(This business is now called LifeStorage.) Stored boxed household goods here in a 5×5 space for a couple of months before an overseas move. Climate control was kept a little warm, but not enough to be of great concern. Dealt with Matthew, who was very courteous, and who on several occasions went above and beyond the level of service I might have expected. Overall, good experience here.

I’m a new customer, but my experience with staff has been great so far. Staff was friendly, helpful and worked with me very well. Renting an RV space, which they suggested an awesome easy access space with plenty of room to maneuver my RV. Plus, they are cheaper, closer and more secure than my old storage place. So happy I was able to secure a space here.

Rude manager! Horrible and insulting. I was only complaining and she made me so upset I’m calling corporate. Said things that were simply uncalled for when you are dealing with a normal complaint from a customer. It was the 3rd time I couldn’t get in my unit and I had paid! She blamed me because I didn’t call the emergency line to let them know and insulted me. She’s no manager and is rude and childish! Mimicked me! Asked if I knew my name very sarcastically(smh)! This is no way to treat any customer no matter what the complaint is-you always strive to please a customer. Not insult them because you can’t handle the pressure of management and a customer having a legit complaint!

Pretty nice storage facility built in a failed grocery store.(Randall’s, I think) Pros: Clean, well-kept, well-lit, and open 24-hour access, easy access to unit itself Very secure recessed lock system Friendly office managers — they gave a sense that they had«ownership» in the success of the business and it shows in their customer service The prices seem competitive.
