This location is so hit or miss. Some days they don’t pay attention to mobile orders and I’ve been burned having to wait even longer than waiting in line.

Average for a Starbucks. Major disappointment that they don’t have a drive-thru and there’s always a wait inside. I don’t feel like the staff is as friendly as other locations or as helpful. Might be because they’ve always been busy when I go there. They have however given my dog a puppy latte when I’ve asked, so that was very nice of them. Coffee is just like any other location. The sad thing is it’s the closest one to Memorial Park so I’ll go here after an early morning run to get a caffeine fix, even though I’ve only given it two stars.

Usually very crowded, but the service is quick and friendly. The dining area can get dirty, and it is typically loud and full of people, so if you are looking for a great meeting spot for a group larger then 2 – 3 people, I would pick a different Starbucks location. Cheers!

I walked in to order a drink only to have the honor of staring at there dirty ceiling for 20 min while me and the other two people in the store waited for our drinks. I felt bad for the Starbucks next to the free animal spade and neuter clinic. Maybe they had a bad day. So I went back again only to wait 25 min… lol they got slower. Lesson learned I will head to red dive or antidote for my future coffee fix.

This Starbucks is very close to my house and The wait is never long. I wish however that this location was drive-thur so that I could roll out of bed and get my coffee in my PJs, but unfortunately you do have to park and walk-in to order. The parking lot is kinda small and can get a little hectic being right off the feeder and Durham. Staff is friendly. Sitting area is always full with people studying or conversing.

I only gave three stars because I love Starbucks coffee, however, I do not Iike how unfriendly the staff is here. Justin, a barista or whatever, is not good at greeting and talks to you as he’s walking away without even taking my form or payment leaving me to scan my own phone via paying on the app. No one says thank you or any other form of conversing with the customers. If you want a friendly Starbucks, go visit the folks at I-10/Yale!

My favorite starbucks! The morning staff is on point. They work well together, get to know the regulars and will have your drink ready in minutes even when they are busy. The afternoon staff seems great, but they could use some pointers from the morning staff

I went to this Starbucks at around 5 p.m. on Wednesday evening. I was happy to easily find parking, and it was not so busy inside. The service was fast, and there were tables/seats available. I also found they have Google Internet. I usually go to the Starbucks nearby on(213 Yale Street), but that one is always busy and has slow internet. Although everything is great at this location, they do not have a Drive-Thru, which is more of a bonus anyway. Pros: –Private parking lot –Large outdoor patio –Free Wi-Fi(Google Internet) Cons: –No Drive-Thru

Took 15 minutes to get my drink and there were only 2 people ahead of me. Slow. No drive thru

Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to, by far. At 7am, the staff is always lively, joking, and having a great time. Perfect and much needed lift to a dragging morning. There is no drive thru, but that means the baristas aren’t giving drivers their drink before yours, and always in and out within a couple minutes max — might even be faster than drive thru.

Its like any other Starbucks BUT1) staff is extremely friendly unlike other locations and 2) convenient location as it is right off the exit from I-10 and Shepherd 3) the patio is relatively large!

I stopped in this morning to pick up coffee for the office. The staff was so warm and friendly and I t was so nice to be greeted by people who seemed to honestly enjoy their work. The icing on the cake was the offer to help me take my purchases to the car. Excellent service.

This is my favorite Starbuck’s out of the three by my house. A few of the employees know me and my order. I used to think it was because I’m one of the few people who visit at 5:55am, but I have visited at 9:40am, and they recognized their 9am patrons as well. They are quick in making your drink. I’m always in and out in less than 2 minutes. The parking situation kind of sucks… either the spaces are too small, or no one in that shopping center knows how to park.

The staff here is been pretty regular, so that’s why the experience that I have here is always great! My drinks are never messed up, as in other Starbucks in this area. For the rice military area, this is definitely the Starbucks that you want to go to. I also love that this is right off of the freeway. It is such a convenient location. Perhaps, if they had a drive through, then I would give it six stars, but that is not a luxury that they have right now. I, however, think that it is to draw people in and keep them there. During the weekdays, if you like getting some of their food, you best be there around 7 – 8 am. By the time that 10 o’clock rolls around, there’s hardly anything left.

This is truly the best Starbucks I’ve been to in Houston. Yes, it gets super busy weekday mornings. But the baristas are amazing! They’re friendly, joking and happy at freaking 6 am and that alone deserves a five-star review! They don’t have a drive-thru, so for those people that don’t like getting out of their cars in the morning, this could be an issue. Not me. I like to go into the establishment. I always feel like it’s faster for some reason. There’s not much else I can say because, well, duh! Everyone knows what to expect at Starbucks — but I feel like the employees at this location go above and beyond service.

The morning crew during the week is awesome!!! No drive thru but who cares, they’re fast and friendly! Gilbert is an awesome barista, he gets to know the regulars & is always on top of his game. Service runs very smooth, even when there’s a crowd. Only four stars because the weekends can be slow, I’ve gone in a few times where they’ve forgotten my food, or my drink. Everyone is nice, but doesn’t seem to run as smoothly or as organized during the weekday mornings. Still the best Starbucks to visit for the area!

This is one of the best Starbucks in Houston. Why? Because if you are heading east(as I am for work in the morning or ANY time I’m going into Houston) then you just get off the freeway and can easily get right back on. You have to wait through a light, but that’s it. On our last visit we were on our way to the zoo and left home a bit late, so we even grabbed a breakfast sandwich here. I’d never gotten one of Starbucks breakfasts, but it was pretty good and didn’t make too much of a dent in the daily calorie count.

This Starbucks is one of my favorites! The staff is consistently friendly. Even when there’s turnover, the new people seem to be awesome! And who can possibly have a bad day when Gilbert(the barista making your drinks in the AM) calls out your drinks in the wackiest ways possible? And remembers that you usually drink soy milk and wonders what’s up when you order skim? Especially when it’s been MONTHS since you’ve been in there. Seriously, Gilbert for the win! :)
