We went here for our anniversary. My wife and I first went here 3 years ago on our 25th anniversary. Both times were great. This time we had the fusion for two. It was incredible. The drinks are reasonably priced. The turtle chocolate desert is extremely good. I highly recommend it. Our servers name was Daniel and he was excellent. It’s a great time and great food!

Me and my family had a great time. If you get the opportunity try to order the Fusion Fondue meal. It is delicious!!! It is a mix of shrimp, lobster tail, and sirloin steak that tastes so good. The four course meal is a must. I can’t wait to go back!!!

I have been an avid Melting Pot-ter since they first opened in Huntsville. I have eaten here well over 20 times over the years(& even hosted my rehearsal dinner here in November) & never have I had a less than stellar experience. The staff is always incredibly attentive, the food is always of great quality & the ambiance can’t be beaten.

Classic cheese fondue, deliciously smooth and creamy with dippers such as bread, green apples, and veggies! Fondue fusion with lobster tail, filet, duck with red potatoes, mushrooms, and broccoli. Top this off with flaming turtle chocolate which is lit and served with strawberries, pineapple, pound cake, banana, rice crispy treats, and marshmallows! Add a wonderful, romantic ambiance and you have a wonderful night out! The owner always comes by to speak, a nice added touch! A great time! A bit slower than usual which cost a star rating, but still a fan!

I’ve been to this location numerous times. It has always been a first class experience. Yes, you have to cook the food yourself. It is far from a laborious act, it is part of the experience itself. I have also never been to a restaurant where the owner was as hands on as they are here. Overall highly recommended. If you prefer Outback, then by all means go to Outback. If you want a unique, high class experience then go to the Melting Pot Huntsville.

I throughly enjoyed the staff at this restaurant. I have learned from my experience here that fondue is not for me, but I will fondly remember how attentive the staff was to me as well as the atmosphere the restaurant created and how they both heavily contributed to the quality of my meal. I would recommend everyone try this place at least one. Even if just for dessert.

This is always the first place I think of going for any special occasions. Wonderful atmosphere, and it seems like every table I’ve been seated at during my various visits have always felt very secluded and private. The servers are always very nice and professional, and great answering any questions for the fondue experience that many people don’t do on a regular basis.

Great food and staff! Went for Mother’s Day and they gave each Momma a rose, extra special detail you don’t always get. Very pleased and will definitely be back.

This is very consistent with the Brand. We loved this in Atlanta but have only been here once in Huntsville. I still wish the cost would be cheaper for the fact that you personally cook everything and meat isn’t seasoned. The flavor only comes from the sauces and bouillon. I wish they would give you seasoning that you can apply before/after cooking the meat.

Best place in town to celebrate a special occasion! The staff is very friendly and they make sure that you understand how everything works. We had the filet, shrimp and Chicken with two different fondue pots. One was the regular stuff they offer the other was burgundy based. Both were delicious! The cheese fondues were great too! We had the Alpine and the Cheddar. The chocolate fondue is worth the entire experience! We had Milk Chocolate in one and cookies and Cream Marshmallow Dream., it was awesome!

This place is the greatest example of overpriced food gimmicky. I agree the atmosphere is nice but I’m not paying just for atmosphere. Service tends to be slow and sloppy. I can’t even start to describe the poor taste of food so I want. I will say the dessert portion of the meal was palatable. Please stay home invite friends over do fondue at your own house.

Come for the experience as much as the food; the atmosphere is wonderful and the food is fun as well as delicious. Join their Club Fondue for great special offers. Our server Chris was helpful and friendly.

The prices here are prohibitive. The night started out with cheese fondue which was actually good, but the first hiccup was when we ordered a bottle of cake bread wine. I wasn’t familiar with the vintage but I later found out they charged about double what the wine costs. Dinner was comical. I was still hungry after dinner. It was just little pieces of food raw, that we were supposed to boil. The price for my «plate» was 35 dollars or more and it was a tiny bit of food that I had to prepare. I can cook the same thing at home for a fraction of a fraction of the price with a pot of water and a stove. Desert was the anticlimactic end to the evening. Hershey’s syrup in bucket. Or should I say a pot? It was ok, but truly the appetizer cheese fondue was the best part and it went downhill from there. All told, the night cost 350 dollars for two. Our server was pleasant and why not? He stood to make a mint in tips from overpriced food. Don’t fall into their pricey«4 course meal» scheme, just get the cheese fondue for about 9 bucks and leave.

Fantastic. The management is top notch and the food is very high quality. But it is extremely expensive. This is NOT a fast-food sort of atmosphere so expect a good two hours minimum for dining. I think this is actually a GOOD thing as it enables you to relax and not rush dinner. It’s very enjoyable and they take care of everything. For special occasions, sometimes you will receive an extra added surprise touch — from spot discounts, to future dining rewards, to flowers for your date, they know how to go the extra mile. It should go without saying that you shouldn’t expect it — but it’s nice when it happens!

This was way overpriced. I felt sick with regret after leaving for paying over $ 100 for terrible fishy tasting lobster and sour tasting boiled beef. My wife hated her food as well. I could have gone to Outback Steakhouse and had just as good of a time and paid half the price. I would never suggest anyone ever going there. Don’t waste you’re time. Or your money. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$!!!

Update 9÷30÷14. Friend thought this may be the ticket as far as nice looking bars to take clients for work talk. I countered with«not if you plan to actually get drinks»(snark) but I agree if that’s what you’re looking for them bar and patio here would fill the void left by the departure of the«members only» dining club, the heritage club which was previously located nearby the melting pot. Now go and develop your business. You’re welcome.

My husband works out of state and is usually gone months or weeks at a time so he is always doing something nice for me so I decided to treat him out for a romantic evening. OMG… I never been to the place it was both of our first time. I told them I wanted the balloons, chocolate and our photo taken and it was delivered and at our table upon arrival, the setting of the table was so beautiful. We had a private seating area in which you have to get upon request with your reservations, the people there was so freaking nice, they know the menu as if they memorized it(which is still good)… I am a vegetarian so they do have that option as well you will not be left out. Oh and the Owner came to our table, Yep the Owner and said a few kind words which made us feel extra special. My husband had an AWE moment the hold time he just couldn’t believe this place even existed. The food was really good especially the spinach artichoke. all the food was good. I loved the Chocolate/desserts(The only thing I didn’t like was the marshmallow) The photo they took of us turned out beautiful and you do get a frame for it. I gave it 4 stars because I was in heels and I had to walk(felt like a mile) by the time we got there my feet was hurting. After we left, I walk around to see if we parked in the wrong area, But I didn’t see an easy parking spot unless I was to park at the Westin hotel and walk across. I think they should be in an area where I can easily access there restaurant. But the walk gave me insight on what stores was there and I didn’t even know half of these stores existed here at the bridge street
