Forgot to give the burge and very slow. I turned back and it take another 10 mins wait. Spent half an hour in buying a burge and salad. And the box of salad is loose. It is almost a mess in administration. The good thing is they gave a sweet tea when you were waiting.

This branch is the worst. The staff are busy talking to each other. I’ve been here for three times and they ignored me although they have nothing to do except cha cha.

I come here a lot. I am very upset. They did not give me my chicken nugget sauce. They asked me many questions about nugget sauce. They show my nugget sauce on receipt. I now have 20 nuggets that I’m supposed to eat dry? I called. They said sorry. They asked me what sauce I want. I guess they want to give it to me When I drive back there??? They should realize that I have a crappy meal and offer to make me a happier customer. Screwing up your late night after long day of work meal really makes you rethink your relationship with this business that is strong in delivering expectations consistently. Terrible.

OMG. Is this absolutely the worst McDonald’s in Texas? Since I have only been to about 60, I can only say that it is in the bottom 2%. 21 minutes to receive an absolutely standard order with only six people in the restaurant. You have to wait for them to give you your drink and they won’t give it to you until your food comes out … did I mention 21 minutes later? Did I mention that they then gave me a Diet Coke when I had ordered a Dr Pepper which was clearly printed on the bill and then acted like I was being overly demanding? No refills without standing in line, again. The McDonald’s on Kirby is only about a mile away. Well worth the trip to go there, instead.

They are next to a Taco Bell so they lose the battle for your soul as far as late night drunkfood is concerned. They are also near a Whataburger so guess what, taquitos beat out the McGriddle for your breakfast-on-the-go every morning that the drive-thru line is not monstrous and exasperatingly slow moving at Whataburger. So that brings me to how I ended up here as a breakfast consolation prize because homey was not going to suffer the line at Whataburger. Service for a McDonalds was remarkably forgettable and not problematic. And unlike the Midtown McDonalds where I personally know two people that have been mugged there, and been a witness to an aggravated assault myself, no crimes happened in my general vicinity during my time in line nor the brief period of me driving away. This McDonalds gets the victorious hand raised in the bout between the two locations. Though it is still a McDonalds so it only gets to raise a McHand and only for as long as I am still feeling McGenerous today.

I’m Lovin’ It… I’ve been to this location(way to many times to admit) and every single time my fries are always served at its absolutely freshest. There isn’t a McDonalds within a 10 mile radius that can match the consistency of their fries or service. Beside that, the service is always super friendly. However, english is definitely not their first language which is okay… this is Texas afterall.

another fast food outlet, another crummy poem from yours truly Ah, Mickey D’s reliable bastion of cheap eats open early until late unhealthy occasional treat great for late night drive thru — This franchise is busy in the mornings with the Medical Center worker bees getting their breakfast so try to avoid 7:00 — 9:00AM if possible. They are open late(in case Whataburger’s drive thru next door is slammed). Service is prompt & uniform at this particular franchise. I have been going for my fast food fix for years.

This is one busy restaurant, which is what you would expect being a few blocks from the Texas Medical Center. Our trip this time consisted of going through the drive-through and sampling peppermint mocha. Yum, worth the trip!
