Subway

The ladies that work here are so nice! I always feel welcomed and like they appreciate me as a customer. This is rare with fast-​food workers, so this is my choice Subway in town. The employees make our sandwiches with love and care, and they’re always delicious.

I went to subway and the service over there is very nice special the server her name Gisselle she is so helpful, always smiling and friendly.

It was later in the evening and I had ordered three footlongs for our family. I used a coupon we received in the mail. However when I asked the clerk (Gissell) to wrap each 6 inch sandwich individually (because each person cannot finish an entire footlong in one sitting), she refused because we had used a coupon. Um… what? Wow Subway, way to make us feel like dirt. Thanks for that. If this establishment keeps using such stingy customer service, there are plenty of other sandwich places that make better sandwiches and don’t ruin your appetite.
But, other than that, this place is fairly small: there are a couple booths to seat larger groups and a few tables. I can imagine this place getting overwhelmed during lunch rush.
Or, if this kind of service is the norm lately, maybe not.

It’s Subway– eat healthy. I ask for a standard water cup with my sandwich and they do NOT have any water cups!
So I asked if I could have a soda cup and simply fill it with water– the answer– NO!
THAT IS BAD BUSINESS!
I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.
Bathrooms are FILTHY! No care for the little things.

Came in for dinner with the fam. They only had 2 employees working and one was brand new to the job. Asked for white bread and grabbed wheat, wanted to know if I wanted the Hot Pastrami warmed up?! Ummm please. I know we all start somewhere, but lack of hands on training and supervision. Place is clean, low on supplies (chips, cup lids, apples). Plenty of parking and bathrooms. However they had transients from the bus stop going in just for the bathroom. Nice gals working and cookies actually look soft compared to most subways dried old ones.

SO much better since it has been under new management. The employees are actually nice and normal. Wanda is the best! She always remembers me when I come in and she makes jokes here and there.
Great job new management, I stopped coming her for months because of how bad the service/​food was. Now it was so much better and I stop by here every other week or so.

Love the staff here, always so friendly and very welcoming. Place is always clean and the food is always great !

Great afternoon lunch on a warm summer day. Dan is the best sandwich artist in town! Clean, groovy music, and fresh!
Under new management and it’s great! Enjoyed the large selection of chips. Cookies were super fresh.

I am not one to write about subways because I love me some subway but this new management was so rude. I always get my cheese doubled and because I get a veggie sandwich I have to say I know the veggie is already doubled so double the double and the manger got so pissed at me he said they already know the veggie is doubled so you don’t have to keep saying that, I gave up that fight since they were the ones missing out on the extra dollar for my meal. The lady who did my sandwich would not listen to me she just started making my sandwich the way it says on the board not the way I was asking then when I said I didn’t want tomato she turns to me and said you are so rude… um no your just doing it wrong. Also this location has gotten rid of the veggie being a 5 dollar everyday footlong. Used to love this place but never again.

Not bad for a Subway. Decent service with decent speed. Only complaint I have is that the lobby is always dirty. All the tables and chairs usually have crumbs on them. Not exactly ideal to have to ask for extra napkins to wipe down your own table.

Employees are so RUDE !!! I accidently ordered the wrong sandwich for my DOCTOR and both employess (this chubby guy with highlight spots in his hair and a girls with thin eyebrows who wears glasses @ around 3:35pm) started making faces. I informed him that that was not nice and very rude of them. I work at the Bella Terra Mall and will NEVER go back.

My husband and I came to this subway around 7:45pm and the place looked like they were closed. Barely any bread selection and the girls working were talking in the back and saw us and finally came to help us 3 min later. Then my husband had to wipe the table for us to sit and eat. Had one drink and went to refill our cups and ice tea was gone. At this point it was 8:10 and their clock said 8:30! I have called at different times of the day asking for the manager and he’s not there. One employee said he will give a message to the manager and see if he can get back atcha. Yea that’s right atcha. Not at you. I even pointed out the clock is fast and the girl working rolled her eyes at me. When I asked what her name was as she wasn’t wearing a name tag she said is fast and garbled I couldn’t understand her. So needless to say don’t go at night!

I love Subway. This location is pretty nice and there’s going to be a Yogurtland next door soon too! The workers were friendly and helpful. The seating areas are pretty decent for your standard Subway. I like this location and would probably come here again if I’m shopping at Nordstrom Rack!

I was here today with 2 friends. The employees were rude, disrespectful, and boderline hostile. When I called to speak with a manager about the rude employees the same rude employees told the manager was not there and abruptly hung up.

I’ve been coming here in the day for lunch for a while. service is decent. Quality is the usual Subway.
It’s the evening shift that is horrible. I picked up sandwiches to go for dinner twice and was greeted by a server that didn’t look like he enjoyed his job, nor did he want to service my simple sandwich. No smile, no thank you, nothing.
Nonetheless. I won’t be coming back to this location. There’s another Subway on Heil that is slightly better. Quality may be the same, but at least they appreciate my business.

From one Hispanic to another, when mi hombre server makes my sandwich, it’s great!

Out of all the subway I’ve been to, this is my all time favorite. The food is extremely fresh and the workers are super friendly here.
I ordered:
— $ 5 black forest ham foot long with pepper jack cheese on jalapeño cheddar bread, toasted. I topped it with lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, banana peppers, salt & pepper, light mayo, and honey mustard. I always ask for jalapeño and pickles on the side. The reason why this is my favorite subway is because they know how to toast their sandwiches correctly! Toasted enough where there’s a crunch, but not burnt. Beautiful!
This place is extremely clean and the utensils are always fully stocked!
The only thing I disliked about this place is the seating arrangements. I wish there were more 4 seaters. But i completely understand their situation because of the small store.
I will be back for sure, maybe I’ll try their egg & ham muffin breakfast deal for only $ 2.50! It also comes with a cup of coffee. Since I don’t drink coffee, the worker told me that i can substitute it with a different drink for only $ 0.25 more, no biggie!
Overall, i really like this place. Black forest ham/​jalapeño cheddar bread/​pepper jack cheese ftw!

This Subway is one of my favs. It is typically not overly crowded, though the line can get semi-​long. When the line does get long (and even when it doesn’t, believe it or not) the people working here are like tag team champions. They work like a well oiled machine and get the orders taken, sandwiches made, get you rung up and off to your table or out the door in no time. All while being pleasant and friendly.
I must say I love the Italian Herb & Cheese bread. I know… not the best selection calorie wise but I don’t care. The sweet onion chicken teriyaki on this bread with provolone (toasted) piled with onions, cilantro, olives, a little lettuce and yellow peppers hits the spot. Add a tiny squirt of sweet onion dressing and I’m good to go.
Thanks guys — even if I’m having a crappy day, just getting out of the office and getting a sandwich from you lightens the mood considerably.

I’m not a huge fan of Subway (my hubby is, so I deal with it). But I was pissed off and needed some major carbs to calm me after my hour long wait at the stupid doctor this morning.
The BMT on Italian Herb & Cheese bread was great, fresh & yummy. Just what I needed. And I was rude and talked on my cell phone while the cashier ran my debit card (remember I was pissed and needed to vent, better that I do it to a friend over the phone rather than the poor Subway cashier, eh ?). The lady was so sweet and cheerful. From what I could hear from her chatter with the other customers they were regulars there. Always a good sign :-)

Despite what Laura S. thinks I don’t give a crap how much she hates Subway $ 2.50 for an egg sammich and coffee is a steal!
The sammich is under 200 calories.
I wish the eggs were fresh instead of those naughty egg beaters.
