Get the emails! Get the mailers, the sales are awesome and frequent. The «red dot» deals are already a great savings and they frequently send me coupons for 50% or more.
Friendly staff, quality merchandise and a great location. Great air condition through summer and that was always a bonus!

I have always liked this store. It’s clean and especially well decorated. For a bargain type store it is a luxury environment compared to T J Max, Marshall’s, and Ross where clothes are thrown all over the place. Stein Mart is a classy store with excellent prices and a terrific verity of clothes, furniture, and objects de art. Additionally, the changing rooms are always clean, no clothes left on the floor. It not a huge department store like Macy’s so you can’t expect to find everything you want but if you haven’t tried it stop by and I think you will be impressed

This store is ALWAYS beautiful! They have a great home department! A lot of beach themed items which is perfect for this area! I saw some luggage there and didn’t purchase it, I decided I wanted it today and I called the store to see if they could hold it and the sales lady happily set it aside for me! Great customer service! :-)

Wow, no need to give a superior, high quality store low ratings just because they don’t carry your style, color, etc. Stein Mart, and this store in particular, carries top quality clothing, shoes, etc. and has home décor similar to what you would find in the other department stores as well as unusual items. They also have a nice selection of costume jewelry, purses, etc. and great luggage! Be sure to check their ads in your local paper because their sales along with their coupons can’t be beat. I love Stein Mart!

Overall, I enjoy shopping at Stein Mart. I think they have some really good finds, at a great bargains. I really like their shoe selection and their home décor items.

Stupid Mart is more like it!
Ditto to the previous posts. The place is now getting a remodel, but the store is still for older ladies. I had picked up a great deal of items for Christmas. It was a deal today with a 12 hour sale.
I put everything back.
Why?
Because of the stupid remark and stupid look the older worker, who had a limp, gave me when I asked for clothing for girls. They don’t carry any. No need to be rude. I also agree with the below Unilocalers and especially about not having any decent men’s clothes.
Terrible experience here. I will never return. That is a promise.

Wow, what a disappointment! The TV ads make this place look as good, if not better, than their competitors. The store was filled with poor quality merchandise and items were not cheap. My first and last trip.

I don’t like this place. The men’s clothing is mostly polyester and rayon style polo shirts. I used to buy my pants here but now they stopped carrying the brand I like… I went this weekend to buy a black pair of jeans and the place was 100% blue jeans, not a single black pair to be found. The Men’s shoes inventory are about 2 or 3 pair, rest are womens so that sucks too. My wife on the otherhand did find some shirts she liked, and I did buy some tabasco peanuts so I’ll give the place 2 stars.
