I had a pretty bad experience trying to return my glasses to this store in Willowbrook Mall. I was told to «come back when manager is present to conduct return.» The manager then sent me to another store that had the glasses because «he couldn’t order them.» I know its bullshit so that my return wouldn’t hit his P&L, the very nice associate at the store in Cypress Outlets, which was over 20 miles away, confirmed this. The return policy is bullshit and the managers seem to work less hours than a part timer or the regular associates are just too incompetent to conduct a return and exchange. Last pair of glasses I buy from this place. Their «no hassle» return policy is just the fucking run around.
