In need of immediate manager training food is average at best but customer service skills is the absolute one star if that I had way better experience at McDonald’s in the hood denied this Popeyes location. Andrea needs to get her act together and get her crew together and make this the best pop buys the world has everything because right now they’re worse than any elementary Cafeteria

This place is always messing up on orders make sure that you check your order before you leave. They always short on a piece or a side. Luckily I live in the area and I was able to go back. when I went back the older woman on drive thru didn’t want to provide her name and kept mumbling nonsense as if she wasn’t having it. She only had one job and that was to put 3 pieces of chicken and a dirty rice inside a bag and she messed that up twice smh. Rude people no apologetic and manager nowhere around to take care of the issue

STOP, don’t go there. Very bad staff, very bad customer service, they will charge you extra for nothing, Mika was very very rude and mean, i mean extremely RUDE. Olivia the manager refused to refund me my money back even after I cancelled my order. I will never go back to this dirty branch.

I’ve never had a messed up order from this location like other reviewers have stated. But I always order the same thing and never change: spicy chicken strips and fries. I only come to Popeyes when I’m craving their strips and fries. DASSIT! I don’t fool with anything else. I have also learned that if I let whomever is taking my order in the drive-​thru lead the way, I don’t have issues when I get to the window. So, basically, when prompted I say I want the 3-​strip combo. Then wait for the associate to ask if I want spicy or mild. Then wait again for the associate to ask if I want fries. Then ask me what I want to drink. Yes, this is remedial. I should be able to say «3-​piece strip combo, spicy, with fries» in one breath, and the person get it. But, no. That’s too much and they always ask me to repeat it. So I wait until prompted, the order is right when I get it, and everybody’s happy.

I’ll give it 3 stars for the food, but the service is terrible. They mess up my order ALL THE TIME and when I try to take it back, with receipt, they always have an attitude. Sorry you have to do more work because you screwed up the first time. Not my fault. Get better at your job. HA! Like any of them care to. Last time I went, they screwed up my order, I went back, told them, got my new order, they messed that up too. I said screw it and went home. It’s easier than dealing with these idiots. But man, that Popeye’s chicken though! So good!

Technically this location is a three star cuz they are notorious for messing up orders or taking your order and then realizing they are out of what you want.
Gave the extra star cuz every time they mess up they always throw something in there. And this happens ALOT.

The .99 cent Tuesday special brings out too many black people making me afraid to go in there! I like this location, despite the other reviews, but now, I’ll prolly change my mind.
I go for the food… the service has never been all that good.
I agree with another reviewer… steer clear of this location.

****DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THRU WHEN IT’S RAINING***
Your car will get wet!!! There’s no cover to place an order & very little cover at the pick up window.
If you have an umbrella, it’s best to get out of your car & order inside.
I love fried chicken… screw eating healthy. I rather die having a drumstick in my hand than a carrot stick… just kidding.
Out of all the fried chicken spots, I would pick Popeyes. The Cajun blend, crispy skin. I freaking love their mashed potatoes! Well its the gravy im in love with. I was a fan of the biscuits bc it’s so buttery!
But lately all ive been tasting is just a lard of fat.
It’s fast food people, so don’t expect for southern hospitality. Especially the fact where it’s located.
Avoid the TUESDAYS’S specials!!! Unless you really really want some chicken or Popeyes!

I lived by this place for 4 years and never seen such poorly managed, undisciplined employees. I love Popeye’s, but eat it much less now. I moving soon, and looking forward to a new experience with Popeye’s.

I sure love that chicken from Popeye’s!!! This is the location I frequent the most because it’s just down the street from me. Very small location, but never crowded and they, surprisingly, have NEVER gotten my order wrong. So that’s definitely a plus. Also, l the chicken and the sides are always fresh. Granted, sometimes I have to wait a few minutes, but I don’t mind the wait and the employees often offer me a drink while I wait and sometimes I get the hook up with my fries.
The only thing that’s kind of sketchy about this place is the location. I don’t think I will EVER dine in at this particular location.
