My wife and I have been here a couple of times with no complaints. Pizza is good, they will make what you want. The fried chicken is good, clean atmosphere, and nice staff

Awesome Buffet! Chicken, bacon, and ranch pizza was delicious! Fresh salad bar, dessert pizza and ice cream was good too… oh and the mashed potatoes and stuffing. We loved it all!

Pizza Ranch has the best buffet … Best chicken… Best Potato Wedges in the area! The food is always hot and fresh. The chicken is tender and the breading is so yummy!!! I appreciate all the staff who work hard to clear tables and get extras for you.

The one star is being generous. If I could give negative stars, I would. It was dirty, crowded, the buffet was constantly empty, bad customer service, and the pizza that we were able to get, tasted worse than frozen pizza. To sum up the entire experience in one word: Gross. Just stay away!

I would like to start by saying we called in advance and clarified that we would you would have fresh macaroni and cheese pizza all evening because the last time we can at 7:30 at night your employees found it inconvient to prep and cook one for us even after request. We arrived at 8:15 pm and were greeted by no one at the counter minutes later a gentleman emerges to ring in our order and swipe our card. We then sat ourselves since half the seats and tables were in disarray and dirty we ended on a rickety table that leaned to one side and teetered. As we approached the pizza bar we were greater by half ravished pizza pans empty trays and hours old pizza so old the lettuce was soggy and lamp soaked. There was seven pieces of chicken that looked questionably not to health code temperature and was so old the skin was falling off. The dessert bar a place I actually looked forward to visiting was like a barren wasteland of ravished emptiness. When I asked an employee if they would be making fresh pizza several minutes later she came out of the kitchen with about three half pizza pies. Several families came in giving me a glimpse of hope that we would have some fresh pizza pies yet nothing came and more nasty pizza got comsumed. I could only imagine their thoughts as they ate the apparent dinner rushes seconds or thirds questionably on that line. Also kids night apparently ends abruptly at 7:50 when the entertainment clocks out and the night crew remaines giving us parents that work hard to make money with long days and tireless hours to have to either choose to not attend what our children love or break their tiny hearts by offering up and alternate night. As the nights ending and my food was less than apatizing my daughter asked for chicken there was one measly piece left I asked for More and the girl acted to not hear me and quickly turned away and went back to the kitchen where their gossips and giggles could be overheard in the dinning and buffet areas. I didn’t see a star rating on here but is one was an option it probably would have been a half of one. Although this is lengthy being an Internet sales manager myself I def understand the impact of online reviews and customer satisfaction. Sincerely dis satisfied customers.

Chicken was good. Pizza was ok and service from initial payment to never getting plates removed from table was poor. Pizza that you request when paying came 30 minutes into our meal. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I knew Pizza Ranch was always a place to never go. We are here on vacation and I can’t even leave the hotel room because I got food poisoning from you last night. The only thing I ate that my family didn’t was the salad. And when I got the salad I was picking around the bad stuff so I know that’s what it is… yuck! Will never go back!

This has to be some of the most vile tasting food I have ever eaten. The food is bland, buffet selection unimpressive, and oddly comes with mashed potatoes and fried chicken. All of it greasy, over cooked, and makes a hospital seem like a five star restaurant. Maybe that’s why the old people like it.

I was reluctant to go because I’m not a huge pizza fanatic, but it was my daughters first choice. I’m pleasantly surprised. Upon entering we were instantly greeted. I asked if they had spinach pizza and the guy behind the counter informed me they do sometimes but it wasn’t out today, I told him that was ok and I’d just find something else. I went directly to the salad bar(which I loved) and grabbed some breadsticks and tea and sat down. While chatting with my daughter and eating my cranberry feta and raspberry salad a woman approached our table with a hot fresh spinach pizza! I thought it was so nice. The food is really good and if you don’t feel like having pizza they have a great selection of fried chicken, different veggies, biscuits and mashed potatoes and gravy. The staff is so friendly and knowledgable of their food.

I thought it was kind of small. There was only one pizza island, one salad island and one island with chicken and sides. They had a soda fountain and soft serve machine along with a few desserts. The pizza was good but limited in variety… Although they will make whatever you ask for… I thought it was reasonable for the price. The fried chicken was probably the best fried chicken I’ve ever eaten outside my grandma’s though. I didn’t care for the kitschy western decorations… But the ladies room was first and I was impressed with that.

I don’t know how they stay in business. We’ve ordered not once twice but have given them three times and each time has gotten worse. Pizza was raw and overpriced chicken is greasy and burnt. Will never eat here again. You can put lipstick on a pig but it’s still a pig. The building may say class but it’s worse than pizza street.

We had carry-out chicken and discovered our order was wrong once we got home. Also, the chicken was as dry as the Gobi desert and tasted if it had been cooked hours earlier and kept in a warmer. We won’t be back.

I liked Pizza Ranch. They had a lot of variety of pizzas, not just your regular boring types. They have pepperoni, but also chicken garlic, Canadian bacon/pineapple, sausage, cheese bread, buffalo chicken pizza, cheese pizza, combination pizza, some kind of garden pizza that wasn’t very good, dessert pizza, and were constantly putting out more pizza. On the chicken heating area, they had fried chicken, bbq chicken, mashed potatoes that I think came from a mix, gravy I would never eat, green beans, rolls. They had warm fresh potato chips. They were delicious. They have a small salad bar. What seals the deal is their soft serve. It tastes like ice cream I’ve never had before. I described it as vanilla frosting. it almost tasted like whipped frosting. I have no idea the mix they use, but they did it right. The tables were clean, and they removed our plates several times. I thought it was a good deal for the money. They also have a menu ordering. They have kids eat free nights, and maybe I saw where they do catering. I ate the pizza. it was all really good. I liked the thin crust the best. Next time i’m coming hungry for chicken. All you can eat pizza and chicken for dinner is $ 8.99. We had water to drink. I’ll be returning, it’s a nice break from PIzza Hut.

I heard a lot of great reviews about this place, but I will not be returning. It’s called pizza ranch, but I didn’t care for the pizza. They don’t have very many options and the options they do have are always out. When I came here, it seemed like their buffet was half empty. They stocked up on fried chicken, but the other options of chicken were empty. I hate how they have something out one moment, then they replace it with something else the next time around. This happened to me three times! I tried their green beans and wanted more, went back, and it was gone and replaced with something else. And this happened again with pizza and chicken. Consistency would’ve been nice. The dessert bar was small, but the ice cream was great.

We had eaten at one of these in Emporia, KS once. That one was not very good. But we decided since this is a new one we’d check it out for lunch. Since we knew the place would be filled with little kids screaming and sticking their hands in everything we decided we better get there when they open. I was the first one through the door at 11AM. When I walked over to pick up the very first plate of the day… it had nasty, leftover food slime all over it. I placed it aside and retrieved another, it was clean so I went about my business. I found out later that my wife had to dig through 2 more dirty plates to get a clean one, then got another dirty one later. Then when the server delivered a pizza to our table that we requested, the first plate he handed me had food on it. Disgusting. The pizza was OK, I don’t care for the crust, none of us did. The wife did like the super thin crust they used for the chicken & garlic pizza. The fried chicken was OK, though slightly over cooked. The mashed potatoes tasted like KFC’s, but their gravy was horrific! I can find no reason to return here. It’s in a good spot being across from Cheddar’s…no reason to go anywhere near this intersection unless heading to Bass Pro.

Parking lot– The parking lot encloses the restaurant so there’s an equal amount of distance to walk to the restaurant no matter where you may decide to park. The Price– Disclaimer: the cost of having a beverage ISN’T included in the advertised buffet price. The wait– I came alone and it took about 3 minutes to pay and get a table. service– This is where things shine. There is someone there that finds a table for you so that gets rid of the awkward experience of searching the restaurant for a place to sit. I was checked on 3 different times while being at my table about a total of 15 minutes. It’s really loud– If you’re looking for a quite place to have an intimate date, stay far away from this place. Screaming babies, loud chatter and clanking dishes. Safety– The floor in the buffet area was exceptionally slippery. I had to mentally concentrate on not falling while getting pizza. Not really something that should be on the front of my mind. The Pizza– The Pizza, unlike some places, was very easy to scoop up and load your plate, which is good when you have a trail of kids. It is very clean cut pizza; no long stringy cheese to get caught in your throat or sauce to stain your new chinos pants or to wipe off those little faces. The overall quality of the pizza was good; I tried several kinds and they each had their own unique taste. Design– The place is clean with an bubbly imitation of a western style with lots of visibility barriers. So letting kids roam free or unattended for short amounts of time can lead to trouble. There is, however, a good amount of walking space in the buffet area and between tables. So getting a family in and out should be a breeze. The bathrooms– The bathrooms were very clean but the towel dispenser, for whatever reason, stopped working while my hands were wet. tips: 1. If you are easily irritated by loudness, try and ask for a table or booth that is away from the main buffet area. 2. make sure not to wear slippery shoes as the floor in the buffet area is already slick. 3. make sure to bring a little more money to cover the cost of the beverage that isn’t included in the advertised buffet price If you’re a coke drinker like me. Last thought– This place is very big and it has a lot of visibility barriers, so going alone and eating at a booth isn’t too awkward. Also, the lady who was working near me was very kind so it made me feel more relaxed.

Not bad. A little better than CiCi’s. Interior design is very nice for a pizza buffet. Pizza is not bad. Fried chicken is better than the pizza. Price isnt too bad for adults and kids. I would recommend this place if you need a quick meal and dont feel like cooking.

This little fancy joint was exactly what I needed. All you can eat pizza and chicken and drinks? You can’t beat that. The cowboy theme is pretty fun and I truly see myself coming back for more. Oh, and all for 6.99 a person and 1-something for unlimited drinks.

First impression when I walked in was a standard pizza buffet and very busy. We were impressed with the price of the lunch buffet, $ 6.99 and drank water for no extra charge. Being vegetarian, they only had one pizza at the time ‘The Prairie’ and it was gone. I asked them to make one which they gave me a number to put on my table so when it was finished they would bring it to me… 20 minutes later, and after asking another employee where the pizza was, it came out a few moments later. Pizza was okay, not great but also not bad. My grandmother said the chicken they offer was delicious. Green beans, okay. Corn, okay. Mashed potatoes, runny and not homemade. Salad bar was all bagged items, and dressings were running low. I tried the roasted red pepper tomato soup, once again, okay. Breadsticks and marinara was not at all hot when I got it. Service was quick, there was always a girl going around picking up plates. I believe three different employees came to the table asking how it was. Dessert time, when we went up the only pizza choice was peach and apple. I had the last apple and my grandma tried peach. along with some vanilla ice cream. They do not offer chocolate or twist. It was very sweet but tasted good. Overall experience was Okay. We will go back some day for a cheap quick lunch, although I now know what to expect and might not be as disappointed next time.

First of all, this is a buffet, $ 6.99 for lunch and $ 8.99 for dinner and all day weekends. Set your expectations accordingly. The buffet had soups, salad, pizza, fried chicken, three kinds of potatoes, gravy, corn, green beans, biscuits, three desert pizzas, and soft serve ice cream. Drinks were extra. The pizza was OK. Lots of variety as the place was very busy and the pizzas turned over quickly. Thick and thin crust with an average amount of toppings. Much better than CiCi’s but not gourmet. I liked the bacon chicken ranch among others. They will make whatever you request. The fried chicken was very good — well seasoned, crispy skin, and very juicy. The salad bar was OK too — standard bagged lettuce with several toppings. I didn’t try the soup. The desert pizzas were better than I’ve had elsewhere — cherry, apple, peach, blueberry, and cinnamon. The soft serve was excellent — very firm and rich. The server was attentive and friendly — plates were promptly removed so you could get a clean one for your next trip to the buffet. There were large dining areas, several rooms, booths and tables. The place was too big for the number of rest room stalls but that’s my only criticism. We’ll go back.
