I had high expectations for this pizza especially because when I was younger I remember it being the best pizza ever, but it actually is just above average. It was fresh and made correctly but lacked flavor and the crust was very bland. I rarely eat pizza and when I do I like to be impressed and feel like it was worth the cheat meal. This was good but I could live without it.

DELICIOUSPIZZA! The crust is perfect– crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They aren’t shy with their toppings. We ordered the Hawaiian and the traveler– both so yummy! The server was very polite and helpful. After the Memorial Day weekend they were out of garlic bread so they made us the garlic chips for the price of bread(that’s good customer service right there!). Would definitely return.

Five stars for being awesome and allowing us to order a pizza seven minutes before closing. Our drive in from San Jose took a little longer than expected and everything was closing wen we decided we needed to eat still! The pizza was pretty good, too!

Great food. The pizzas are well made and cooked to crispy perfection. The salad bar is well stocked and sufficiently iced. The service was exceptional and tge prices are very reasonable. We’ll be coming back everytime we visit.

Locals tend to avoid Mofos. I don’t know why, but I do too. However, they do have good pizzas, a great salad bar, and nice staff. They décor could use some updates, but mostly it’s the weird wood wall hangings that should go. The checkered tables and the rest is very classic pizza place and goes well with the local, small-town restaurant. I never felt like they gave much thought to their food other than their pizzas, however. I think it would be nice to either spice up their non-pizza portion of their menu or just remove it altogether.

Mofo’s: the name alone should catch your attention. Don’t explain what it means if your kid asks you as you’re being seated — save that little gem for later. Get the one-trip salad bar. It’s seriously one of the best and freshest salad bars I’ve ever had in my life. I really mean that, and so does my wife. The plate is flat and round enough for you to make an absolutely obnoxious salad. The staff is cool and cheerful and don’t seem to mind. In fact, the salad was so filling and excellent that by the time the pizza came out(fresh, hot and quick), I was already satisfied and just ended up eating one piece of very tasty pizza. Perfect amount of food after a full day on the slopes. For a family of two adults, one 17 year old teenage eating machine, a 12 year old and a 7 year old, we got four salad bar orders and a large pizza and ended up taking nearly half the pizza home in a box. Service is friendly and food is superb — nothing fancy, which is just the way it should be when you’re in town for the skiing more than the dining. Bill with tax but not tip was under $ 56, aka reasonable.

After a day of skiing, you need to come here! The crust is phenomenal!!! Super light and flaky and they load the pizza with toppings(definitely mo fo’ your money). We also ordered the spaghetti and meatballs — the noodles were definitely homemade and the sauce was good. The meatballs were more dense than I like but decent. I did add the salad bar — nothing fancy but a good way to get more veggies into our dinner. We came with our kids and they loved watching the chef toss the pizza dough. And yes he gave each of them a dough ball to play with. We would definitely come back here and recommend for families!

Fantastic pizza! Crust was great, toppings were plentiful and fresh. I ordered a medium combo and it fed me and 2 others. The sausage, ham and pepperoni were all tasty and flavorful. I will eat here every time I come back to Lake Tahoe!

This was the first pizza I ate back at home after returning from Rome… so, giving it 4 stars means it’s actually good! Actually, I really don’t have any real good reason to not give it 5 stars, except that the pizza was sort of oily. 3 of us shared a large, and we shared half Firenze half meat lovers. Lots of meat on the meat lovers, and it was really flavorful. The Firenze was definitely lighter and had a pesto base instead of tomato which was a nice contrast to the meat lovers(tomato base). The meat on the meat lovers was really oily, but the crust was delicious and fluffy, really good! I was actually quite impressed with the pizza here. The mozzarella was quite good too, nice and stretchy. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re here around the area for skiing(or just for whatever, really). The waitress was super nice too, and service here is actually existent! I was pretty impressed. Good service, good quality, and good prices(ours came out to be $ 25.95 pre-tip — I think the prices on the menu include tax already, or is there just no tax in Nevada??). Anyway, yay, good dinner! It was pretty full when we arrived around 7:30PM on a Friday, but it was empty when we left. Yum!

Great spot for pizza and beer! We ate after skiing at Diamond Peak and had the large sweet and hot, a few beers and a the salad bar. The sweet/hot combo was a hit and recommend it highly. We will be back!!!

LOVE the crust! My pizza could have used a bit more cheese tonight but, oh my, the sample of homemade ice cream was totally amazing! Thanks Mofos!

I love going to Mofo’s every time I’m in North Lake Tahoe! Quaint old-school pizza joint, with cute red-checkered tablecloths and kitschy ski décor. The service is super friendly and food is delicious. Try to come early(around 5:30−6ish) to avoid the après-ski crowd. I like the salad bar — one trip = $ 6.95 and you can load up on as much as you want. The toppings are pretty basic, but everything is super fresh. The pizzas are all delicious! I usually get the Build-Your-Own, but all the other ones I tried were also very good. I love the generous amounts of toppings they give and the thick chewy crust. The homemade ice cream is also great. They’ve downsized and now serve only one scoop. They had vanilla bean and butter pecan when we were there. The vanilla was good, but a little icy. Overall, great place to grub after a long day of snowboarding. Definitely recommend!

Totally worth the money, which is always so nice to find. Nice crust, cooked right. Friendly people who are willing to skip the bad music when it comes up in their playlist. :) So happy to know you’re here. Short story: Pizza is real good!

Excellent pizza. You will not be disappointed. Nice salad bar, my girls said they judge the quality of a salad bar on weather or not they have garbanzo beans, and they do. So it must be a good salad bar. Also, we arrived about 10 minutes before they actually opened and they were nice enough to open things up for us and let us order our drinks before they were completely ready to open. This will be my pizza joint in the Incline area from now on.

After a morning kayaking from Kings Beach to Crystal Bay and back, drove to Incline Village for some food. We were so hungry, we started with the garlic bread with jalapenos and bacon and still proceeded/managed to kill a large Firenze pizza: PESTO!!! feta cheese, salami, kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, and garlic. Large was $ 27.95. Definitely«Mofo your money.» Funny how I’m usually a meat-lover pizza topping kinda person, but this one was really very good. Didn’t try the salad bar or the ice cream this time around, the pizza was plenty. Pretty quiet lunch atmosphere on a weekday, décor was very cozy, even down to the bathroom paintings. Service was pleasant, the waitress and hostess were friendly, both probably college students. It was fun to watch the guy make the pizza. Stayed a little bit past afternoon closing time but they didn’t force us to leave or anything. Convenient North Shore pizza joint, might come back if in the area.

This is my favorite restaurant to go to in Incline! Every time I am in the area, I can’t help but to stop by Mofo’s for some delicious pizza. This is not a place you want to miss out on. Upon walking into the restaurant, you get an all around«homey» Italian vibe. The staff is wonderful. I’ve never not felt like I’m surrounded by friends, when I’m dining here. The menu has all the tasty items you would expect from a pizza joint: salad, pasta, calzones, pizza, etc. But Mofo’s is unique, in my opinion, because you can really taste the hard work they put into keeping their ingredients fresh and their food delicious. I have many favorites from Mofo’s but I can never turn down a Mofo’s pizza with their pesto sauce and feta cheese. Beyond delicious! Their salad bar is also a favorite of mine. So many fresh options and then some homemade ranch to top it all off. This is a place I genuinely look forward to coming to time and time again! I applaud the owner of Mofo’s and his staff for making this a place that never fails to exceed my expectations.
