So the food is phenomenal. I have been here on multiple occasions and the food itself is fresh and mastered perfectly. If you have any type of allergy, they will work with you. For example, I am allergic to peanuts, and I can order Kung Pao. My favorite dish is the Kung Pao either Shrimp or Scallops. However I am getting a little head of myself. To start with the crab rangoons are perfect. They are filled with tons of crab meat and just a hint of cream cheese. The dipping sauce is great as well, but the presentation is on point. It was so pretty to eat. If you like egg drop soup or hot and sour soup, get the soup. It is literally like $ 2.00 extra to add on with your meal, and you will thank me. The egg drop has carrots and peas pieces mixed in and it is delightful. The best part of the soup is actually the thin wonton crispies. So now onto my favorite part, the Kung Pao. Whether it is chicken, shrimp, scallops, tofu, or whatever you want. The spiciness of the sauce and the technique used is spot on. I even order mine extra spicy, and the flavor was absolutely perfect. Served with your choice or brown, white, or fried rice. This dish is something to write home about. My third favorite(I will get to my second favorite soon is the spicy green beans, no these are not the fried ones. These are the stir fried spicy green beans, and if I knew how to make them exactly like this at home, I would eat them daily. They are amazing, stir fried to crispy but tender and man that spice is on point. For my second favorite menu item. Don’t go to P.F. Changs and not get the Banana Spring rolls, i am talking six warm, crispy bites of banana rolled in spring roll wrappers deep fried to perfection served with the absolute best coconut-pineapple ice cream you have ever put in your mouth and drizzled with caramel and vanilla sauces. This is heaven on a plate, to the point i almost licked the plate, and ordered a second to take home. The main reason this got a 4 star instead of 5, was sadly the service. Our server was great when we first got there, but after the appetizers and soups were delivered, it took a while to get the entrees, then we had to chase him down for the to go boxes and the ticket. Lets just say we were served our main entrees at 11:30, and by 11:50 we were finished. We didn’t get boxes or our ticket until after 12:30. It was a lot of waiting. I will definitely come back tho, especially when I have no rush!

This is was the absolute worse dining experience I have had at this restaurant. I met my party around 7:30 and ordered promptly at 7:45. Around 8:18 I motioned for the managerto come over to our table. I informed the manager that we(part of 3 adults and 1 child) that we had been waiting over 30 minutes for our food. Instead of him apologizing for the long wait he proceeds to tell me that it had only been 20 minutes, because he checked the ticket before coming over to our table. He said that someone in the back had informed him that we had been waiting a while for our meal. I told him that I wasn’t sure of his account but it had in fact been that long because when ever I have my child with me I tend to keep up with the time. I was applaud that instead of him being apologetic he went on to tell us that an order for a table of 25 people on the patio had gone in right before ours. I told him could he please at least check on my child’s meal. He walked to the back and in less than one minute later all the food that was order came out. The manager walked away as the food was delivered. As my plate was placed in front of me I questioned if what was on my plate was beef. I ordered chicken and shrimp friend rice with egg only. I don’t eat red meat at all. When I questioned the waiter if what I had was chicken her response was yes. Now there is poor lighting in the restaurant at night because of the lights being dime. I picked up the meat and began to examine it and it was in fact beef. I informed the waiter she took the plate away. The manager came over and said that they would be fixing me another plate. It took over 15 minutes for the new plate to arrive. Since the redo meal was taking so long I asked for the meal to be boxed up because at this point the rest of my party was almost done with their meals and I had yet to receive mines. We asked the waitress for the check(two separate checks). The checks were wrong. Another wait 10 minute wait to have them corrected and of course no the manager didn’t comp my meal nor did he even seem to care that my dinning experience was horrible. I won’t be back at this PF Chang’s.

Called at 1:30 and told no wait for 6 people. Arrived at 1:34 to be told there was a 20 minute wait. Hostess claimed«oh we just had a lot of people show up». Sorry but that is a bunch of crap. Good first impression guys and you won’t get a shot at a second!

Great food! Lettuce wrap appetizer was excellent and sushi choices were surprisingly delicious for a non-sushi establishment. Much better than some other P.F. Changs locations I’ve been to in the past.

Not impressed. Went there on my birthday in late January. Would occasionally go in the past for their chicken lettuce wrap and hot tea. They changed the recipe for their wrap; it has the consistency of dog food now and tastes yucky. The egg drop soup tasted like THICK chicken noodle soup. It was so gross. Our waiter was adam. Horrible experience. We asked him multiple times for things and he would forget. Said to ask for him next time we come back… Um NO. Probably won’t be going back. Hate that since I LOVED the wrap :(

I had a date with one of my best friends for lunch one day there and went again another day. My favorite server is Rocky. He is amazing in every way. Sadly I haven’t gotten to get back there in a while. The menu is accommodating for nearly anything if the server knows it well enough. I had to have gluten free options. My friend had to have help ordering. She had just had surgery. Our server was more than happy to make suggestions. He knew of other patrons who had been through the same surgery and was very sympathetic. He made us laugh and cheered us up. He also was in the top five of any server I have ever had. The location is stellar. The cleanliness is usually pretty great. The food is great. Not many gluten free options though. The prices are a bit much. However for freshly cooked fare, it balanced out. We had happy tummies. Although it boggles my mind any time people justify paying more for anything simply for the brand. Whatever. Either way, go during lunch during the week. The servers are not too busy to answer questions and the dining area isn’t too hot or crowded then. Plus, food is out much quicker than at dinner time.

The Spring rolls tasted like they were full of grease and were brought out with our meals not in advance like the other 3,000 Chinese restaurants. The sesame chicken was good and the right portion for a lunch item. The fried rice was also good but tasted pretty salty. Not sure it was from the rice or the soy sauce we put on it. Either way it was too salty. If it was from the soy sauce then customers should have choice of low sodium or not. And finally everything is way over priced by at least 20% compared to other top end Chinese restaurants. I would not repeat.

The atmosphere is beautiful and intimate. The waiters are very attentive and offer advice on what to choose if you are having difficulty deciding what you would like to eat. The menu offers a unique spin to the Asian-style cuisine. The lettuce wraps are always my go to choice!

This is my first time ever at P.F. Chang’s.it was awesome my fiancé and I order the dinner for 2… soup app 2 entries and dessert. The had me at the egg drop soup. For a chain restaurant i would drink a gallon if you let me. The lettuce wraps were good but messy. for our entries we had the beef and broccoli and the crispy honey chicken. both were so good the broccoli was fresh and crisp(not wilted like most). The chicken dish was a bit strong but had a pleasant taste to it. but then the desert came… the great wall of Chocolate… omg a 5 layer cake as big as my head with some raspberry liquid .that hit the spot! I am want to go back and try the Mongolian beef… and more! Our wait staff was helpful and very helpful my drink never sat empty.(I’m a camel when comes to fountain drinks). I cant wait for my next visit !

No one should ever leave a resturant hungry but that’s just what happened tonight. Horrible service for mediocre food… wait I can’t say how the food was as I didn’t eat. First nothing was brought together. I ordered egg drop soup and request some crispy noodle with sweet chili paste, something that use to be standard, but NEVER got them even after talking to the manager about it. We ordered an appetizer for my daughter’s dinner and our server didn’t tell us they were out until the table had been served. Forget a drink refill here. It’s just not going to happen. Even after talking to management. The server blamed the cook staff… of course they knew our drinks were out. Blamed them for the poor timing of food and still expected a tip. The manager would rather comp a meal than fix the problems. If your looking for good food and good service at a good price keep walking pass the P.F. Changs. There other places to eat at in less than a 1 minute walk. We will not be eating here again.

PF Chang is always consistent where ever you find one. I enjoyed a nice meal at a slightly elevated price but still reasonable. The bar area is dark with plenty of seating options but if you are watching a game above the bar and you are sitting in a booth the center high top tables will block your view if occupied. Did I mention it’s dark? Perfect for a date if you don’t want your husband or wife to find you. It’s seat yourself in the bar area but 7 servers passes me without acknowledging me. Finally I asked one and another server soon appeared. Very nice girl but referred to me as Hon, Sweetie, dear, and babe, not Dr Awesome which is my true pet name. After the order it was all broiler plate food comes out great timing and a good time was had by all.

Outstanding food quality Service is always perfect We go here often and it’s always very good Atmosphere is pleasant. Even when the place is fully booked it’s not noisy. Very relaxed, pleasant, enjoyable experience. After dinner stroll on down to the Monaco theater. SPACESHIP! SPACESHIP! SPACESHIP!

A few weeks ago i had a particular craving that needed satisfying but since the menu is so abundant i had asked my server John H. what he thought i might enjoy with a particular glass of wine. Once we arrived at a solid conclusion, my meal had been delivered and devoured… The meal was great. But the reason i am leaving a review is because I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, and attention to detail that my server John had brought to the table. Keep up the good work John and Christine :)

I visited this place for the first time and was expecting it to be a nice place to dine but it was a complete disappointment. The host at the lobby was weird and not at all welcoming. It was initial wait of 15−20mins and later almost 30 mins wait for the food to arrive. We felt completely ignored. The food was okay. I won’t be stepping this place again.

We called and was ensured we could have a dog in the outdoor patio… Once there, we were mockingly turned away(as in woof woof no). So happy to take our business next door to a more welcoming establishment among many in this mall. I don’t think I can ever step into another PF. Chang’s…

This week was my first time back to Changs since they had an overhaul in management some months ago. It’s still basically the same chain as before but now maybe slightly more evident that it is indeed owned by a private equity firm. For instance, your chop sticks are already at the table with you. No more asking. The«special» three sauce service disappeared as did about half the drink menu. This isn’t all bad, but some of the finer points of efficiency are still lost; they have yet to heat the water for hot tea appropriately before bringing it out. The menu has more upside than the slimmer drink list, however. There’s still a lot of the same Changs things – salt and pepper shrimp, Singapore street noodles, basic American Chinese fair. But now there’s an expansion of non traditional items and a few slight modifications as well. The lobster rice is one of a number of new editions to the menu that actually is a very welcome change. It used to be crab rice which I always thought was lacking… something. Not all of the new editions and mods work out… but that’s to be expected. For example, the«new» version of the Hunan hot fish, however, is a sauce-heavy shadow of its former self. There are still plenty of items for people to enjoy here. If you’re a fan of American Chinese, it’s still a good spot. However, the finer points and draws are missing for me. But that’s fine, too.

Visited this PF Chang because we love their food and prices — and were here at Bridge street for couple days looking around, after an interview at NASA. Looking at moving from DC area and wanted see what Huntsville had to offer… and loved it! This PF Chang was what I expected and more — we eat at the chain a few times a year and love it in Northern Virginia and this one did the trick for a fix! Not sure if ours had same happy hour special or not, since we usually don’t go to happy hour — but since we left kids at home for trip — got to go. Prices on drinks and appetizers were great. And the appetizers were same size as regular, like the mega filling chicken lettuce wraps — just like 40% less cost! I let my eyes get ahead of me and got 3 appetizers to go with my 2 beers — and couldn’t eat it all. I think we had one dinner, 3 appetizers, 2 margaritas and 2 beers for like 40 $! Insanely good deal on great stuff~! And our waitress was very nice and as friendly as everyone else we met in Alabama — hoping it works out and we can move down and join your great city!

Was initially a wait of 5 – 10 minutes but we ended up being seated in 5. The server sat us at the table closest to entrance near high traffic and uncomfortable lighting. There were 7 – 8 other tables that were vacant. When we asked to move she stated that we’d need to be placed back on the wait list. There were only 2 other parties of 2 waiting now. We decided to leave without giving our business and a nice tip(my husband enjoys tipping generously). Now we decided to walk — in at Monaco for the Prive dinner and movie and we are glad we did this instead. Not sure if we’ll return to PF Chang’s. Didnt feel very welcomed or cared for even after we decided to walk-out.

I am admittedly shocked at how good this chain restaurant is… Not usually my cup of tea but I was pleasantly surprised. My dinner mate and I shared the lettuce wraps and the crab wontons. Both were on the happy hour menu, where they did not skimp on portion sizes. The wontons were some of the crabbiest I’ve had and I don’t mean their mood. =) The lettuce wrap filling had a great crunch(water chestnuts, I believe), even though not what I expected, very tasty and mild. They only provide 4 lettuce ‘cups’ though, which proved to be not enough. I ordered the Pad Thai(if you’ve read my other reviews, I really like Pad Thai). I have now tried all other Pad Thais offered in Huntsville and, again shocked, this is my favorite. The noodles were perfectly cooked, one of my main complaints, and it wasn’t overly sweet. It also had a really good amount/size of fillings(tofu, chicken, egg, cilantro). I’m also very pleased with the wine selection and prices.
