OMG, a local coffee house. Not a big-time chain. Hub and I ducked in here most recently before closing on the sale of our old home. We got coffee and hung around a while, waiting till our appointed time. The lady behind the counter was workin’ it hard, serving both at the counter and the drive-thru. She is a one woman coffee making machine. Her beverages are consistently tasty, so she must be a pro. It may take a little longer for you to get your cup of Joe, but you will be happy when you do. She also has cute gifts for the coffee and tea lovers in your life as well as some tasty snacks. If you are in the neighborhood, shop locally and be proud you did.

Great coffee shop! Everyone was polite and truly looked happy to be there. The place was quiet, clean, and has free wifi making it perfect for work or study. Chocolate chip cookies are the best, must have one everytime I come here. Nice sitting area outside for the evenings, or chat with friends. For the fall, they have pumpkin spice latte. :) another must.

I go here a lot. It is right next to my job and it’s cheaper than Starbucks, and, the drink I like is better here at Jitters. Friendly customer service and reasonable prices make it easy to support this local business.

Support local! There is a Dunkin donuts right down the street but this place is just as good and cheaper! The staff is really friendly and they have snow cones during summer! Drive through is quick also. I would definitely recommend trying this place.

Being the coffee lovers that we are, we had been wanting to try out Jitters after driving past a few times. We stopped in a few weekends ago and got some muffins, a «shiver» and some other coffee/ice cream concoction. My fiancé thought his was kind of meh, and I did NOT like my shiver drink. It was really finely crushed ice mixed up with coffee, milk, chocolate and caramel– you would think would be halfway decent, but it just tasted off. Needless to say, I threw mine out after a few sips and so did my fiancé. Well several hours later, our stomachs were churning. No bueno. As my fiancé eloquently put it, «Jitters gave us the shitters.» #Neveragain

This was my first visit to this spot as I was going to get a pedicure at Nails2U. I decided to try a small caramel iced latte and a kalo. The iced latte was ok. A ton of ice understandable since it was iced. I asked for some sugar just in case because I like my coffee a little sweet. I’m glad I did because it was needed.

I regret to say I always forget about this shop! Fast and friendly service with each visit. They have interesting flavors. Last time I tried reeses pieces! A cute place to study or relax. If you want to try something other than Starbucks, come here and support your local shop!

I frequent this place only when I get my nails done across the street. The coffee is really good, but the service although quick is never too great. I always seem like a bother. The lack of friendliness is why I do not go here more often. Also the food is not good…

Awesome place! Owners are so kind! Only place that carries almond milk! Perfect for the paleo diet. They also have honey in case you want that instead of sugar.

First visit — A-Ok! :D It has been a number of years since I visited a coffee house counter so I was a little stumped as to what I wanted to try. The barista was patient, friendly and very helpful in explaining the difference between an ice coffee and iced latte. When I told her I knew I should have soy milk she happily served it up while explaining the difference. Iced COFFEE has more water — Iced LATTE has milk/soymilk. :) Cool, I learned something. Inviting, comfy space to sit inside or outside on the sidewalk — which is in the shade in the morning so no sun in your eyes. Nice coffee house — we’ll be back!

Coffee taste like instant coffee. Not good at all. Better off going to Starbucks… better yet just go to Javaman they know coffee.

The only down side to Jitters Coffee is that there aren’t more locations out there! I love visiting Jitters, even though it’s a bit out of the way from my home. They have such a wide selection of drinks, eats and treats — where else can you get both a frozen cappucino and a snow cone of your choosing at the same place? There used to be a Jitters up on North Park with a drive through, so we would always go there for snow cones in the hot summer months. The owner sold that location several months ago, so now I make the trek down to this one on West Lake Houston to get my favorites. You can get just about anything at Jitters — pastries, cereal, corn dogs, pretzels, you name it! — and a whole menu of snow cone flavors as well as plenty of kinds of coffee. The employees are always friendly there, and it’s really worth the experience. If you decide to stop by, give one of the frozen mocha cappucinos a try. It’s more like a coffee flavored icy slush — and it’s amazing! Five stars all the way :)
