Not sure why this place has such negative reviews, my experience was totally fine. Came in to pick up a kid’s meal — 2 sliders, fries, juice — for my daughter and was out the door with the food in less than 10 mins. All freshly cooked right in front of me, it tasted great. Tasty meat, crunchy fries — yes I ate some of my kid’s food! Costed around $ 5. Staff was friendly and efficient. I would definitely come back here to try something for myself.

Carlos ft was so professional and polished he really belongs in a high-end restaurant. He has the class and grace you would normally see from a well trained waiter in a nice steakhouse. The food was ok, but I really give Carlos five stars. If Johnny Rockets’ parent company owns any nicer restaurants, I think it would behoove them to place Carlos there. At least give him a raise! We were there on 2÷5÷16 at 5:47 pm table 31⁄1

I wanted to stop and get a quick bite while shopping so walk in and asked to sit at the counter. I waited for service as I went through their menu. 5 minutes went by and no one acknowledged me. Mind you I was the only one sitting at the counter at that time. Then a family of 4 sat down next to me and a server immediately greeted them and asked for their drink order. I normally don’t make a big stink about these kinds of thing because I know it’s far and few between bad service. I just stood up and headed for the door. I politely told the manager that I was leaving because of their service which he quickly tried to fix the problem. No big deal… there are plenty of places looking for my business. No harm no foul… but not my lunch money today!

We saw all the negative reviews, there was only one other couple seated outside, but we took a chance and sat down outside. It was a Friday around 3pm. Reynaldo was r waiter. I ordered the patty melt sub onion rings, I asked for extra grilled onions on melt and was told it an extra $ 1.79! What the!!! Hubby got bacon burger. Needless to say, the food came out HOT, I guess since not a lot of customers. My chocolate shake was yummy, nice and thick! Onion rings were good, and melt okay. Hubby didn’t care for bacon burger cuz they use cheddar cheese. .too clumpy. All and all better than we expected from other reviews.

Manager fixed the issue by comping the meal and the meal next to us, another couple that had the same issue.

Johnny’s have some of the biggest, juiciest burgers at the spectrum, the quality of the food is actually better than some of the other Johnny Rocket’s I’ve been to. The managers and servers are always hospitable and know how to make their customers feel at home. Christian was my server that evening and he only made my experience better. I wasn’t sure on what to order so he recommended me the rocket double. It’s a serious contender to the in n out burger and the double char from the habit. I’ll be sure to stop by again next time I come to the spectrum

The food was pretty good and the staff was very friendly. I had a chicken burger with guacamole that was so good! The perfectly ice cold soda was refilled with perfect timing by our waiter. I would however suggest that when it’s a hot day, you might want to close those doors to keep the AC temp right. We had a baby with us and while the AC was manageable for an adult, we had to get him out quickly before he got cranky.

I stopped in Johnny Rocket’s a few weeks ago with a friend’s children after a morning of camera lessons. I had a great cheeseburger with sweet potato fries, and the boys had different versions of hamburgers. Everyone loved their lunch. Nice easy place to go, but it is small so it can get crowded fast. Try a milkshake — yum

Left after waiting at the counter 10 minutes without getting our order taken. This with 3 employees… Went to cold stone instead. More customers in the shop faster service!

I ordered the single rocket burger. It came with tomato, cheddar cheese, lettuce and a 5.3 oz of beef. It also comes with a side of fries or salad. Sweet potato option is available for a little more. All of this is priced at about $ 9, which seems a little expensive. Taste wise the burger is ok. It’s comparable to an In’N’Out patty. I typically compare a burger to an In N Out burger. I did like the bun they used here over the one at In N Out. I believe it was a potato bread. They did mess up my order and had bacon on the burger, so I sent it back, as I don’t eat bacon. Promptly the server brought back a new burger. I normally wouldn’t have come here, but they were open on Christmas day, and I was hungry. :-) So in summary, the taste of their burger is similar to In N Out.

Thought we would try this place one more time just to give it a second chance. Wrong. As the waiter left the table he made a racial slur regarding our couple. When we told him we had just heard what he said he looked at us shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Once again will never ever ever recommend this place or go to this place.

I have to admit I feel bad after reading the other experiences, but I always have a good time when I dine here. The workers are always polite, I get my food at a reasonable time and it always tastes great. I really can’t give this less than 4 stars if I wanted to based on my experience here. The reason why I won’t rate it 5 stars is based on the price, everyone is right, it really is too much. If it didn’t cost so much I would dine here more often, I think they’re trying to charge people extra which should be given to the server. I think the company is screwing their servers over for what they should get tipped based upon their service but the customers likely feel it’s included based on their overpriced menu.

$ 18.00 for a bad cheese burger and chili fries. Nice service, food was terrible. They are not in the same league with«in and out» or «tommy’s hamburger who are a lot less money. Get a clue guys.

Cheyenne is a terrible waitress. With the poor service we got, I would’ve thought they were busy with the inside dining. It was empty. Never will I come here again.

Let’s be honest — we all know this is just a B-rated Ruby’s. Food was mediocre at best, both shakes in our order were wrong, even the ranch dressing doesn’t compare. Restaurant seems to be valuable only for its accessible bathrooms, judging by the large number of non-patrons taking advantage of the facilities. Spend your calories somewhere else.

My sister and I came here late one evening, and received impeccable service. The food was great(I had a veggie burger, my sister had a regular), the fries were yum, the shake was ‘I WILLTRADESKINNYFORTHIS’ good. Carlos, our«server» was so attentive and nice. He brought everything we asked for(a shit ton of sauces — we are mega dippers) and promptly. Leo in the back was amazing as well. Both of these guys were making sure our cups were refilled(and I don’t think they have to do that [self serve fountain drinks?]) and our tummies were satisfied. We will come back!

Johnny Rockets is a cheap burger joint dressed up in a flashy suit. Don’t get me wrong, the burgers are fine, the fries are fine, but that’s just it, everything is just fine. It’s nothing special. It’s ordinary. This is reflected heavily in their restroom. The first thing you notice is the floor. The floor tiles are off center. Kind of like Johnny Rockets. It’s like someone said, «Hey, maybe we should put a bathroom here?» and then found the nearest cross eyed contractor to do the job. The restroom has the standard toilet and sink that you would find in any county jail. Nothing shines. Nothing glistens. Again, much like Johnny Rockets. Even the handicap railing which seems oddly short behind the toilet, is as dull as their food. What puzzled me though was a metal disk in the wall above the toilet. What’s that for? Is it some kind of valve? Where does it lead and why is it there? It remains a mystery. There’s not much more to say other than if you’re looking for a great burger then skip Johnny Rockets, but if you’re looking for a mystery to solve, you’ve got the right place.

I think Johnny Rockets gets a bad rap. No, it can’t compare to those Kobe Beef Gourmet Burger types of places. This is just an ordinary burger. And in the world of simple, ordinary burgers I think they do a good job. I sat at the counter and ordered the #12 Burger which is their cheeseburger. Cooked medium well and covered with cheese, lettuce, pickles, mayo and«secret sauce»(I opted for no onion), it was a decent burger. The fries are also good. What I really love is their milkshake selection. They have many flavors to choose from. I went with a coffee shake. I watched the guy scoop out the ice cream into the tin and squirt flavoring into it prior to blending it in the milkshake mixer. While it would probably be a better shake with real coffee ice cream, this shake, I have to admit, was pretty good and had a rich coffee flavor. I’d go back to Johnny’s just for a shake any day. Lastly I want to say that I noticed how sparkling clean this place was. And the service was very friendly and prompt.
