Lucia @ Dunkin Donuts Not even surprised that the rating for this location is 2 stars. I have lived in the Humble/Atascocita for over 9 years now and I know the restaurants/fast food in the area and how the service tends to be. Everytime I have come to this location wether it be in the Morning or Night I have had«ok» customer service. The staff have always been polite to me except for last night. I arrived at the window and placed my order of my usual(Medium Vanilla Chai) and a(small vanilla bean coolata, no whip, add chocolate drizzle) I repeated my order about 2 times and got no response and I pulled up to the window to find out my total and receive my drinks. The young lady at the window seemed very un concentrated and untrained. I received my vanilla chai and I was handed a brown coolata. I «said, oh why is it brown?» Knowing the vanilla bean is solid white. She said she didn’t know and took my drink back. I told her that it was just a small vanilla bean coolata no whip and add chocolate drizzle please. I’m thankful no one was in line behind me because I waited 4 minutes to receive my corrected drink. Upon receiving my drink it was what I asked for but the young girl had put caramel drizzle on top when I specifically specified that I wanted chocolate drizzle on top. I did not want to waste my time any longer so I left and went home. On my way home I figured I could just call to make her aware the drink the has made twice now was not made properly. This is how my conversation went Me: «Hi, I just came through and you had remade my drink just now, it was supposed to be chocolate drizzle on top not caramel» Lady: «Well what do you want me to do? Do you want to come back so we can remake it?» Me: «No thank you I am already on my way home I just wanted to let you know that it was made incorrectly» Lady: «Ok so what do you want» Me: I asked if the next time I came if they could just comp my drink for the inconvience and I told her to put my name down somewhere. I hear giggles and laughter in the background and as I started my sentence she was laughing and I asked her what was so funny? And she told me that nothing was funny. She could not talk she was laughing so hard so I asked her what her name was, she said my name? I said yes, what is your name? barely being able to talk I heard Lucia I said okay thank you and hung up. I was not going to deal with that. This was a terrible customer service experience and she was obviously not trained on how to deal with a customer. I was very polite with her although I was very frustrated. Ugly gets you no where so maybe this review will. I hope this location improves the quality of their service soon. I would blow it off but I go there so often it needs to be addressed. From years of experience in retail jewelry sales a company cannot be ran without proper customer service skills. I did make sure to keep my receipt :)

I am giving this establishment four stars because they are a little slow when it comes to ordering and the time it takes for ur order to be ready. When it’s really busy it can get a little out of control. The drive up teller is usually pretty on point and haven’t hand but 1 issue. Other than that the coffee and food are great, the place is lays very clean, and they have a nice selection of things to purchase.

Highly disappointed coming to this place especially since there arent any in California. I literally drove 30 minutes out of the way just to taste a stinkin donut! Well, i ordered about $ 30 worth of items and omg, the donuts were stale! HUGEHUGEDISAPPOINTMENT! There were literally like 5 – 12 donuts to choose from(thats not too many compared to other donut places). Staff were pretty nice although they were just standing around chatting and literally doing nothing.

I love, love, LOVE Dunkin Donuts. However, you can definitely tell this location has changed management. Iced coffee is awful and they are often short-handed. It doesn’t appear as clean as it used to be. So sad to see. We need more DD locations in this area with GOOD management.

I stopped in here after working all night. In spite of being the only customer in the restaurant, I was ignored while the two staff dealt with the drive-thru. For me, this is like ignoring a customer that walks in so that you can answer the phone. Anyway, the donuts were not labeled. Do they have jelly? Apple? Bavarian crème? Granted you can generally tell, but there should be labels. And who doesn’t have regular chocolate frosted? What’s next, no glazed? Plus, the lady that served me was just this side of openly hostile. I know it’s 6 a.m., but still. In any case, I’m going back to Krispy Kreme. At least there I know when the donuts are hot.

Burnt coffee, terrible staff, clueless, wrong orders. How can you f up coffee — your core part of the business! The location has training needs. Won’t be coming back here again — tried this location 3 times, no change.

This place sucks! The manager is rude and the staff are horrible. I was so excited when I drove past and saw we had a D&D. Complete let down. I’ve been to many D&Ds, this one is a complete embarrassment to the company. They are clean, which is the only thing good I can say about this location.

I was so excited when Dunkin’ Donuts opens, but it was a complete let down with the wait times, and then the donuts themselves are not that impressive. I remember being a little girl and how awesome they were, but not anymore. I wish I could give them a higher rating, I understand wait times cannot be helped, that’s fully dependent upon the number of customers. Their donuts could make up for that negative point with me, yet they seem to lack something for me in the taste itself.

Was so excited to have DD in the area, but they have fallen short on delivering. Staff typically clueless, service slow & order often wrong. And I find out they don’t even make the donuts onsite? What’s the point? Remember as a kid watching the DD donuts bobbin in the oil and coming out hot! Not here…

Delicious iced coffee, pretty good donuts. Went on a rainy Sunday morning and there was a very light crowd. Service was very efficient and helpful. Prices are way better than some other places(at least for the coffee). They have a very large selection of donuts but I imagine that comes and goes with the crowds. Overall, I’d go back — at least for the coffee!

Still about the same. Slow, unreliable service, wrong orders and slow service. No matter how many times I repeat my order, it’s anyone’s guess as to what I may actually get at the drive thru window. Sadly I think this is the standard that one will have to expect when craving DDs.

I got a gift card for Dunkin and after a few trips I’ve come to the conclusion that their breakfast sandwiches are keeping them in business. Their donuts are dry, usually cold and their drinks are the sweetest thing since Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I’ve got $ 5 left on my card and I’ll eventually brave these waters again but no time soon.

This is my second time to go to get donuts at around 9pm. Lucky for me dunkin drive thru is 24 hrs right!!! Wrong! They never have donuts.. why stay open 24hrs? Makes 0 sense! This is why I go out if my way for Shipley’s instead. If you are looking for late night sugar craving… don’t go here!

I was so excited to go to Dunkin donuts and try the famous donut sandwich with a few friends last night. When we got to the drive thru, the menu didn’t have anything about donuts on it so we asked if they still had the sandwich and they responded with a rude«no». So then we all just picked something random which for me was the two Kolache meal and for another friend it was the bagel sandwich. We also asked for 6 glazed donuts but they said they were OUTOFDONUTS! What kind of donut place is out of donuts? If they are open 24⁄7 they should always be making donuts. We pulled up to the window to get our food and the employees made it very clear that they were not happy that we were there. I have never had such a strong impression that my business was not wanted. When we got our food, my «kolaches» we’re basically two little mini pigs in a blanket type things, and my friend who ordered a bagel sandwich with plain bagels got whole grain bagels that looked like they were topped with birdseed. As if this whole experience wasn’t enough, someone in the car checked an anonymous social media site where anyone can post anonymously, and saw that a rude post had been made about us by an employee just for simply going to the restaurant. I would post it here but won’t due to the language they used. Dunkin Donuts should be ashamed of this location, this was my first and last Dunkin Donuts experience.

I had received two gift cards for DD, so the kid and I decided to check them out. I got the mint hot chocolate — AWESOME. Basically tastes likes a liquid Andes mint — YUM! My only complaint, ironically enough, is how very super hot it was. I had to wait a good ten minutes before I could take a sip!(So, no, not a valid complaint at all!) I also had the smoked sausage breakfast sandwich with no egg(I’m picky about eggs), and it was also pretty darn good. The kid liked his hot chocolate and bacon ranch chicken sandwich, although, he’s not a fan of hashbrowns, so I got to munch on those. MUCH better than McD’s or BK’s by FAR. Overall, it was a good experience. We shall be back!

We moved here from a place where there was a DD on every corner and were so excited to see one 10 mins. away. It’s okay, but they need to go to an East Coast DD for training! Workers are confused, coolatta machine breaks, coffee is inconsistent, sometimes donuts taste like day old. It’s really hit and miss, too bad.

First time at this DD was last night. They are still VERY new. Around 7p we order at the drive thru, and like another reviewer mentioned, the menus preceding the actual ‘speaker box’ show all the donut types/prices, and the menu you actually get to park in front of while ordering, is everything but donuts. I had to turn around while ordering, and try to catch a few donut names on the backside of the donut menu… odd layout. The poor boy did terrible… I actually felt sorry for him. He asked me my order, didn’t know if he had the donuts I ordered, asked me how many I ordered total(I didn’t count, I was just ordering 1 of these, 3 of that??? isn’t he taking MY order?), a lot of ummmms, and a lot of ‘ok so how many???’. Well after that really long order through the speaker, I get to the window, and yes, you guessed it, he asked what my order was, yet again. I literally had to rethink all the kinds and amounts… I think I ordered more the second time because I was so confused and ready to leave by this point. We came to the conclusion that they only had maybe ½ the donuts I wanted, we left with 1 extra, and 2 wrong flavors. He did give us a coupon that expires in 5 days… I probably won’t get to use it. The 2-star saver? The donuts we did get, like the chocolate cake and pumpkin cake, were very very good. The lemon filled ones we did not order, but received, were not. Maybe a ½ teaspoon of lemon filling inside the really dry, powdered donut.

I was totally excited about Dunkin Donuts opening in my area and even more excited when I got coupons in the mail for it. My husband loves their coffee when we buy it from Kroger’s so I just had to take him! We visited on Sunday around 10:30 and thought nothing of it! Upon arrival there were lines wrapped around the building for the drive through and a line almost outside from the inside. Once inside it was COMPLETECHAOS! The servers didn’t know what the drive through attendants needed, the coffee lady was issuing the wrong drinks to people. My husband and I planned to run in and out but that wasn’t happening with this crowd. My husbands order was messed up and he ended up getting two free donuts that he ultimately gave away to some child’s parents. The coffee was just ok and the donuts subpar. I could have totally enjoyed my Sunday breakfast by visiting the donut shop that is attached to the gas station at the front of my neighborhood AND saved money/gas. We have def. gotten our fix of the so called craze and will NOT be returning.ever.

Barely organized chaos, dried tasteless donuts, frosting that was soggy, untrained highschoolers in the back. At least the coffee was good. I would come back for that, but not for the donuts.
