Very professional service. Gave frequent updates via phone on appointment scheduling. The specialist arrived on time and did a great job. The service was a carpet stretching in a hallway /​bedroom and they completely resolved the issue. Accepted payment via credit card and received email receipt. Would recommend for carpet repair needs.

Very excellent and professional service and quickly scheduled without hassle and flat rate price. My Dog had chewed up my carpet because he has separation anxiety and left some significant damage down to the padding, did my research on Unilocal and found this place and was pleasantly surprised. Reyna who answered my call made sure I was well taken care of and checked back giving me a ETA of the repair man. This should be your go to with carpet repair, you won’t regret it!

I have used this company twice, and could not be more pleased with their service! We had several patch jobs coming into a new home, the gentleman explained first that it may not be exact due to wear, etc. However all patches were beautiful and seamless! Could not tell that any carpet was replaced, and stained areas were gone! We also had carpet installed in a room, the gentleman pointed out that I didn’t have enough carpet pad, but he came prepared & had extra in truck, so we didn’t have to reschedule. Both times I also had a separate fix issue on door entry to tile flooring, and they repaired it beautifully without making me book a separate appointment. I am highly pleased with the professionalism, care & attention this company provides. I will recommend them & use them in the future.

We searched everywhere for someone to repair carpet damage by our dog and were lucky enough to find this great company.
The repair man, Jose, was extremely friendly and helpful. He repaired our carpet quickly and it looks great! I would recommend his service to everyone!
