Horrible in everyway, rude employees, nasty employees, one guy playing with his mouth then grab our food and drinks, then drops some like gang signs when leaving, this is not the ghetto, they need to get some real employees, not gangster wanna bees.

A typical Panda Express. The food is good and as I expect. I like Panda Express and this is the closest one to my home so I’ve been here several times. The service is always SLOWSLOWSLOW. Even if the store is not busy it is so slow. Never again. They should just change the name to ‘Panda’

Worst customer service ever. Food was ok but once I met Mariella it was downhill from there. She was condescending and disrespectful as she filled my order, and even came to the table to challenge my wife when she took her order back to confirm it was brown rice. We complained to the assistant manager, Eduardo, and we had no apologies just he would speak to her. He is young, not to say all young people are this way, but I expected much more from management. Even if I occasionally enjoy the food, this kind of behavior ruins the experience. Guess I’m finally done with this place. Sooner or later the ones that care figure out that customer services is a key factor in their business and the overall experience. Why do you think Chick-fil-a is so successful? Great food and exceptional customer service.

Would give ZERO stars if I could and still write a review! After waiting 10 – 15 minutes just to get to order with only 2 cars in front of me, was told they didn’t have any Beijing beef ready and they were about to close. I ordered something different then waited another 10 minutes to get to the window to pay. When pulling up to the pay window noticed the hours of operation on the window and it was almost an hour and a half until they closed! I asked why they couldn’t make more Beijing beef and the same woman who took my order said«well we could but it will take 5 – 7 minutes», let me remind you this is after I had already waited 10 minutes just to get to the window! I told them I would wait and was told to park and they would bring it out to me, which they did 10 minutes later. At this point I was so irritated I just left without checking the order for accuracy(big mistake on my part). Turns out while they were making the Beijing beef they forgot that the entrée plate was supposed to have chow mien and not fried rice, so I had to go back to the store to get the order fixed, as I don’t live far away. After getting grief from the manager for not calling him before going back, he asked me in a very annoyed tone«So what do you want me to do about this sir?» I told him the whole order was now getting cold and I wanted it remade, in which he responded they didn’t have any Beijing beef they would have to make more, it would be another 5 – 7 minutes! FML! The replacement Beijing beef had no sauce on it and at this point I ended up tossing about half the meal. Not once have I had a good experience at this Panda Express, and I won’t be returning again. I recommend to anyone reading this post to just go to the McDonald’s next door.

This Panda Express seriously has the worst customer service… Every single time I’ve been you have to wait8−10 mins for one of the dishes. Yes Panda Express is delicious but the employees are rude! I’ve seriously gotten upset every single time I’ve ordered food here!!! Like how hard is it to keep the food ready??? You know you’re going to get busy at dinner time so be prepared! I used to live off of 290& never had any wait time but this one never ever fails!!! The two stars I have given are for the taste of food!!!

The food was excellent and so was the service. My daughter and I just ate here. They were so sweet to her. Then an elderly man came in and couldn’t get around well. AJ… took his order from his seat, money and delivered. Even sat and chatted for a minute. We will definitely be back. Just look at the fresh ingredients in the coolers.

I’m usually pretty happy because I know what I’m getting fast greasy Chinese, but this time we got«beef» and broccoli. We literally got 2 slivers of beef. I had to dig at it to see any at all.

Wow. Went tonight through the drive thru and waited almost 30 minutes. Then when we got to window to pay and get food… it still wasn’t ready. I like the food but this service is terrible. We had a similar problem last week eating inside. The guy at the register didn’t know what he was doing.

By far the worst experience service wise and food quality wise. I never write reviews on anything but I had to after this mess! The manager was rude and I didn’t bother looking in my to go plate to see how it looked until I got home. The rice was flavorless, my mushroom chicken was all peanuts and vegetables. I had three forks worth of chicken. Three, which I had to dig through squash and peanuts for. Basically I just had blan rice and vegetables for dinner. Who knew I was a vegetarian. Do not come here!

RIPOFF! The GM either needs to be re-trained or replaced. If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. For $ 7.80 I get terrible portions and less quality. Go to a regular restaurant where u get your money’s worth – where they actually serve u muchroom CHICKEN. Not zucchini and 3 pieces of chicken. What the heck? I’ve given them the benefit of a doubt before I wanted to write a bad review, but this has happened 5 out of the 7 times I’ve visited. I’ve called already with this complaint and it goes in through one ear, out the other. Never coming there again. Terrible business and even worse management

Pulled up to the drive way at 9:02 on Friday evening, the girl on the intercom says«oh we only have 3 things on the menu because we’re about to close!» You close in 30 minutes! Is that what you’re going to tell all the customers that come through the drive-thru for the next 30 minutes? They didn’t say they were going to make any food, just that they didn’t have anything but the three things! Just ridiculous!

Not sure why this place gets such bad reviews, I thought it was great! Stopped by after work last week for the first time. The drive through was quick, I ordered a combo with kung pao chicken and orange chicken, with half white rice and half veggies for the side. Under $ 10, food was hot and tasty, and way better than the Chinese food I had eaten earlier in the week from another restaurant. The orange chicken was really delicious, tasted freshly made. Kung pao chicken was good, not the best I’ve had but decent. Rice was good, and I love that you can get sauteed vegetables as a side(or half and half like I did). Makes me feel like I’m being healthy at least somewhat! And bonus, the fortune cookie was crispy and good, which surprisingy doesn’t seem to always be true at Chinese restaurants anymore. I’d say this place compares favorably to just about any«regular» Chinese restaurant I’ve been to in the last few years. I’ll be back for sure.

The food isn’t bad here for fast food Chinese. I like that they have healthier options. What I don’t like is the fact that I’ve been in the drive through line for 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. One sat waiting to order for over 5 minutes. Then when I finally ordered, they got it wrong and had to change it. I can’t back out as there are cars behind me now. Not sure why this place can’t get their act together but I won’t be coming here anymore. That is, if I even get my food before dinner!

Oh my. Walked in walked right back out. Counter of food was crusty and dry. Must have just been sitting there all day. Not worthy of feeding to my dog. None was there either and it was Friday at dinner time. Service? No one was at the counter either. Not going back

Hardly any food prepared when we arrived. We paid and sat to wait. When food was ready servers began to serve people in line not the people who were waiting and had already paid. Tables were sticky. Customer serve was not good at all. Once we went and asked for our food it was good. Over all not a good experience.

Got lunch today, i ordered it online and picked it up. I wasn’t impressed. The food wasn’t hot and i had to wait while they made it. It was supposed to be ready for me when i got there. I ordered chow mein noodles and pot stickers. I got a call before i arrived and was told they didn’t serve pot stickers anymore. So i chose crab rangoon instead. They were soggy and mushy inside by the time i got home. The server forgot the dipping sauce and that sucked because crab rangoon needs orange sauce to dip it in. Anyway i may try it again but i would have to really think about it.

Great place for fast Chinese. Not always the nicest employees but it’s never been to bad on any visit. Only thing I hate is if you come late and they are out of Orange Chicken. Nooooo! However There are many other great options on the menu. Panda Express usually hits the asian food craving. A wise man once told me to have true inner peace and beauty you must be like a panda for they have not hatred toward race or obesity. They are black, white, asian, and fat.
