Love stopping by here when I’m on the go to grab a quick smoothie. I always just call ahead and my order is always ready by the time I arrive. Couldn’t ask for better service. My only complaint is that the cup they use always varies based on who is making my smoothie. Other than that though, if my paycheck could afford it, I’d be here everyday.

I’ve been coming to this locale for a few months now. All of the workers have always been very friendly and the wait timely. I don’t know why there are so many unhappy customers when it comes to wait time. Making juices isn’t instant, this isn’t McDonald’s. I’ve had to wait before, but it’s because there were several people in front of me. This place is wonderful and so is the staff! For the paranoid naysayers: no, I am not an employee.

Personally this juice it up is my favorite out of all in this area. The atmosphere inside is welcoming, modern, and clean. The service is great the workers there aren’t scared to start a conversation with you. If you check in here you also receive a dollar off your purchase! Love the fresh fruit and veggies they use, I always see someone cutting it fresh in the back. The quality of drinks is great. Highly recommend coming here!

Horrible service. They staff one 12 year old Asian girl for the morning rush. Go there if you have 40 minutes to wait for a sub par smoothie or juice. There is another tall skinny guy with a gross beard and filthy uniform and after two visits I still can’t figure out what he does behind the counter. He sure is not working. DO NOT COMPARE THIS PLACE TO JAMBA JUICE… THESE GUYS REALLY SUCK

So I’m ok with paying almost 10/​for a large drink. I do that all the time at Nektar. So the first time I decide to go across the street as opposed to a mile down the road, I instantly regret it. after waiting over 15 minutes for my detox drink, it came out dark red. The guy said its red because there was still beet juice in the juicer. but its ok bc beets makes it taste better. Really? is that the best thing to say. the drink is supposed to be green man! then he says if I want another, he will make it, but only if I wait 30 more minutes, 15 for the person infront of me and another 15 for my new drink. Really… and he gives me this bewildered look, like I should be ok with it. Dude, you try drinking Beet juice…

This is absolutely a review on the my own experience. I ordered the big immunizer and paid over $ 9 for ¾ of water and ¼ of juice! Really disappointed about that! It was my first visit and it was not a very good one. On the other hand the raspberry smoothie was delicious and my daughters love it! I guess next time I won’t be ordering over priced juices only smoothies! The location was clean and very nice and the cashier and people working there are super friendly! I really just wished a had a $ 9+ juice and not just water :(

This is the Detoxifier and it’s so sweet, sour, with just the right amount of ginger. I love all of the mixed fruit and veggies. Spinach, red grapes, pineapple, ginger, cucumber, lemon. Nice and refreshing!

When they first opened, I met the owners of the franchise. They were SO nice. Friendliest people, but when it came to the drink, it took them forever to make it.
NOW: I went there today and they whipped up two drinks in two minutes flat! So quick! I was shocked. They have improved GREATLY!

I was excited to see a smoothie place open up, since the nearest is over on Alton. I came during an early lunch break and waited 10 or so minutes to order which was due to the customer before me putting in a complicated order.
I felt for the server, who was working alone. He made my drink quickly and was very friendly, but I could tell he was getting frazzled balancing the register and making the drinks. Three people walked in behind me, so I could imagine the wait getting quite long during peak mealtime.
Smoothies and juices are a little overpriced, but still tasty.

Apparently this place has only been open a short time.
I ordered a carrot juice with nothing else. The price on the menu said 6.75 for a medium but the guy charged me 7.75. I pointed out that the menu said it was 6.75 for medium and he said, «oh that’s for a medium.» I said, «yeah, that’s what I ordered.» He said he would go back and talk to his manager about it. He came back and said the 6.75 is for just a carrot juice. I said, «yeah, that’s what I ordered, just carrot juice.» He said, «yeah yeah yeah yeah» and made my carrot juice. When he was done he said, «have a nice day» and I had to keep pushing the issue saying, «The menu says 6.75 for carrot juice.» He said, «I don’t know what’s wrong with the computer, I’ll get my manager.» The manager came out, she was very nice and she refunded my dollar. It seems that the employees need some training beyond just punching up keys on a keyboard.

Brand new location that just opened up. I was excited to see a Juice it Up was opening up at this location, but was very disappointed when I went in.
The workers didn’t seem adequately trained, and they took a long time to make my drink.
I was right. I got a smoothie but my smoothie basically came out as a juice.
Plus side, the workers there were very kind and quickly remade my drink! The second time my drink was perfect (i think the trainer that was training the new employees made it the second time)
I’m just going to give them the benefit of the doubt and blame my poor experience on them just opening up. I will visit this location again and see if I get better service!
