First time having this BBQ, was decent. Had the tri –tip, BBQ chicken, mash potatoes and onion rings. It wasn’t bad food but I wouldn’t come here often. It’s worth a try. I don’t live in Texas and was only visiting and I thought Texas is suppose to be known for good BBQ. But this is just another one of your regular places similar to a Lucillies.

I just moved back to the area after about 25 yrs. I never got good BBQ in Indiana. I hadn’t eaten all day, so I drove through and got the chopped brisket sandwich. Ugh. The bun was basically a wad of dough. I know brisket tends to be fatty, but good grief, that’s about all I got — fat and gristle. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the young lady at the drive thru. The food was terrible.

This is by far the worst Dichey’s I have gone too. The service is terrible, the employees are rude and clearly hate their job. We have eaten in as well as taken out and it’s a horrible experience. Paid $ 8.50 for a southwestern salad to have lettuce and meat. No tomatoes, cheese anything. Husband was told the fryer is broken so he ordered potatoes instead of okra. Got home all he was given was meat, nothing else. Overpriced terrible food. We will not be going to this location again.

We frequent this location of Dickey’s. Sunday lunch is notoriously busy anywhere you go and with kids eat free on Sundays, Dickey’s is no exception. For the price, the BBQ is good, but the spicy BBQ sauce is what keeps me coming back. You can find better if you’re willing to look and pay more, but I’ve never been disappointed here.

Absolutely gross! Never ever returning. I paid $ 11 for brisket, mac, n beans. My 1st and last time visit. I have nothing good 2 say. Save your $ and go elsewhere. NOT worth it

The workers are nice and the place is clean. Its«fast BBQ», but the food doesn’t disappoint! The pickles and onions are always crisp and fresh.

I have visited Dickeys before and thought that the bbq was decent. This visit to this location proved quite different. I ordered a plate with 2 sides and chose the mashed potatoes and green beans. The potatoes were cold, meat was not really warm and the roll was like it had been in the cooler. Needless to say, very disappointed. I asked for another roll and they wanted to charge me. No, thanks! Will go another direction when I feel like bbq.

This is on my rotation of close lunch options. I really like their Chicken Caesar Salad although I ask for no parm cheese or Caesar dressing. I prefer to use their ranch(really good) and add some of the shredded cheddar cheese from the potato bar. Their chicken has to be some of the best I have had.(All Dickey’s restaurants that I have tried) They serve just the boneless breast and it is always cooked to perfection and still nice and juicy… no dry chicken here. I do wish their salad prices were a little more reasonable, however. It is about $ 9 for a salad and roll. The salad is huge, though so that is some saving grace. As for the barbeque meats, they know how to smoke. Their ribs are usually really good… tender and fall off the bone and their brisket and sausage is really good as well. We cater their delivery buffet for lunch at work quite a bit and we have always had a great experience with this location. They are always on time and the food is always hot and plentiful. I have tried almost all of their sides at this point and they are all really good. This is a solid place to eat and great place to take the kids on Sundays. they eat free. The kids love it for the ice cream too.

Only reason we’ve been here more than once is the kids eat free on Sun & Wed. Food is subpar & service is almost nonexistent. They barely keep it staffed enough to put food on your plate, much less make make sure the ice cream machine isn’t empty. Probably my last choice for BBQ.

I continue my tour of food joints in my area. I had never tried Dickeys before and after my last bad experience at Risckys, I was hoping for an improvement. I ordered the 2 meat platter w/brisket, ribs, macc and cheese, green beans and 1 lg sweet tea. I got to the window, I told the guy ‘let me try the brisket, I may want an extra portion”, he obliged, low and behold I liked the flavor so I got the extra portion. I get back to work and they gave me baked beans instead of macc and cheese. So I was bummed about that. The brisket as juicy, not too greasy, and wasnt too fatty. There was 2 ribs, they were a little skinny and luke warm, but they still tasted good. I enjoyed the bbq sauce, it had a nice mix of sweet and heat(that kicks in a little later). The green beans were good, the roll that came with it was super soft, I even put some brisket on it to make a mini sandwich. The baked beans they can keep though. They were bland, smokey and spicy. I like mine sweet with brown sugar, and other sweet stuff in it. Overall pretty good. Just the baked beans are not my thing.

While Dickeys is fast food, BBQ was still delicious. It was so close to my office, I gave it a bonus star. Loved their fried okra and banana pudding. I like how you can get your food quickly.

usually eat at Keller location but tried here. Same food but newer facility seemed much cleaner. Food was good I had the rib plate. Menu looked a little bigger and a few more veggie options. Overall a good experience though I’ve had better BBQ for the prices.

Just OK. I really expected more but I wasn’t impressed with the brisket. The beef was very fatty and the bun was doughy. The dill potato salad was pretty good. Next time I may try the ribs or the chicken.

Good brisket, sausage and decent ribs. Sides were really good as well. Friendly service and a nice clean place to eat. Not a bad overall place for BBQ if you are in the area.

My mom and I used to love going to the Dicky’s that was on grapevine highway that was the original inhabitants of what now is pacific house. They closed that location years and years ago; and this one opened. I quit eating meat for about 8 years … My dad had started eating here when this location opened; he gets some sort of über-meat dinner that comes with 5 meats. Just smelling what comes in the bag makes me me gag to this day. My mom quit eating at Dicky’s all together. She said its cause something of dads got in her meal but with the one visit my husband and I braved in to take confirmed my suspicions. I ordered what my mom and I always ordered a turkey sandwhich plate … They didn’t have 90% of their veggies available and most they did had pork or mayo in it. So we ended up double ordering fries on both of our plates and Azzie got a fry as well & they would bring it out. We only ever got two orders of fries & the turkey tasted weird … We ended up feeling gipped out of our money for the lack of healthy side options; and for the fact we didn’t get at least 3 regular orders of fries and leaving gross for eating there. At least the kid got ice cream.

Without knowing for sure, I’d say that this location maybe changed hands lately. Just ran in for a takeout and get almost what I ordered. I guess green beans and red beans really are in the same family, really wanted red BBQ beans. had to remind them that rolls came with the order. So if you watch close and get what you want, the ribs are really tender and tasty. The brisket, today anyway, is pretty dry and must be supplemented with liberal amounts of sauce.
