Just stopped bye to have an ultimate cheeseburger, greeted by the cashier who was extremely pleasant, this resturant and it’s bathrooms were extremely clean. I was also greeted by the manager, also very pleasant. The food was served on a platter, diner style, fresh flowers on tables. Food was so tasty, a very surprising experience, a lot of pride goes into this store and it shows. Will be back!

Drive through staff is rude, food was wrong(ordered ultimate cheeseburger and got some fried chicken sandwich). They’ve gotten my order wrong multiple times before, this is the last.

Sadly, this location does not have the friendliest drive-thru staff. Forgot about 3 things on our large order(we ordered about $ 36 of food this evening…). Be patient with them… there are only about 2 people on staff who are working the night shift. It takes about 20 – 30 minutes to get your food in the drive-thru. I would definitely recommend checking your order so that you know you’ve gotten everything you ordered. Food was your typical fast food… I’d say go to Whataburger and go get some taquitos instead…

After 10 they are exclusively drive through. Will not allow walk throughs or help from friendly cars. Would not recommend.

As per protocol, pulled up to the mic and waited… and waited… and waited some more. Then finally placed my order of two bacon ranch tacos. Once I pulled up to the window, I waited some more and then more, only to finally receive two cold ass disgusting jalapeño tacos. This location blows.

Jack in the Box is one of those chains that you can take it or leave it. In my experience at least there is no such thing as a raving fan of Jack in the Box like there are fandoms for In N Out, Whataburger, and White Castle(before the teenage suburban pot smokers adopted the chain as their own after Harold & Kumar.) However to quote one of the many great lines from My Cousin Vinny, this place is «dead on balls accurate» in what they do right meow. This place is clean. The workers are nice. The workers always repeat your order back to you to ensure you get what you want, not spaghetti and blankets that you had not ordered. The bacon cheddar fries are the best thing on the menu. This thing is wonderful. It is so cheesy and bacony and friesy. There is no false advertising though. My biggest complaint is that they only have one size, unlike their other fry options where you can get the small, the medium, or the large. There is just one size and it is basically a small. It is small. Let’s face it — there is not a lot in there. At least the price matches the small portion, it costs less than a bacon cheeseburger. But as good as this is from a drive-thru I want a portion size resembling something more along the lines of a large bucket or perhaps a trashbag. That’s why they get three stars instead of foursies. Portion size? I think not. Hear me out meow: this is ‘Merica.

Sadly, I have to admit I’ve been here hundreds of times for late night munchies. And all I can say is that this is the worst Jack In The Box ever. EVAR. Late night on a weekend, you’ll wait in the drive-thru line on average of 20 – 30 minutes. Each time I’ve been here, I think to myself, «no, not this time. It’ll be fast.» Wrong. The other night, they were out of everything — everything!!! Only tacos and a few other side items to be had. If you’re thinking about coming here late night, save yourself the time and go out of your way to a different spot.

Well hey it’s a Jack in the Box… commenting on the food is pointless. I limit my choices here to things that are less than 500 calories, so there’s not much I can get here. The reason this place gets 4 stars is for their great staff. This place isn’t staffed by a bunch of teenagers that would rather be sticking needles in their eyes than working. The people that work here have been there a long time and actually seem to enjoy having customers eating there. They’re always friendly and call you by name… even ask you where you’ve been if they don’t see you for awhile. A++ for that!

This is still the best Jack in the Box in Houston. The staff are amazingly friendly and I get better service here than in most sit down restaurants I have been to. The food is always prepared right and the dining area is kept very clean.
