So sad to learn that this Starbucks is closed. This place brought me back some fond memories. I came here a few times when I hosted my first UYE at Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot( ). It was necessary to have a cup of black coffee after a bellyful of delicious meal. I’m also sad that there is no replacement.

Came in here early morning and these people were on their game. They were fast and friendly asked if I wanted more of this and that. They were upselling also pastries I just wanted coffee but I thought it was cool how they suggested it. I noticed they were working as a team and the customer service was positive. It is a smaller inside and the line was long but they were fast so I didn’t have to wait long at all. Plus it’s close to by my job which is a great perk.

We were there at 7:58 pm. The lady closed the door and waved her finger at us rudely.

Really just a place to run in and out. That’s the way Starbucks would run the whole show if they could. As others have said, loud, crowded, understaffed and too much ancillary activity for my afternoon break. You know the business people and students who make Starbucks their business conference room. TIPTOMANAGER: The space is simply too small and loud for music overhead. I have a headache already.

It’s your typical corner Starbucks. Service is okay and they are pretty fast. It’s pretty small and can get busy/noisy. I would not come here to study or meet with a group of friends. Other than that I am sure if there is anything else to add.

It was my first time at this specific location. And the service I received was commendable. I will definitely come back whenever I am in this side of town. This place is small, but has pretty darn good customer service. Highly recommend to stop by.(:

This place is not good. They are not even sure of what they serve and how to improve that. I had a Java Chip Frappuccino and wanted it replaced as it was not as watery and didn’t taste as good. They asked me if they should add ice to it! Don’t they know that adding ice will make it more watery? Expected better from Starbucks!

The location is great but there are a few things I would change. The customer service is HORRIBLE, one time I went I there and there was someone smoking a. e-cig! There are even homeless people camping right behind the facility. Now I just avoid that Starbucks and go down the road to another one.

Great service in the mornings makes it a breeze to dash in and out. They always remember my drink of choice! Friendly staff always have a smile and kind word for everyone who walks in the door. My mornings have a nice start for the day after visiting this little jewel!

I know, I know… it’s a Starbucks. Ths is probably the chain I have foound has the greatest variance. They range from stellar(the one I lived above in college) to absolutely shite(half the ones in Manhattan). This one is just mediocre. My biggest pet peeve is that the barista perpetually stare at me like I have nine heads. Maybe it’s because I only jet in here on the weekends before the gym? I’m not that scary looking without makeup on, I swear… Anyway, it’s usually quite packed and they always mess up my drink at least once… and I only have one modifier [soy] plus a syrup so what gives? It’s also super awkward to pull into here from fountainview.

I would say this appears to be a very busy location, maybe even understaffed on the day I was there. They have a nice selection of baked goods and food to-go. As mentioned in other reviews, not much seating. I went here to meet someone. I ordered an iced coffee with ½&/12. Simple enough. When my order was called, I didn’t recognize it as an iced coffee. There was a line and I didn’t want to accidentally take someone’s drink. I asked what the order was and the«barista» said it’s an breve iced coffee or something. I was confused because it seemed like it might have been my drink so I asked if she meant it was made with ½ &/½. She scolded me and told me breve means ½&1/2. It doesn’t. That wasn’t what I ordered. That wasn’t what she made either. It was kinda funny because the guy standing next to me shared a look. I know she was busy and was trying to get the drinks out. I also know what I order most of the time for pete’s sake. My drink was gross. It was crap. I didn’t drink it. No worries, there are plenty of better places to get coffee.

The staff is nice and friendly, I always ask questions and suggestions about different modifications on drinks, and they are kind enough to give me suggestions. The location is great for me because it’s on the way to and fro work, and it’s right before the Galleria area craziness. It’s a different kind of SBUX, one to «get in, get out» not to «stay and mooch the WiFi for hours on end». Right next to a bus stop, so it’s perfect to chill and wait for the bus, in case I had to. It has longer hours than the Chimney Rock @ Richmond location, so I can come here and not worry about leaving at 8PM. Space is really limited, so I would suggest to use this location to study all by yourself. Oh and if you’re into people watching Houston-style i.e. watching the cars go by on Westheimer, then this is your spot!

Fast and friendly. I usually to go. The shop is small though. I wish they had a bit more seating. Parking is plentiful.

Great staff and they all have been there for a while. I know because this is my daily stop whether in the morning or in the afternoon for a pick me up. They are all very friendly and the best part is that they are fast. Parking is in and out. This is not a Starbucks that you coming to sit back and hang out or work in my opinion. It is a fairly small space and the seating isn’t very comfortable. However since it is a busy location it is a good meet up point if you are scheduling to meet in the area.

It’s a fast and friendly Starbucks, but seating is limited inside. I’ve been a few times and never had much of a wait. Plenty of parking during the day, but the lot fills up at night due to Spotlight Karaōke being in the same shopping center. There was a woman in 4″ heals and short shorts talking to guys in their cars in the parking log(use your imagination) … it was entertaining to watch her work!
