Food is overpriced and is of low quality. The meat in the burger we ordered was tough and flavor less. The squid balls were plane. Milk tea was okay, but nothing special. Would not come back. Décor was nice. Service was bad. Cashier did not seem to know the menu or what he was doing.

What happened to this place? Loved it when it first opened a long time ago. Went back last night and it’s so overpriced now! One boba and popcorn chicken was $ 10. My boba was hard. My chicken was dry and powdery. Gave me a stomach ache later. I rather drive a little further to Lollicup on Jeffrey for boba/chicken combo for $ 5.50

Quickly is all over the place in NorCal(only been to a few times) so I was surprised there was one here in SoCal. It’s been many years since I went to one so I decided to try it again. I came here a few days ago… wow. Disappointed. I now remember why I never went back. They got my order wrong. I ordered a SPAM ramen burger, not BEEF. Their 50 cent loss lol. Service: The girl at the cash register was super nice and helpful! Food: Honey Black Tea with boba Boba was too chewy. Tastea’s boba is still hands down the best. The honey black tea itself was ok. If you don’t like sweet drinks, definitely don’t get this lol. I’m pretty sure half sweet will still be sweet. Sweet Potato Fries I did not understand why they salted the sweet potato fries. It would’ve been fantastic if they didn’t salt it!!! I couldn’t even taste the sweetness since it was so salty. If I do come back and get this next time, I’ll definitely ask them not to add any salt. Beef Ramen Burger What a shame. I never had ramen burger and this place might just be the reason why I’ll never have one again. It really didn’t taste good at all. The beef was so dry and it did not taste fresh. I absolutely hate it when people use frozen beef patties and just heat it up and serve it to customers. Gross! The ramen was just bleh as well. I really think 3 stars is too nice for the food experience here, but the service is worth the extra star.

I actually really like this place. The drinks are whatever, there’s always better boba than generic boba chains That being said… The food selection is way better than any other quickly I’ve been too. The al pastor fries are my favorite — pork, cilantro, onions and some sort of sauce. They also have the hk egg waffles that I love so much. A bit on the softer side which I prefer vs cauldron’s crispy waffle They have great deals every day. The food isn’t anything out of this world but the taste paired with the value is something you can’t argue for Great food selection, fair prices … And it’s only 7 minutes away from me!

Great place to get a good quality boba drink! I like that I can phone in my orders and they have my order ready in less then 5mins during my lunch breaks. Shout out to the owner and angie who are always friendly and giving good recommendations on drinks for me to try.

I had previously given this place a low rating due to a bad experience with a fundraiser, but after I tasted other boba at fundraisers, I realized that it was unfair to judge a store based on how well it tastes at a fundraiser. On with the review! I came in on a Saturday for the BOGO, and there was no line, so the service was very fast. The atmosphere was relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. The drinks were very good and for a very good price. The staff was also good. I got two honey green milk teas with boba and was very pleased. Definitely will go again next Saturday!

I love Quickly! However, they don’t have the snow that I’m used to ! Bring it guys :) It’s better than slush! Follow Folsom’s example!!!

Got a beef ramen burger with no cheese to go. The egg is cooked over hard and there is a little thousand island dressing on it too. It was pretty yummy.

Not so quickly… Took 20 minutes for coffee and waffle.($ 9 – 10) Too expensive and more importantly not worth the price. The waffle was alright…

Fast, friendly service. Prices that won’t break the bank. Delicious food and drink. Many vegan options… tofu tacos, crispy tofu salad(my favorite), and various fries including salt and pepper, truffle, and sweet potato. Daily specials. I’m not too into the drinks but my friends like the assortment of teas, juices and coffees. Not fancy, but comfortable and clean.

Came here to try the beef ramen burger, popcorn chicken, and truffle fries. The burger was such a small portion for what you pay(almost $ 9) but it was actually pretty good! I wish that the fried egg inside had runny yolk though, that wouldve made it so much better. I had the mild popcorn chicken and omg it was sooooo spicy. It wasn’t anything special though I wouldnt order it again. The truffle fries were fresh and hot, and had the perfect crisp! They had less of a truffle flavor and more just regular salty fries flavor, but I would order it again

Went for lunch on a weekday. Definitely lots of people who work around the area, but their speed is pretty fast. I biked here, and there were no bike racks in the plaza so I just parked it outside the store and that was fine. Bought an ice jasmine green milk tea, no ice half sugar, and their signature burger. For the Unilocal 10% discount, you can only use it during special hours(after 7 pm. on weekdays) but if you’re a student you get 10% off anyways. Just ask for the student discount. I’ve been here twice, and last time I got a spam burger. Both burgers have been extremely salty, and the buns are pretty oily. The signature is better than the spam in that its somewhat less salty, but there’s still more to be desired. The taste itself is great, minus the saltiness. Their milk tea, however, is pretty great. Its less set than other boba places, so even if you get normal sugar it should be fine. Half sugar is was perfect for me. If you’re looking for boba, Quickly is a fine option, though I’d skip out on their burgers.

Came here for a drink and really enjoyed their iced tea! Service was very nice, they have a huge selection, I went with the passion fruit and asked for it not as sweet, it was perfect. Clean space, very well kept. They have so much to chose from, I will have to be back for more, but for now I am very happy with the quality and cheap prices on their tea!

I’ve been here twice and I think it’s okay. I’ve tried the green tea unsweetened and taro milk tea. The green tea was good, you can’t really mess that up. The taro milk tea is brown, but tastes like taro milk tea. It was VERY sweet though, I couldn’t finish it. I’ve also had the mini bubble waffle, which was good. I was interested in trying the green tea mini bubble waffle, but the guy who helped me recommended the original. Euro Wednesdays every other Wednesday! Also I came for Otaku Thursday. Pretty cool that they host car meets.

Highlights + Variety + Popcorn Chicken — Pricier — Flavor When I was in SF I saw a bunch of these stores and they had great deals and food offerings. So when I saw Irvine had one, I bookmarked it. It’s located in a corporate mall and was nothing like the Quickly’s I remembered. In SF they were selling their milk teas for $ 1 or $ 2 and their snacks were much cheaper. Here it was fairly pricey and was liken to eating at a fast casual restaurant. The popcorn chicken I got was fairly good, much like any other place. However the nachos I got were pretty disgusting. I didn’t want to finish it. I haven’t tried enough of the food items nor will I, but if you are looking for nachos Del Taco is much better. I probably won’t return as I don’t see an added benefit from Lollicup or Bobatime.

I really should give this place a higher rating because for what it is, it’s good. That being said, this sort of food doesn’t float my boat, but as I tell people, you don’t need to like something to enjoy it, and for that, I’m giving a 3 but it’s a positive 3. Service has been friendly, but not fast, and that’s probably a good thing since things aren’t sitting around waiting to be thrown into a bag then sent out the door. The wait isn’t so long that makes it unacceptable; it’s nothing outside of understandable for food that needs to be made. Prices are a little high for what you get, but it’s Irvine so you’re mostly paying for rent, not food because tofu and chicken bits aren’t that expensive. Popcorn chicken is very tasty but makes my mouth feel like it’s coated with salt. Same goes for the fried tofu which is also very good. Dipping sauces are fun and tasty, but typical of the salty/sweet/spicy goo you get from a bottle with a panda sticker. Dining area is cold and dismal, but hipsters seem to like this sort of minimalist warehouse design. Parking is a nightmare but that’s not Quickly’s fault. It’s just a super busy area for lunch so be prepared to shark around the lot for a spot. PAYATTENTION(translation: put your phone down) because in addition to the crowds, the parking spots are TIGHT and the aisles are not OCSUV friendly and I’ve seen my fair share of bangs and bumps in this lot.

3.5 Stars. I would have never thought I could say this, but WOW. I am finally impressed by a Quickly location. Coming from NorCal, specifically the East Bay, Quickly’s never left a good impression on me. It was just a place I would go to because it was the only bubble tea place that was open, it was super close to me, or honestly it usually came down to the fact that I was desperate to fulfill my milk tea cravings and I was out of options. So when my friend suggested we go to Quickly, I have to admit… I was hesitant but I don’t regret finding out how great this location is. To start off, this location is pretty hidden. You only really know about it if you probably pulled up the Unilocal app or you’ve heard about it by word-of-mouth, you’re super knowledgable about all things in Irvine, or you work or live around this part of Irvine. Parking isn’t too bad since there’s a pretty big lot in front of it that it shares with a bunch of other businesses. Because it’s hidden and there’s not much around these parts(or not much I even know of, I think it’s near the Kaiser Alton-Sand Canyon though) the lines are usually non-existent or not too long like they can be at other boba places! When you walk into Quickly(if you’ve been to other locations) you notice a dramatic difference. It doesn’t look run-down or tired like many of the other locations I have been to in my time being obsessed with milk teas, but it looks very modern, clean, and it has a very minimal vibe to it — in a good way! They have LED lights and at night they have a projector where they stream movies — or so I’ve been told by my friend who is a frequent visitor to this location! They also have a lot of pictures of cars up, which is also pretty cool! Service was fast, friendly, and super patient! All three qualities that are super important to me as a customer. They have a variety of drinks here, but I opted to get the Viet Iced Coffee Slush, which was a new product for them and I have to say, it was really refreshing on a hot day! Overall, I give this specific location 3.5 stars because it Wow’d me and made me rethink my judgments against Quickly’s. While I don’t think that this would be my go-to boba place for service and cleanliness and options, this place has got you covered. However, I still think that if I were to get boba or milk tea(with all my other choices in the OC area) I could go elsewhere. Oh, but if you think you might be a regular or if this is your part of Irvine you work in or come to often, don’t forget to get a stamp card :)

Quickly is located in a pretty deserted business complex which is nice because there are never any lines, as opposed to places like Lollicup and Class 302. There is a large selection of drinks and food, from brick toast and waffles to ramen burgers and spam masubi. The food is yummy, the service is fast, and there are power outlets for computers and phones. The ramen burger I ordered was a weird experience. It didn’t have any flavor and was like eating ramen but without the broth, which in my opinion is usually the best part. Plus you had to eat it with your hands and the ramen bun fell apart easily, making it pretty messy. The carne asada fries on the other hand had the perfect blend of beef and melty cheese, and is good to share or could be a meal by itself.

Came here after hearing how quickly is a popular tapioca drink chain in California. I was able to have a table with an outlet close by to do my work. A guy took my order which was the strawberry green tea with no tapioca. I usually don’t eat the tapioca. I just enjoy the actual drink. Surprisingly the drink was only 2.97 $. I’m use to paying at least 3.50 $+ for drinks back in Houston, Tx. He also took noticed of my name when he used it to call out that my drink was ready. Smooth move there buddy! The strawberry green tea tastes great! The wifi worked great. They give you an individual access code. The only reason I took away one star was because the table was dirty(yuck).

Ehh it was OK for me. I placed an order over the phone for pick-up. I just ordered the spam burger and popcorn chicken(normal spicy, which turned out to be pretty accurate and probably too spicy for a lot of people). I also wanted truffle fries but they ran out. The place was pretty empty when I walked in and the girls behind the counter were pretty friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. The spam burger was OK. I liked how they added the egg to it. I decided to try something a little different and put some of the popcorn chicken inside for added effect and flavor. I figured it was all going to the same place anyway. I’m not the biggest spam fan but will eat it occasionally, so today was one of those days. Maybe that’s why it’s kinda whatever for me. I didn’t realize they also put cheese in the burger too, which kinda threw me off. The popcorn chicken was OK as well. It was definitely seasoned with enough spice but other than that they were somewhat bland(did they skimp on the salt?) and I feel like some of the pieces were just fried chicken fat. Probably the biggest turn-off is that both items cost almost $ 10! I guess they raised their prices recently(because the in-store menu pricing is different than the online [Yelp] menu pricing). Anywhere but Irvine, it would probably be $ 2 – 3 less at least. I wasn’t too interested in getting a drink this time around but maybe I’ll stop by another time to try other stuff. It wasn’t great for me but it wasn’t bad either. Gosh durn it! I just forgot and realized NOW that there’s a 10% off for Unilocal check-in…grrrrrrrr
