I was looking for a cocktail dress for my friend’s party the next night, and the party was being held in a nightclub. I found the Black Lace V-​Neck dress that I was drooling over online, and I was dying to see how it looks on me (I’m a size M).
The day I went in, I didn’t have my makeup or hair done. I was just wearing jeans, t-​shirt, and slippers from Hollister. It was a last minute thing.
The lady that came before and after me were immediately greeted because they were dolled up, I didn’t even get a «hello» or get any assistant, but they certainly did. I helped myself, and I had to grab one of the workers that were free. I have and had more then enough money to drop at that store. Including the dress, I was also was about to buy a pair of earrings, shoes, bracelet, and clutch. The two other ladies didn’t buy anything. I left that store, walked across the way to White House Black Market where I was treated like a princess, and bought everything that I was intently going to buy at Bebe. Don’t judge people from their looks because yo’d never know if they are «real buyers» or «just looking» visitors.

Great customer service

The worst customer service ever. Definitely will not return. Feel bad for these girls.

I like the clothes, but customer service is crap here. One star for at least one helpful staff helping me out when I had to pick out a Vegas dress. –3 stars for the girls I’ve seen on subsequent visits who just stood at the counter and sighed when you actually made them work.

I’m a very loyal BEBE customer but this location has the worst customer service ever. Seriously, the employees here talk so much crap about the customers that walk in and out of this store. The girls here instantly judge the women that walk in and you can see them making faces and hear them making rude comments about peoples outfits, hair, etc… So FAKE & definitely RUDE!
I was in here earlier today and one of the employees told another employee to look at «that woman’s hair… its awful!» and this bitch was like walking around the store just to get a glimpse of a customer’s hair style… while she was like giggling to herself and smirking… seriously? No wonder you only get paid minimum wage… low class.
I’ll stick to shopping at the Fashion Island store.

Customer service can be good or bad, depending on who is working. I have experienced very helpful employees who make great suggestions and don’t mind getting the right size for you while you are in the fitting room. But I have also shopped at this location when the employees just stood by the cash register and talked about what they wanted to eat for lunch, in front of many customers. Doesn’t bother me too much, I guess I am kind of used to the fact that you can’t expect great customer service at any women’s clothing store. Sometimes I feel like taking my time to look around without being bothered or pressured to buy anyway. This bebe store is small compared to the Fashion Island location and others I have been to. So it feels a bit cramped when walking around.
Otherwise, this is my favorite clothing store! Great fashion and good quality clothing. Plus, bebe clothes will not get destroyed after two washes like those from Forever 21!
