I have given this location too many chances because it is so close to my house, but this is it. I will never return to this location ever again, I don’t care how close it is. First, I was told the incorrect price of my order. So after having exact change ready to go, I had to dig for more money because I was told the incorrect price. Second, I sat there and watched the manager and the person that is supposed to be handing out the orders at the second window, joking around and playing grab ass while my order just sat there on the window in front of me. Then when I was finally handed my order I get«Here.» from the employee. No «Thank you», no «come again.», just«here.» and the window slammed shut as he went right back to screwing off with the manager. Third, get home and 1⁄3 of my order is wrong. I don’t understand how this location can be so consistently awful. If people apply themselves they can perform even the simplest of tasks. But I suppose when the person in charge of leading a crew and setting the example of what a good job is supposed to be, is right there with everyone else screwing around, not caring what is happening with his customers and pretty much letting his employees know that he doesn’t care they won’t care either. I’m done with this location. The owner of this place needs to take a good hand look at his staff and take appropriate action if he wants his business to get any better.

I hardly ever eat McDonald’s. But today I am feeling lazy didn’t feel like going to a restaurant & sitting down to eat. So I decided to try the bacon clubhouse with crispy chicken. When I got home & open the box I noticed they put a darn beef patty instead of a crispy chicken. It’s not rocket science. When the order comes on the screen it’s very easy to read. How I know? I use to work for whataburger. When I work for whataburger it was my very first time working for a fast food joint. I understood every thing on the first day. So I don’t understand why they screwed up.

This place has gone down hill in the past year. They used to be courteous, friendly, and efficient in the way they interact with the customer, but no more. The personnel do not greet the customer, or even interact with them on a human basis. The total is spoken, and the payment received. The receipt and/or change is provided, and nothing else said. The food is provided without common courtesies. I think management needs to: 1. Care, then, 2. Clean house. I can spend my fast food bucks elsewhere.

Slowest McDonald’s of all time. Had to get my daughter some food there and I really don’t know if they employees think it’s cute or funny or what, but they like to repeat my order back to me incorrectly at least 3 times. Then when you pay and they simply take their sweet time getting your order to you. I was a car back from the food window and the employee had finally given the person ahead of me their order, 3 large coffees, I pulled up and before I could even get the window down he was giving me my order. Had me thinking, how long had my food been sitting there before I got it? Either way, if you can go elsewhere, you should or just don’t eat this crap anyways. It’s not good for you.

I love mcdonalds and especially my iced caramel latte. But im sorry this mcdo can never get my order straight. I wanted an ICED not HOT and then they give me this look. On top of that, that girl at the window didn’t even give my husband his change and they didn’t even get it right. Again. They brought us just an iced mocha. Not caramel. Im sorry but this isn’t the first time. I don’t recomment coming to this mcdonalds. They suck…

Ok, standard golden arches food, but here’s what to be warned of: this location almost always serves their leftover food to drive thru and take out customers. If they cook a large batch of french fries, and a couple of portions are unsold and get cold. do they discard them? Hell no! Just serve them to take-out customers! By the time the customer sits down back at the office, Mickey D’s knows the product is not going to be returned… the customer doesn’t have any time left in his lunch hour. They do this all the time. Be warned.

290AND43rdGOLDENARCHES — YOUJUSTBLEWMYMIND! I just ordered using an Urban Dictionary term and it worked. «Excuse me, I’m kind of embarressed to ask but was told that I can order…» Through the first of a two lane drive through speaker… «yes we do serve that.» Now, not every McDonald’s(or every operator for that matter) in the Houston area will know what you’re talking about(and heck you may not know what I’m talking about…). But it’s a hotnspicy chicken wrapped up in a mcdouble all slabbed up in one sammy. And before you judge me for eating it, you need to try it! For $ 2.00, it was a steal and delicious! If you’re driving in past 2AM on a weekend most likely you’ll be able to get one here too.

Quick to take and provide orders. Other than that, it’s your standard McDonald’s…

I never thought I would be writing a review on a McDonalds but this particular one blows me and confuses the crap out of me. The other day I asked them if they had any nugget meals smaller than the 10 piece one. The lady said yes I could get the 4 piece one. So she gave me that one with no problem. I go back the next day and order the same thing, the lady tells me they dont have a 4 piece nugget meal that I can order. :side eye: So I tell her that I just ordered one, she said no you have to get a 6 piece, thats the smallest nugget meal we have. I said oooook well give me that one. So they give it to me in a regular bag with a regular size juice. I go back today and order a 6 piece nugget meal and they tell me, we dont have it in a regular meal you have to order it in a Mighty kids meal. Are you serious? Am I being punked? I dont have anything against the Mighty kids meal but now my juice is wayyy smaller and I have a happy meal box. Why arent they on the same page? Thats the part that blows me. I guess I just need to leave them alone for awhile. The strong like is… fading

If you like MickyD’s, then this place will be just right for you. However, the parking is odd, about 8 spots of each side of the building, and it’s easy to get run over when crossing from the parking to the building as you walk right across the drive though lane. Also, there are two driveways… it’s really not clear which is «in» and which is «out»… look both ways before pulling in.
