So I ordered the ghost fries, and me being me, I hate confronting people (which I’m working on). But I watched the woman behind the counter prepare my ghost pepper fries without any gloves on. I just told myself that they’re probably hot so it’s not that bad, and she probably spread possible germs to the food prior to getting to my fries. But really, that’s unhygienic and unacceptable.
The fries themselves tasted decent (when ignoring how they were prepared), but they were so greasy!
Yeah, so I would avoid this place if I were you based on lack of food safety precautions.

Worker watched us entire time sitting at booth next to us. NO AC SO HOT. Should have been closed!!! Girl looked irritated cause I asked for no salt fries! No stars!

We walked in, waited a minute in line and then walked out. The place was FILTHY and smelled like rancid grease and garbage. We were in a hurry and looking for something quick to eat. This place was so dirty, it seemed better to forego lunch altogether than chance eating here. It was THAT bad. Disgusting. I feel bad for the people going through the drive though who may not know how nasty the place is.

I will never spend a dime with Wendy’s ever again. I went back threw the drive thru to get condiments and the ‘manager’ was very rude and kept slamming the window and as I drove off she called me a bitch! So after my husband went in to get her name she informed the other employees not to give her name. I contacted corporate and they said the situation would be handled and also gave me a 50 $ gift card, but as far as I’m concerned I will never be going back. I understand customer service isn’t the same but this is unacceptable.

Let me start with saying I think it’s ridiculous you have to specify how many sauces you need. Never again will I go to this Wendy’s. If they had a negative star I would put that. Every time I have gone to this Wendy’s they forget something, last time it was my husbands sandwich, the time before that it was spoons and straws. I just flat refuse to go here again. Quite possibly the worst service in fast food industry.

RUDEST EMPLOYEES EVER!!! A bunch of hoodlums run the place. They treat you like you are bothering them whwn you order.
I ordered a Baconator WITH onions and NO ketchup with chilli instead of Fries. Guess what I got? A Baconator oozing with Ketchup and No onions with fries.
Went inside after discovering their mistake. I was very nice and just asked for it to be fixed. The guy behind the counter said «Man I heard you, you ordered that sh** like that».
Wow. Avoid this place.

1. Service — Excellent! The people here are really friendly and nice.
2. Pricing — Same like all other Wendy’s, but definitely cheap for a hamburger.
3. Ambiance — roomy and big enough to serve about 75 people?
4. Food — Good quality hamburger. It’s always filling and you get the bang for the buck. The fries are really good!
5. Cleanliness — not bad, tables and restrooms were clean. Spotless.
