I couldn’t have been more disappointed. I scheduled a consultation with the stylist and agreed what would be done — touch up red color, cut about 2 inches off, put some turquoise streaks in there. I was charged for the consultation, which I don’t have a problem with. I returned the next week and if it was if we had never met before. Instead of cutting 2 inces off, she cut 5. The red color job was okay, but when I woke up the next morning, the blue dye was on my hands and pillowcases. I’ve been coloring my hair since I was 16 and never had this happen. The stylist seemed more concerned with drying and styling her hair for the male client after me than with giving me a quality experience. The chairs where they rinse your hair out we’re broken and rickety and the shampoo girl was beyond rude. I will NEVER return to this salon. It’s my understanding that the owner of the salon has her own makeup line. She would be better served to manage her stylists and upgrade her facilities. A truly terrible experience.

The same lovely lady has cut my hair for more years than either of us care to think about. This is a great place, everyone is friendly and keep things fun, and do a wonderful job. I see a lot of the same patrons when I go, so customers tend to think the same.
