Huge bang-for-the-buck factor here! Super tasty, super reasonable Asian fare with lovely décor, to boot. Order at the counter, mix n match a variety of yummy options(choose a flavor, choose a protein, over noodles or with rice), and have a seat in the lovely dining room while they bring it out. There’s a station with utensils, napkins, sauces — even to-go containers(!!!) and fortune cookies for when you’re done. So many of the choices looked amazing! I finally chose the Soy Ginger Broccoli with shrimp and brown rice for $ 8.95 — a generous portion with v nice ingredients and yummy sauce! My husband had an equally generous portion of Sweet n Sour shrimp, which he really enjoyed. We also ordered the edamame, crab wontons and a small side salad — all tasty(love the ginger dressing! served on v plain lettuce, typical side salad). The service is very pleasant, though they seemed to have trouble getting the tables cleaned as people left — no biggie at all, since there were plenty of clean tables available. Overall, delicious, pleasant and designed very well to support efficiency. We’ll be back!

My girlfriend and I have been heRE close to a dozen times, and NEVERHAVE we had bad food or poor service. My girlfriend is an adventurous eater and has tried a variety of things. I tend to love the Dan Dan noodles.

The food is super fast and service was great. However, the only part of our meal we enjoyed was the coconut soup. I felt like this Mongolian beef was like eating beef dipped in sugar, it was very sweet almost like eating a dessert.

Food is great, service is excellent — I stop there every chance I get. One of the best Asian food restaurants ever!

Huge fan of Pei Wei in Nashville so of course I love this place. Tons of fresh food at a good price!

Love eating here. The spicy fried rice is great. Portions are plenty. Sometimes I get the kids fried rice which is still plenty. Kids love to get egg drop soup and eat the crispies. I’ve tried other dishes, and they are all pretty good.

This is was one and only experience with Mei Wei. I think it had only been open a week or so when I went. I ordered the gluten free sweet and sour chicken with white rice. I’ve never had anything so bland and tasteless in a restaurant in my life. Neither the chicken nor the rice had any flavor whatsoever, and I mean none! They picked up the flavor of the sweet and sour sauce, but there was simply not enough of it to make the dish worth eating. I didn’t even finish half of it. The service was fine; the staff was very nice. No complaints there. However, I won’t be back. I don’t know if the«regular» menu is any better, but the gluten free was awful.

We called for takeout at 1:30 and the order was ready in 10 min as promised by the staff member. The order was done correctly– even all condiments were there– ground peanuts for Shrimp Pad Thai(very plentiful and NOT overlooked shrimp and great flavor of the dish– better than Surin’s or even Thai Garden’s); soy sauce, chili sauce, etc. Green chicken curry flavor was also was excellent– Thai basil, fresh vegetables, tender chicken– up there with Thai Garden(in Huntsville– my standard for Thai cuisine). Soups– wonton and coconut were also tasty(Thai Garden’s — better, but twice the cost for same amount). So overall our experience so far was very good. Inside the restaurant is spacious and clean, parking is very convenient in Publix parking garage. Definitely will return!!!

Had no idea that Mei Wei was now tucked into Twickenham Square; I kept thinking the party I was coming to meet actually meant Asian Rim a few blocks over, but… anyway It’s pretty much the same as the Mei Wei on University, I’m not sure I actually«like» it, but I can’t say that it’s terrible either… not by a long shot. Quick, fast, almost cafeteria style with some extra sauce kinda fare. So what’s the food like? Umm… kinda like… Panda Express meets PF Chang at a house party and decide to room together… and give half their stuff away. I mean you have your rice based dishes with a choice of protein(beef, chicken, shrimp) and a sauce that ranges from soy to curry(red or green only). Fried things… egg rolls, spring rolls and Shanghai rolls. Wontons. The Thai soups(Tom yum) aren’t bad at all… Especially if you’re in a hurry.

I called and was rudely put on hold for 13 minutes. The gentleman said«Our cashier is too busy to take your order. You will have to wait.» After waiting the 13 minutes, I then tried probably 10 times to call back, and no one ever answered. A friend of mine had called for delivery the same day, and was told the wait time would be 30 – 40 minutes. She waited well over an hour.
