Great pizza! I asked if they could make a heart shaped pizza for my boyfriend for a early Valentine’s special and they did an excellent job! Very nice and great tasting food!

I ordered a steak and cheese combo with a small cheese pizza. My order was a delivery. None of my order was correct. There was no ketchup, mustard on my sub. I had to repeat my order several time because the gentleman who took my order has a heavy Indian accent and doesn’t understand English very well. I don’t eat pork! I was given a pepperoni pizza. I called to tell them that my order was wrong. I spoke to a woman this was on Monday 8/11@8:19pm. She explained that the driver was not back yet they would make another pizza I am a business hair salon just 2 doors maybe a 3 minute walk. I called and they were closed. I fell I was lied to knowing that there store was closing along with stealing my money. I found it offensive. I have the pizza taking it back with the receipt and I won’t my money back regarding the tip as well. I will no patronize them and I will advise my clients no to as well.

Everytime I go they are courteous and polite. My food is always yummers. They only got my order wrong once… they forgot my extra cheese! The next time I went I mentioned the mistake to them and they took responsibility and gave me an order of fries on the house for the mistake. Customer service is nice.

After ordering from the Web site several time the site lock you out, it tell you to send a email to unlock it but no one replies and you still lock out. What a way to run a business they suck

Ordered delivery for a work meeting from here. I thought I would call because the online ordering system didn’t seem to make it clear how to include ‘customization’(this one wants no mayo, extra tomato, the next one — no tomato, etc). Big mistake. As soon as the guy had me repeat«Turkey sub» 3 times I knew I should have risked ordering online. It took 25 minutes to order 7 sandwiches. At one point, I said«everything is on wheat bread. Regular size». The orders were not complicated and nothing was so off menu that it should have been a problem. «Where is this going?» I gave the address. «I don’t deliver that far.» It’s barely a miles and a half” «Oh…» And I gave very specific instructions on where to go. I gave my credit card number and spelled my name… twice. I was told 45 minutes. I went to my meeting pretty confident lunch was not going to show up. It did, 30 minutes late. Everything was cold, half the sandwiches were the wrong size and on the wrong bread. Lesson learned. We won’t be ordering from there again any time soon or ever.
