Michael Kors

Not the best customer service. Let’s say I got a pair of jeans from another store but it didn’t fit so I came here to return it to later find out that it was a final sale item. They were kind enough to let me exchange it for a larger size but it was very clear that they didn’t want to help me out. It was all smiles for other customers who looked at and purchased their handbags. For me, they just took the pants, rang it up and tossed it in a bag and shoved it to me… No smiles, no words, no nothing even after I said «thank you and have a nice day.»

I don’t understand all the reviews on here. The guys in the store were very very helpful. They even fixed my account to have the right name. This Michael kore is a great one.

This store is located by the main intersection by the food court. A bit on the small side, but they have a very nice selection of bags, wallets & clothing. The sales people are always nice, prompt & courteous.
They change up the window displays often, which is what brings me into the store…& usually gets me in trouble. The selection of clothing is current & carries most of the items in the current catalogue.
H was brave enough to go to the store where he purchased me a nice little clutch with a built in wallet. He commented on the great service he received & it was actually the salesperson who picked out the bag (but he got all of the praise). :)

Don’t shop here! Dishonest employees and poor customer service! If your not dressed up to their expectations no one will help you.

Totally appalled. My husband went into this store today on his lunch break to purchase my mother’s day gift and he was in his work clothes but really what should that matter? Upon his arrival he looked up to see 4 employees standing together and when they saw him he heard one of them say, «oh he looks like» and another employee quickly shooshed her all while they are staring at him. Clearly they thought he didn’t look like he should be in the store, didn’t fit their «profile» he was 100% offended and was on his way out to get my gift at another store that didn’t mind his attire when one of the girls approached him and said, you didn’t see anything you like? He replied yes I did but I’ll get it somewhere else. Money is money and I think what they did was so wrong and while I enjoy my new Michael Kors purse from another store I will never, ever go into that store. Please take your hard earned money where it’s appreciated.

Overly Aggressive (Literally and Physically)!! I had 4 people practically attack me and 1 drag queen cross the boundary, which is NEVER touch a customer! An annoying clerk freaked out on the top I was wearing which always happens when I wear it and I’m always happy to comply with where I bought it, which is Urban Outfitters over a year ago! And NO, it’s not a Free People top nor is it affiliated with Free People (the clerk insisted it was) I’m not one that is always on the defense but I guess I should of said F*** Off when the guy/​girl, Forced themselves checking the tag of my shirt!!! I mean who does that? Even after I politely told her it was not Free People and it’s from Urban, I mean not everyone is a liar and not everyone cares about labels, But then again label whores would only work at a Michael Kors. I’m over it but this store is just flat out creepy! I’m so happy to NEVER visit EVER, matter of fact it was so creepy I don’t think I can even stomach buying a Michael Kors bag but if I did I’ll do so at Macys or Nordstrom. Ultimately avoid this store or you might just leave being physically assaulted, I feel violated and never write these things but it should be known this store could get weird on you, so shop cautiously, LOLL.

Bad bad bad service. Walked in there with mom to shop for Xmas present. Five (5) female employees were too busy fixing their hair and body. I asked for assistance, and they just stared at me. Didn’t even acknowledged me as I was holding up a purse for another color. NEVER COME BACK!

As a new store at this mall, I got pretty excited because I loved the one I went to in New York. Of course, this store had a completely different approach to customers. When I first walked by, about 5 associates were standing and talking in the middle of the store to each other, ignoring customers, including myself. BUT… I gave it four stars because when I went back to check out a particular dress that I wanted, the adorable girl that helped me really made me feel welcome. By this time, all associates were in the backroom, and it was only her on the salesfloor. Because of her, I would go back.
They have a GREAT selection of handbags, wallets, accessories, sunglasses, and SHOES! The price point is awesome too. They just need better service skills, that’s my only suggestion. But the presentation of the store, is sleek and wonderful as it should be. :)
