Starbucks

I drove through with my daughter one day and they ran out of whatever breakfast sandwich she wanted. They made a suggestion for another sandwich and we decided to try it. At the window, they told us they would not charge us for the sandwich since they were out of what we wanted. When I’m in the area, this is the Starbucks I stop at. Can’t beat good service!

Normally great, but the weekend crew always mess up every order and they are incredibly slow doing it.

This has turned into my favorite Starbucks. They have been so friendly and courteous. They even correct an order with no fuss. With so many Starbucks to choose from there is really tough computation, but this Starbucks has finally made it into my top morning stops! Keep up the good work you all. The upbeat staff keeps me coming back day after day!

Third time was definitely the charm for me when visited this particular Starbucks. I had went to the Target down the street to pick up a gift card and thought I could quench my frap needs in one step. Lo and behold, when I was finally waited on, they couldn’t make my strawberries and cream frap because they had run out of the ingredients for it.
Darn it.
I proceeded to drive west on 1960 to get my car washed and decided to swoop into another Starbucks. The line wasn’t long, but the Baristas were moving in slow motion and I was pressed for time.
Dang it!
After washing my car, I decided to find the new nail salon that I bookmarked in Unilocal and see if I could get a quick pedi. Wala! I ran into this giant Starbucks! The parking lot is configured a little weird with a bunch of curves, but plenty of parking. Would highly suggest that one enters this Starbucks from 1960 sue to a lot of residential traffic from Timber Forest.
Upon entering, you know its Starbucks with its signature dark wood color palette. This one seemed much more spacious than most with a huge dining table area that could seat 8 – 10 people and tables sprinkled around the interior. You could easily spend all day here soaking up wifi waves – if only the Baristas were a little more welcoming. I didn’t get greeted until they were ready to take my order, which was about 5 minutes after I entered and stood at the register to order. I don’t know why people don’t know that a greeting will go along for a customer. I use to work in fast food. I know it gets hectic, but acknowledging a customer is customer service 101. I probably would have gave this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for that incident. Mind you, it wasn’t busy, so I take it as a ego trip these baristas were having that day. Minus two stars because they should know there’s a Starbucks on every corner and not being courteous to customers will make people pass them up to get to the next one on any given day.
At least I got my Frap Fix, but not being greeted – I’m don’t get use to it.

Worst Starbucks ever! It’s now been a couple months since they’ve open and they still can’t get things right. Drive-​thru in the morning takes forever. Today I got forks instead of spoons with my oatmeal. No honey syrup… and as I am diving away, no croissant in my bag!!!

It’s sad when you have to drive further from the one right by your house to this one. I love the service here and the baristas are always nice. The location off of Atascocita road can learn a thing or two from this location. Love the interior and the new drivethru speaker/​advertising is neat :)

I love this Starbucks. The baristas are awesome. The store is clean and they are always fast.

This a new location of everybody’s favorite coffee stop! This store is clean and bright, with obviously well planned out ingress and egress on FM 1960 for your morning fix. Everyone seems to love working here, as evidenced by the smiles and constant cheeriness within. My new home coffee stop!
