They were so helpful in letting me know what they had on the menu so I could order accordingly! Very friendly staff. Didn’t really like the smell of the restaurant, but I’m just really picky on that stuff. No complaints of the food. You get what you ask for.

This location was recently opened a few months ago. They are very quick, professional and friendly. I’m always greeted promptly when I walk in. I work nearby and this place is convenient I’ve come here a few times for lunch. I love that they’re so fast! I’ve never had an issue with my sandwich or anything. Recently, they have started to hire more people and they are in the process of training which has made my experience last a little longer i.e. the phone calls are a little longer while the person looks for the sandwich on the computer or asks how to put in a to-go order. Like… I was almost to the restaurant before she finally said«OK, got it. Your order will be ready.» I anticipate that this won’t be an issue for long as everyone gets further trained.

Yesterday I ordered two subs, two drinks and two cookies. A Turkey Tom and An Italian Nightclub. I was very busy at work and didn’t open my sandwich until a couple hours after it arrived(Fine). When I opened it, it was a Billy Club. At this point I call Jimmy Johns back and let them know of their mistake. Maria was great. She came back with a smile and apologized for her mistake. I was happy with her and the correct sandwich. Today, I placed an order for myself. The Vito, which is a smaller Italian Nightclub, but I ordered it the same as I did the Italian Nightclub yesterday. With oregano, hot peppers, and extra vinegarette. As soon as they delivered, I became swamped by my own work again(fine). I decided if I couldn’t eat, I would have my sweet tea. Took one swig and it was SODA. I called Jimmy Johns and told them the drink was incorrect. They delivered a sweet tea while I was with my student. Great! Second mistake in less than 24 hours but I was happy to have my sweet tea so moving on. My students leave and I open my sandwich. No hot peppers. Frustration. Frustration. What am I paying for??? It should not take THREE trips to complete an order correctly. INADDITION to this, when I called the third time to complain about my sandwich being wrong AGAIN, the woman who answered the phone told me in so many words that I was not handling the situation the«right way» which is funny to me as a CUSTOMER and REPEATCUSTOMER who has NEVER received a «RIGHT order». In what world does a business get an order wrong, have a customer call to report the issue, then LECTURE the customer on how to respond to the issue? In what world? So she places me on hold, which was more than okay with me because our conversation was over. A man gets on the phone, John I think, how ironic. Whomever he was, he INSISTED maybe I hadn’t checked the 8″ sandwich thoroughly for the peppers. Also infuriating. How far does one have to search for hot peppers on a 8″ sandwich. I told him at that moment that there were no peppers on the sandwich. He offers to bring me a sandwich with hot peppers, to which I told him I just need Hot Peppers because I already have a sandwich. He says that he will deliver them personally. Fine. Grateful. BUTWHENHEGETSHERE, HEPRECEEDSTOLECTUREME. He said to me, the third trip could have been avoided if I notified them of the mistake when I called about the sweet tea. To which I said, I JUSTOPENEDTHESANDWICH. And the second ANDTHIRD trip could have been avoided if they paid more attention to detail and entered orders into their computer as the customer says them. He actually stood there lecturing me and had the NERVE to insist AGAIN, that I may not have checked the SANDWICH thoroughly. Like are you kidding me? I actually had to just walk away from him with a have a great new year. Their customer service is ABISMAL. GODAWFUL. I don’t even trust them to make a sandwich for me ever again. They clearly felt some kind of way about holding themselves accountable and when dealing with people who are making your FOOD, you can’t be too careful. And these interactions were with two MANAGERS. Michael took my order initially, and while it was incorrect, he provided great customer service. As a mentioned before, Maria was also great. So was the first guy who delivered, WHO I TIPPED. Unfortunately, management is piss poor.
