No cover charge on a Tuesday night. Long Island and margaritas $ 12.99 and worse I ever had. Nice dark ambiance. Got really crowed during event but lots of free parking right across street at a open lot. There was no food, but there is a deli next door. There’s an atm machine near bathrooms and at deli next door. I would go again and give the bar one last shot.

Maybe I’m old acting, but I like a lounge/bar that’s not too crowded. This is a cool spot that has a great AC, a fairly decent size bar, and clean restrooms. It’s located on the first floor of the two building Mosaic High rise on Almeda near the corner of North McGregor. There is a few spots on the street, but they also allow you free parking across the street. And it’s never difficult to find parking. The décor of the lounge is modern. It matches the high rises upstairs. The crowd is around 30’s and up.(At least the nights I’ve been) Each night offers different things. Like free before a certain time. One night they had all you can drink premium drinks for 20 bucks. I haven’t seen that since. I think they lost money from that. lol. But you can go to and check out what’s going on. It’s also a pretty cool spot to host a party. Good AC and plenty of room to move around. And a patio in the front. Check it out. If it’s not popping, just go to the next spot.

This place is truly a hit or miss depending on the crowd. The parking is good. You can park on the side of the building or across the street. The interior is nice as well.

This place was okay but I wouldn’t go back. I don’t go out enough to entertain an «Okay» spot. I went on a Saturday night and the music was live but no one was really dancing. There was a party there that night and maybe that had something to do with it. The venue is very small but parking across the street is free. The drinks are strong but you’re going to pay for it. Mosaic gets two stars for people just standing around looking at each other when good music is playing. No excuse. None whatsoever!

This is a warmup spot. Not intended for a party destination or a night out in the city. It’s too small of a venue for a real party because it easily its gets crowded to the point you can’t move. The drinks are high priced and if you have a tab over $ 20, they automatically include tip. The DJ is always on point but don’t go there expecting to hangout all night. It’s good for someone wanting to throw a really small party or event with 30 or 40 people.

I was robbed here, I have visited this play twice with a horrible review the last time. Their drink prices are inflated and they charge you an automatic tip if you spend over $ 20. The first time we were there we had several rounds and had a tab of about $ 120 which is not to bad, this last time we had one round of drinks(2 drinks) and they charged us $ 46 which is outrageous! I would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s small and there is little to no where to sit and the people behind the bar are rude!

This is a nice little spot, good for bar hopping. It’s a bit on the small side, but most everyone was dancing. Music selection is on point, great for a turn up! Drinks were well overpriced, $ 13 for gin and juice, however, it was very strong had to ask for extra juice. We parked on the street for free, good luck its limited

The atmosphere is nice and the people are friendly. It is a good place to have a few drinks if you are stuck in the Museum District.

I live in the building. The crowd is very ghetto and not diverse at all.

This place is decent. They play some good throw back 90’s music, the atmosphere is great especially for a small group of people. NOCOVER! It seemed like an older crowd the night that i went(Friday). The crowd was cool, nobody came to fight or cause trouble. It wasn’t a very diverse crowd at all. I wonder if they have different nights for different crowds. I’d recommend this place for a low key chill, nothing over the top!

We attended a fight party here by some local promoter. We initially tried to sit outside on the patio, but the low qaulity patio furniture was just not comfortable. In fact one of the umbrellas collapsed on a patron sitting near us ! Inside the venue looks nice, but seating is very limited & in the case of this event, the DJ kept me, my husband and our friends from really enjoying the fight with his constant commentary on the microphone & his refusal to turn off the music during important key moments during the fight. The place was packed to the brim & I am sure a fire code was violated. There was a ridiculous line to get in when we were leaving. I was so ready to go and I must officially be «too old for this ish… «LOL

I’m not sure why it says this place is closed; it’s very much open and it is amazing! I threw my husband a surprise bday party there last night. All of the staff was so helpful! S/O to Ron(owner), Crissy(bartender) & Katie(waitress) for showing our group so much love! I definitely recommend this spot; single or married! If you miss this place, you’re missing a great part of Houston!

We live in the neighborhood and were excited by a new bar opening within walking distance. The place has a lot of potential, but it has to decide what it’s going to be: a bar and lounge(as its name suggests) or a loud, annoying sports bar. The inside is modern and beautiful, and the bar is very nicely designed. There are nice nooks for groups and cozy swivel seats for couples. Walking in, you think you’re in for a nice classy bar and lounge experience. But, the lights are on way too bright and the TVs are loud, loud, loud. The walls are also solid cement, which do a great job of magnifying the sound of TV commercials, sportscasters, and the lone loud patron. They either need to take out the nice modern furniture and put in gross wooden sports bar furniture, or turn the TVs to mute(or take them out altogether) and make this a real classy bar and lounge. Another thing is their drink selection. Their website advertises a cocktail menu that is not available at the bar(we asked). The bar is also not fully stocked. They didn’t have champagne, even though their description on Unilocal says«an upscale, contemporary lounge offering wine, beer and champagne.» Their liquor selection is also lacking, and just covers the basics. The staff were very friendly, and did the best they could with their limited options and training. Don’t expect them to mix you up anything fancier than a rum and coke, gin and tonic, or any other drink that doesn’t have the ingredients in the name. We were hoping for so much. Bodega’s Taco Shop down the street will win out every time over this place until Mosaic resolves their identity issues and stocks their bar. Honestly, all they have to do is 1) put up a few curtains(or open the ones they already have) to absorb some sound, 2) mute their TVs like every other bar in town, and 3) turn down the lights a bit.

I came here on Saturday night. I arrived around 11 and the valet was already packed. For this place to be just a bar and lounge it was packed like a club. I couldn’t really enjoy myself at all. Now the inside of this place is absolutely beautiful. It’s a very nice spot but definitely not big enough for the amount of people that were there. There were a few times where I would hear people say what’s the capacity for this spot. It just seemed like the doorman just kept letting people in. I don’t like going to places where I’m going to sweat or the men are going to sweat. They should have had the air on arctic. It was that hot inside. I will definitely give this place another try when it’s not as packed because I just feel it has potential to be a very nice and mature look when it’s not so crowded.
