This is strictly a review for the front desk. I thought that I left my sister in good hands here but after the second visit, this place has completely given me a different view of them. First they tell us they will not allow us to use our VSP for our contact lens exam unless we buy contacts. That is completely false and I know this because I have worked in an optometrist office for over 5 years. Then they bluntly said over the phone to my sister that I was«being a…» and caught herself and said I was«giving them a lot of grief!»(for knowing our vision insurance). On the day when my sister comes for her follow up, they told her each box was $ 49 each and owes them money as they are price matching 1800contacts. The moment my sister pulls it up from her phone and tells her it was $ 45 per box, the front desk said««Don’t make up lies. Don’t blame me for the problem.» Seriously? So much attitude and did not even apologize at all after she showed her the website. This is completely unacceptable, rude, and might a say very, very unprofessional! This place only deserves 1 star. Why? The optometrist is nice and they ended up price matching like they said they would. I’m sorry but We will be looking for a new eye doctor to see. We do not have time to deal with this type of customer service.
