Okay so I’ll start by saying I JUST stepped out of this location just minutes ago and I absolutely had to stop and write this review. I’m dumbfounded about my experience. I am truly writing this due to Sue. At first a gentleman(didn’t catch his name) started serving us. I wanted to try the shrimp, as I never had before, and he gladly helped me out. I then went to order a large premium a la cart entrée size, when a woman by the name of «Sue» came by and began loudly discussing if I knew it would cost more and then began drilling the man serving about exactly how many shrimp he had placed in the box. She wanted an exact number and wouldn’t let it die. My boyfriend decided at that time to change it to two separate 2-choice combos instead, all with shrimp. The lady scoffed and walked away saying to count my shrimp and to make sure I knew how much it was. Then, the guy dumped the carton of shrimp back INTOTHESERVINGBOWL. But don’t worry, sue came back to help him. Essentially she took over our order and began COUNTINGOURTHESHRIMP one by one, from the«technically» now dirty serving bowl and into our plates. Over all, we decided to not order a second one because we just wanted to leave… and we walked away with 7 shrimp. Thanks, Stingy Sue.

I came during the lunch rush and Erik handled everything perfect! 5 stars to him and the rest of the crew, he kept a smile on his face the whole time! The food was delicious and hot :)

Flavorless and sucks. Never satisfied. Always wishing I went to Lyfe Kitchen instead.

This Panda express location has the hot and sour soup at a good price. The employees even remember me sometimes and what I usually get and have had no problem with the food. The location is good. Right next to it is alot of outdoor seating, one area is a «clock» that at night has a very nice ambience. It all glows and is relaxing. It has a little more selection than the other ones I have been to, which is nice. In general I like Panda Express already, most locations at least.

Manager here on the evening shift Sunday April 18th at 615 has the worst customer service skills! I was trying to give him my order and he was too interested in looking at someone outside the restaurant thAt made me feel as if I was being ignored He made no effort to provide a positive customer experience. I even told him that he was being rude and unconcerned about customer care, he remained apathetic. He acted like a male chauvinistic pig. This is a brand new place. I will not come here again I can go to other restaurants

I just went in there the restaurant wasn’t even busy and the lady was completely rude to me when I was telling her the soda machine wasn’t working and telling me there is nothing that she could do about it. I asked if I could switch my drink and she told me no and completely ignored me. Not very friendly!

WASTEOFTIMEANDMONEY! DONOTEATHERE! They completely skimp out on the food and on top of that you have a wait time just to get your main entrée. There’s was no one else in the restaurant and it took me nearly 15 minutes to have someone scoop up a few pieces of food and slap it in a tray. Worse service ever! Letchani was the lady that was supposed to be at the register but was too busy on the phone while her male co-worker was doing all the work and telling her to get the register.

We needed a quick lunch at the spectrum so we came here since it wasn’t crowded and is typically good. My fiancé ordered the 2 entrée combo and I got a kids meal. They totally skimp on the meat here! My kids meal had like 3 tiny pieces of orange chicken and my fiancé barely had a full cup of meat in his combo plate… how disappointing! We both looked at eachothers plates and commented on how there was hardly anything there. We go to another panda close by our house and they hook it up with the meat… here, not so much! The food and service is just like every other panda, but they should put more on the plates.

I went in forms quick to-go lunch before closing at a nearby store on Black Friday. I asked for a two item togo combo of orange Chicken and Beef & Broccoli. I literally onlyvjad 3 pieces of beef with my broccoli and the orange chicken is very overcooked. I can barely pierce the chicken with my fork. By far the worst cooked Panda Express I’ve tasted.

Got steamed white rice on my plate, then had to wait for another 10mins before someone helped me for the entre. I turned out spent almost $ 10 on a plate of cold Chinese food which was supposed to be hot with cold hard white rice. The taste of food was ok based on I didn’t have any expectation. I will never come back again no matter how long the line in Chipotle is. Very disappointed.

Smallest portions out of any panda express I’ve been too. And we all have been to many locations… This is the third time this happened which is every time I’ve beento this location. Not worth it, but unless you want to go around the corner to p.f. changs and pay triple, then you have no other option.

It’s Panda Express. It’s basically the McDonald’s of Chinese food so you should have your expectations appropriately set before dining here, and I’ll write this review with that in mind. I visit this location for lunch probably twice a month. There are a couple different people who scoop your food and the older Asian lady tends to give a little more food than the others. The guy working the register is courteous but he’s forgotten my soy sauce and hot sauce twice now. For what you get I find Panda Express to be a little pricey so always be sure to fill out the survey on the back of your previous receipt beforehand — this will get you a free item with your meal. Without this I wouldn’t eat here nearly as often, if ever. So with mediocre food at mediocre prices, why do I eat here? Because if you order the right items, you can get a large meal with relatively few calories. This is my standard order: 3 item combo with half steamed rice, half steamed vegetables, string bean chicken, mushroom chicken and broccoli beef. This comes to: 685 calories, 43.5g protein, 37g fat, 85g carbs. Yeah, that’s a lot of carbs so your macro breakdown isn’t ideal but it’s also 685 calories for a 3-item combo, at least a meal and a half unless you have a huge appetite. I’m giving this place 3 stars on the condition that you know what to order and that they keep allowing you to take the online survey for a free item.

BOGO coupon. Can’t complain. You Get What You pay for. Quality is as expected. Panda express is so good. Orange chicken is bomb.

The start of the line at this location seems to be in a bad spot. It forces you to either wrap through seats, or back down towards the bathroom. It just feels like they need to redesign that aspect. With that said, this location is no different than other Pandas as far as food quality goes. You know just what you’re getting when you eat here.

Panda Express always satisfies my ‘American Chinese’ food craving. I always get the To-Go box, instead of the plate. It may be my imagination, but I feel like I get more food this way. You can get white, brown, fried rice, or chow mein as your side. Feel free to ask for half and half, if you can’t choose between 2! Orange Chicken is always a must — as this is what I am usually craving. Broccoli Beef, Walnut Shrimp(additional charge for seafood), and Chicken Mushroom are usually my favorites. *Tips* — Ask for a sample! — They have a wannabe sriracha sauce — just ask for it at the register!

I know what to expect at Panda Express so I don’t complain the flavor, but I just compare the freshness, saltiness(I hate salty & spicy food — those give me pain and make me sweat and drink too much water so I can’t eat more cuz too full), greasiness, serving amount, and services. Sometimes I just crave Orange chicken and chow mein, I just gotta have them just like the old days in college. That is why I keep coming back to Panda Express occasionally. I tried the surf n turf(two mini shrimps with 3 beef pieces and the rest is potatoes for an extra $ 1: Not worth it, plus its really salty), The Orange Chicken(always good), mushroom chicken, honey walnut shrimp for extra $ 1 as well, with brown rice and chow mein. Surf n turf beef meat is beefy paste cut into a square to look like beef steak, but it is not. Shrimp is way too small, rather get pepper shrimp or broccoli beef. An extra $ 1 is a rip off. Also it is too sautéed in sodium nitrogen so it is very salty and acidy. Honey walnut shrimp for an $ 1 more is definitely worth it. The server, «Jessa» wasn’t paying attention to her customer when taking my order. She was talking to her co-worker and got my order wrong. Extra $ 1 items are not offered as samples. My server offered samples, so we asked for honey walnut shrimp then she said«That, we cant give you a sample.» That is a ridiculous sampling rule here… Overall, I think the Panda Express in market place location taste better than here. Fried menus here are kinda soggier and flavors are saltier.

On rare occasions I will eat here, it is one of the places I can take Chief in the Irvine Spectrum. I usually get the combo with 3 items for $ 7.95(speciality items add $ 1 more) and a drink. I try to mix things up by getting a shrimp item(usually the Honey Walnut Shrimp), chicken item(Orange Chicken) and beef item(Bejing Beef). The restaurant gives a good amount of rice or chow mein(I get the rice, but it is on the bland side) and a good amount of the entrees. There is a decent selection of Pepsi products to drink and there is a good amount of outside seating. The only problem is the quaility of the meat used could be a better. I realize this is fast food, but the chicken and beef are on the lower end of the quality scale. This is also the reason I don’t frequent this place more often.

Always do the survey on your receipt to get the Buy 2 Sides get 1 Free and split it between 2 people. Cheap and satisfying for this kind of chinese food. Orange Chicken Honey Walnut Shrimp Kobari Beef Half Fried Rice /Half Chow Mein Chug it down with a soda. $ 9ish with plenty of food to share for 2 peeps. Not bad!
