Been going to this place for the last couple of years. The man who is usually my waiter has always been friendly and has given me great service. The food is pretty good. The only complaint is the fried rice sucks lol stick with steamed!

Family owned restaurant that’s been here for years. The service can sometimes be a bit slow, but the food is absolutely amazing. Some of my favorites: the Hunan combination and the general tso’s shrimp. The dumplings, veggie or meat, are both great and I tend to prefer them pan fried. As these are made fresh, I like to call ahead to order them on my way to the restaurant.

Fantastic Orange or Lemon Chicken, made with real chicken breast. The house fried rice is delicious, not dry as some places. They deliver so it’s easy and convenient… Try it you wont regret it.

I’ve ordered multiple times for delivery, the food always comes hot, fresh and well packed. They are super fast with my delivery, I am 5 mins away though. I love the chicken noodle soup!!! All the dishes I’ve tried have been delicious including the Jalapeño beef, Lemon Chicken, General Tso’s Shrimp and chicken. Prices are more than reasonable. Portions for lunch menu are good. All the staff I’ve talked to have been super nice and friendly.

I have three bits of advice: 1.) Do not attempt to order online from this establishment. They will wind up cancelling your order. I believe they are getting charged for online orders, therefore, they do not honor your order. After an hour and a half, I realized my order had been refunded and I called them direct. 2.) Terrible food! The food tasted like soap. 3.) Don’t order from this place. You’ll be disappointed.

My family and I have been going to this restaurant since they have been here. The food is good and the owners are nice. They always ask about the other members of my family when they are missing.

This is my favorite take out/delivery place. The fried rice is the best in the area, very simple but good. I love the Hunan Style Chicken and Vegetables. If you are inclined to order fried food like Rangoon or egg rolls, even crispy chicken or Gen Tso’s they know to pop a hole in the container so the moisture doesn’t ruin the food. My fiancé and I have been ordering from here for at least two years and have strayed a few times to try Hunan River Bistro(declined) and Hunan Inn(massive portions, but mediocre at best — though cheap!) I think I have dined in once and remember the service was quite slow, but I prefer the takeout. I almost always get the lettuce wraps and add Thai chili pepper because I love it hot! The crab wontons are a win in my book! The jalapeño wings are crispy, but if you are seeking jalapeño flavor, know that it’s more of a garnish than a flavor… will post pics next time we order.

I placed an order for beef lo mein and orange chicken for my delivery. The order was placed a hour before they closed. The food arrived hot, fresh, and in about 45min. The driver was friendly. The lo mein was good. I’ve never had it before so I couldn’t give a good opinion on it. The orange chicken was great. The sauce wasn’t too thick and wasn’t overly sweet. The rice was alright. I’ll be ordering from here again.

Solidly good Asian food with excellent service. They easily and excellently provided tofu instead of meat. The Mongolian tofu was supurb, the other dish not memorable. The restroom is easily accessed via wheelchair and is truly ADA compliant. My only complaint is they stopped refilling our water once the bill was presented. They did not need the table(only a quarter of the tables were taken).

I use to order from this place occasionally when I was in the mood for Chinese food, but never again. The owner is just plain rude! She messed up on my order and made a dish that I did not want then try to force me to buy it and pay for the dish that I wanted originally. When I refused to do as she said, she got in my face and yelled while waiving her hand back and forth. Then had the mordacity to tell me to never come back. I was in shock to see a owner act that way. I always wondered why they never stayed busy now that question is out the window. I can see exactly why now, with a owner like that I do not see that place lasting much longer.

Best Chinese place in the Area! We like how the different dishes(Mongolian, general Tso, Kung pao, etc) actually are distinguishable from each other and everything we have tried has been great! Some places around here seem to slap a name onto a dish regardless of what it’s supposed to taste like… not so at Chinois. We are working through the menu, trying different items each time. I just ordered for the third time in about as many weeks since we found this place. The sweet lady on the phone has a thick accent, but she has been able to get all my info for delivery and payment without a problem, just go slow.

I’ve only done delivery/take-out from here. I can order online which is the reason why. The food has never been bad, not once. I love it and will definitely order from here again. The«House Fried Rice» contains shrimp, chicken and beef, and is a personal favorite. The dinner dish«Happy Family» is a mix of scallops, shrimp and chicken and is also very good. Great appetizers, I recommend the«Beef Sticks.» It’s worth a try for sure.

This is our current top pick for good, quick Chinese in the area. We’ve done delivery, take out and dine in. Service and food quality have been good on all fronts. Tried several dishes and all were good. I’m currently into the Chicken Szechuan. Only thing that wasn’t our thing was the egg drop soup because it had corn, which we’re not used to. Lunch combo is a great deal if you dine-in. Though if you dine-in you might be the only one there, so it can be nice or awkwardly quiet — depending how you feel about that. For delivery and take-out I recommend calling on the phone over ordering online(and they’ll tell you that if you don’t). Yes they have the website — but I think this is a small mom/pop operation — and they’re just not setup for taking those online orders yet. I believe it’s just a cook in the back and a soft-spoken lady up front whose the hostess, waitress, cashier, and deliverer if you order delivery. Not sure how they do it all, but they do it well.

I’m a nut for good orange beef. I discovered Chinois 10 days ago and have been here 4 times. Easily the best orange beef that I have ever tasted(including D’Oriental in NYC). Chinois’ orange beef is crunchy without being over-cooked and covered in a thick, rich and dark orange sauce which has the kick of the peppers w/o overpowering. Orange skin in the sauce is also perfect. Dish comes with only orange slice and rice, no additional veggies. Simple, elegant atmosphere, no frills dining room with 16 tables. My son praised the General Tso’s Chicken.

My husband and I ordered take-out earlier tonight. He had the general tsos with fried rice and it was a disappointment. I had hunan chicken which is suppose to have lots of flavor and it was lacking. The fried rice was hard and had a strange flavor like it was old. Also, the hot and sour soup which is also suppose to have lots of flavor and spice was watery and also very disappointing. The egg rolls were the only thing I liked out of everything we ordered. I’ve never had blan greasy Chinese food so that was a first. Not sure why this place had 5 stars but don’t waste your money! We will be finding another delivery place for sure.

I have been coming here for years now. They have the best fried rice and cheese puffs. The atmosphere is very relaxing and it is a superclean place. The owners are very nice and all the staff have been excellent. I’ve never had a bad experience. I have ordered most of the items and have never been disappointed.

Great American-Chinese food, awesome service, and for a reasonable price. I love this place! Their décor is so pretty, and it’s such an enjoyable experience to eat here. Their egg-drop soup and pad thai are my favorite. Their fried rice is also incredible.
