #1 favorite fry spot for probably 9 yrs running. So much so, he plans to be an Aggie just so he can secure certainty that he will be around his favorite fry restaurant in College Station which has the original. We dont comment on cleanliness or anything else because honestly we are too busy enjoying our food drinking our margaritas and downing our dos x pitcher to notice, if and when we manage to look up from the feast, we have giant flat screen tvs with all sport events playing at once to really manage to notice anything else. Its a sports bar and its constantly full, weekends and 2fortuesday you will probably have to wait to be seated.

I don’t care what any one else has to say, I got exquisite service here! Beer was cheep, wings were decent but good priced also. Our waitress was so sweet and made us feel very at comfortable! Now this isnt a place your would go suit in tie by any means but it definitely a place you can chill, have a beer, watch the game and relax!

We found a hair in our wings and the manager was kind enough to offer a discount. Their wings are great and we still got there. We haven’t found any hairs lately.

Casual environment with great specials. Wings are bigger as compared to Buffalo Wild Wings. I used to go for happy hour and fatten on fried stuff. It’s decent but not great. The place stinks, looks dirty and needs an upgrade. My kids like it. We DONOT dine in anymore because service has been super poor each time I did.

Right off the bat, I could tell that we’d never come back to this place… why…do you ask? Because no sooner than we walked into the building, we could see a couple of guys walking around the parking lot looking into vehicles and I know they weren’t looking for their lost dog. We parked right in front so we figured we’d eat and get back to our car to make we had a car to get back to… also, the greeter literally walked right past us as we walked in and didn’t utter a word before coming back about 5 minutes later. A waitress finally came to greet us and took us to a table towards the back of the establishment and got our drink order. Fair-warning, if you’re looking for a classy place to sit and eat some wings, this is NOT the place for you. the benches and the floor looks like it hasn’t had a good enough cleaning in years and the place kind of has a smell to it. The wings were fairly okay until we found chicken hairs still on the pieces we had on our place… I grew up in the country so I’m kind of used to that, but when you come to a supposedly franchise establishment to get some great wings, you do not want to see that… Ever! We weren’t there long because we just couldn’t eat the rest of the wings, so we finished our water-down soda and asked for the check… needless to say, the waitress took forever ringing us up and bringing back our credit card, so I guess you could say that was the last nail in the coffin. Please, please go somewhere else if you want to have a relaxed time with your family and your wings! LOL

Look, I don’t care what any other reviews say: this is about to be the most honest review ever. Is this a place you’d go on a first date? No. Is this a place you’d go when you want beer and wings for relatively cheap when that first date works out for you and y’all are a couple now and don’t mind getting a little messy? HELLSYES. Now don’t get me wrong, this place is not perfect. And not every visit has been perfect, which is why I’m docking a star. Hell, I’m docking one star for a couple other reasons, but I can live with the cons because this is prolly the best REAL Wings N More still around! It’s not the cleanest place, in the sense that they’ve prolly never done any dusting… And the parking lot can sometimes be a bit sketchy… And I have had my wings delivered kinda lukewarm once(but that was maybe 2 years ago) so what I’m saying is, it’s cool! The wings are a good size, there are a ton of flavor combinations, but I myself love their classic BBQ. My boyfriend highly recommends the Extra Hot Lemon Pepper, if you’re into that. Anyway, just go. It’s not 5 star service, but the food is good and their beer is COLD!

Tiniest, pathetic excuse for wings. They were tiny, shriveled up and crunchy. You’d never expect this bad of a wing from a wing place.

The inside is pretty run down. They did not spare the extra dollars to upgrade the tables and chairs but I guess it is the vibe they are going for. I usually go for lunch on Wednesdays during work because they offer double stamps on their lunch specials. So basically you get a free lunch on your fifth visit. Also, I noticed that they offer various drink specials throughout the week even though I have not had the pleasure of enjoying them(one I can remember was $ 5 pitchers of domestics). The wings are average wings. Nothing spectacular but no real complaints about them. I usually get the Hot Garlic sauce. I would say that the wing sauce is not very Hot for Hot. They have a few other sauces aside from the regular(Buffalo, BBQ, Garlic) like Teryaki, Parmesan, and Cajun. You can order a decent lunch for about 8 bucks. They have a decent amount of TV’s but probably only enough that you can see one or two games at a time on Sundays.

This is one of those restaurants where you might get 5 star service one day and 1 star service the next. My kids really like to come here, so I make an effort to take them every now and then. Wing n More serves more than 10 different styles of wings. They include the usual such as Hot, Extra Hot, Garlic, Lemon Pepper, and BBQ. When they are on their game, the Extra Hot are one of the best I’ve tried all over town. They serve the usual sides that you can find at all your wings places such as fries, celery and ranch dressing. This can be a good place to throw down some beers and enjoy a game on the big screens with some friends. Like I said earlier, service here is hit and miss. Especially on Tuesdays when they have buy 1 get 1 on all wings. It may be a good idea to just do takeout on Tuesday nights. Otherwise you may be waiting a while to be seated.

When I read a sign right next to the door that said there is a high frequency of car break-ins at this site, that did not make me want to eat there. But, alas, this is where my friends wanted to go, so I opened the door and went in. I’m not going to waste your time with a long review. Here’s the lowdown: — the service was bad. It seemed as if our server had a million other tables to wait on given the frequency of her visiting our table, but the restaurant was practically empty. — our server added gratuity to a table of six. I thought the rule was a party of eight. Maybe she knew she was doing a bad job and decided to take away the choice of tip from us? — I ordered the boneless chicken wings in a variety of flavors(flavor per 5 wings). They all tasted the same, some indescribable, almost spicy red sauce. Go somewhere else.

MAJORPRO — Two for Tuesday. Use to go every Wednesday for their lunch special but their lunch portions have gotten smaller and smaller and smaller… Not worth the $ 8 anymore.
