I greatly appreciate the whole team here! They get slammed every day during lunch time and they all do their best to deliver great service and make every customer happy. I suggest calling your order in to expedite the process. Keep up the good work!!!

Ordered a #13, never been to a Jersey Mike’s before but have wanted to try it for a while. This sandwich is the closest I’ve had to an assorted sub I used to get back on the east coast in the 20+ years I’ve been in California. Excellent! Will definitely get it again.

Do NOT come here! There is the rudest brunette woman making the sandwiches will never come here just because of her, she has attitude and hoping the managers will see this and do something about it

Have been going here since it opened. Meat portions seem to be quite a bit smaller than they were in the past.

I’m not a huge fan of this product. I think there are better sandwich shops in the area, however, that being said my sandwich was good and everything was made to order by a very polite and friendly staff member. I have zero complaints about this location and or the service or my food.

These bone heads charge 8.25% sales tax. FYI, Irvine, CA’s sales tax rate is 8.00%. Fix it or I won’t be back and if others see this… they won’t either.

Good food. As usual. Dirty floor and tables. I think it’s part of the whole Jersey theme. It’s not just this one. All of them. Lol.

This is my go-to lunch spot when I’m working in Costa Mesa. They have a secret menu item. It’s the #99 — a chipotle cheesesteak with jalapeños and mushrooms. It’s awesome. It gets super busy at noon, so try to come at different times if you don’t want to wait. Everyone is always friendly and is generous on the meat & toppings!

I have been to every sub sandwich chain in CA and WA and I can say that this Jersey mikes takes the cake. There is a reason the line is out the door everyday, from the friendly employees to the delicious cold and hot sandwiches I find myself braving the long lunch lines to eat here 1 to 2 times a week. Having eaten here dozens of times over the last couple years, I can vouch for their consistency in service and friendliness. Even the rare wrong order is quickly fixed, usually going above and beyond just correcting their mistake. All that to say, I’ll be a jersey mikes customer for years to come.

After my review about receiving an incorrect to go order, I was contacted by the manager Ashley. She basically said my next sandwich would be free because their error. So, instead of me never coming back, I will continue my approximate once per week frequent visits. Thanks Ashley, and your franchise owner should be thanking you too. Aside from that incident, as long as you order before you arrive on their website or by calling, this place is great and efficient. I would not recommend going there during lunch hours without ordering ahead of time, trust me. They work as fast as they can, but sometimes there are like 30 people in line.

Great People, Great Food(Club Supreme), but the line is hectic during lunch hours! I recently came to this location this past Tuesday(13th) @ approximately 11:45−12, and man was the line long but hey these employees are working their asses off! I am by far amazed with these employees, slicer guy is always killing it making 3 – 4 sandwiches at a time, the girl dressing the sandwiches multi tasking in between 4 – 5 sandwiches making sure their accurate, and the two guys at the end by the register become one and help each other out amazingly. Even the guy on the grill is great, there’s never a day I come in and the grill is not being occupied, Man I recommend this place to anyone, even with a hectic line this store can make anything happen in a good way. Who ever is the franchise owner must be lucky to have a crew like them. Cons: Chips run out fast, lobby is okay, but there’s always that one guy that urinates on the floor in the bathroom. Pros-Good service, prompt workers, good hygiene, all around good environment.

I’m honestly not sure how I feel about this spot. I’ve never been to Jersey Mike’s and I’ve heard great things about it, however, this particular location seems to lack in customer service and knowledge about their own menu. I asked if they have gluten free options and the answer I received was basically«I don’t know,» which kinda concerns me as a customer. Luckily, the sub in a tub option was available and I guess I’m content since all I wanted was a basic meal to sustain me for the remainder of the work day.

We’ve been to this Jersey Mike’s(JM) a couple times now. Dont get me wrong, we love JM! Our favorite is the Original Italian(#13)! The 3 stars is strictly for the taste… The –2 stars is for the service. We were in a rush on a Friday night and just wanted something fast. Knowing that the hot sandwiches usually take a while, we elected to get a couple of cold sandwiches. There was 1 person in front of us… and the worker was helping someone check out. it took him 5+ minutes just to help the guy in front! And then another 5 minutes to help us! If i knew it was going to take 10+ minutes just to place our order, we wouldve gone somewhere else! And on top of that, we asked to cut our sandwich into 5. First 1 got cut into 4s… and then we reminded him again. Second sandwich was cut so unevenly, the fifth«piece» was literally a bite! I am usually a pretty patient person, but it was just too slow and the service was just subpar(very unJM like!). If we go back to a JM, it will likely not be this one.

3 stars because the food is good. Service is horrible. I realize they get packed at lunchtime so I call in my order. I’m getting more and more frustrated!!! Called in my order today, the guy told me 10 minutes, took a 20 minute walk(that I time) went to pick up sandwich and stood there for another 15 minutes! Im like, «guys?, its been 30 minutes!» The cashier did not seem to care, and I stood there another 10 minutes more! Seriously? If Im calling in, tell me its going to be 30 minutes and I’ll adjust. Second or third time this has happened. Last time the manager acted like it was my fault! I like the food, but not worth the hassle.

Don’t order Togo or ONLINE! I work nearby and had a minimal amount of time for lunch so I ordered online today. Everything went through online, however when I got there they didn’t not have record of my order. They said their servers were down, I understand technical difficulties. However, I do not understand bad customer service. The Manger on staff said«oh well», and«she’ll just have to get to the back of the line like everyone else.» Well the line was almost to the door! I said I had to get back to work which is why I ordered online… And no care what so ever! Their glitch was not the customers fault, but I was being punished!?? I will not go back their again because of the rudeness that I received from that manager!

I recently discovered Jersey Mikes and I must say it is fantastic! I have yet to find a sand which here that I do not like! They slice your meats and cheeses as you order so they are fresher then your Quiznos and Subway. They also hand slice their veggies too! They are on the upper end of my lunch budget but I do enjoy their quality and freshness so I am willing to bump the budget for them.

The lunch rush in this area is absolutely insane, yet the employees really bust ass and tear through the line day after day. There’s a few long time people there that clearly know what they’re doing. They queue up sandwiches pretty far in advance and keep everything organized. Never had a sandwich confusion even once coming here. Considering the massive rush, they keep the back relatively clean. It’s not going to be perfect, but the lobby has never felt neglected. The sandwiches are merely okay. This is really a function of the ingredients and recipes, which are chain-related. I don’t think any Jersey Mike’s would get five starts from me, so these guys are as good as any, and likely better than most.

If I could give this venue 0 stars I would. Food is average not great. My issue is with the staff. I went there on 04/22/2015 at 3:10pm. My 4 year old needed to use the restroom. He went into the single user men’s restroom by himself as the door was unlocked. 30 seconds or so later a man walks out of the same restroom. I was shocked. He tells me the lock on the door is broken. He walks to the counter and tells the manager on duty the lock is broken. She responded to him, oh its been broken for about a year.” And then giggled. He was just walked in on using a private restroom. He left. My son comes out and we go back to our seats. A few minutes go by and I begin to steam. It is okay the lock is broken. I would never let my young son go into a restroom alone. Thank goodness that nothing happened to my son. We had a long talk about safety in those situations later that night. As I got more upset about the event. I asked the manager for her manager’s contact information and explained why. She refused to give me any info, not even a name or email. She said the best she could do is tell me to call corporate. I’ve called twice and have yet to get a live person. I left two messages. How many other patrons have been violated being walked in on at this place, the locks been broken for a year! Also there is no sign on the door saying the lock is broken. Also if there was one on the inside, my son cannot read.

I like jersey mike. Never any problems I want staff to be aware of food safety practices. After the lunch day part today, one of the staff was wiping down the prep area including the sandwich board and the drop area beneath the ingredient trays. But sandwiches were being made just then. Please don’t use the same rag to wipe counters and environmental surfaces and then move to food prep surfaces and ingredient trays. Never ever again let me see you drag the edge of that rag through the sliced onions. Aesthetically gross and you’ll make people sick. The nonskid mat under the plastic sandwich board is covered most of the day and likely moist all day. That is not a food-safe surface. Don’t wipe that area with the same rag that you use to wipe the sandwich board. Don’t touch the cash register with gloved hands. Gloves are to protect the customer not the register In fact, don’t make sandwiches while they are doing wipedown. Fortunately the guy making my sandwich picked mine up through all this and assembled it in his gloved hands and on a fresh paper. Thank God he had the presence of mind to realize what this other person was doing and what was going on in my mind Clean from sensitive areas(i.e., food prep) to less-sensitive(i.e., drops and counters). Never go the other direction. Change rags for different areas. Use a clean rag for food prep only. Clean means new and fresh, not wet and who knows what.

I went to this place to grab my sandwich yesterday. I was waiting for so long and was about to order. All of sudden, the guy started to make someone else’ sandwiches like 10. I was just doing nothing but to watch. I was so upset because I did mot have time to wait. I complinat to the manager but he said he had to make to on time for online orders. What about my time??? I left the store and the manager laughed at me saying«you need to see a doctor». Please do not go to this store and visit other location.
