Horrible! That is about the only way to describe it. Sandwich meats were sliced a quart inch thick and awful to bite into. Bread was stale. I threw half of the sandwich away. The place is also dirty inside.

I had a turkey, avocado, and bacon sandwhich it was tasty. The turkey was average tasting and bacon was strangely over crisp but there was plenty of avocado to make up for that! The bread was super soft and yummy it was soo good! Over all it was slightly above average place.

I’ve been here twice, and got different service each time. The first time was ok, food came out after about 15 mins waiting. It was a busy Thursday lunch hour, so I thought no big deal. Food was pretty good. Yesterday, I came back for the 2nd time, and will probably be the last. I waited over 30 minutes for my food! There were 4 people working, and they were going as slow as possible. The lady working the grill would only do 2 burgers at a time, when she clearly had more space on the grill. The girl getting the fries and putting the order together just looked so spaced out, and didn’t care. She would mutter the order numbers in a low voice, then left it there without checking if anyone heard.

Stale bread, packaged turkey and poorly made sandwiches. Used to be Tummy Stuffer but now called AJs sandwiches. Gross.

Tummy Stuffer is located in the middle of a business park, a business park which is last park on Alton before Alton turns into a shopping zone for suburbites. When I’ve walked in on any given weekday, the place is filled with, almost entirely, men with guts. Why is this? Do women not like sandwiches or do the surrounding offices have sexist hiring practices? Men with guts, and I, a little person of Irish descent, love Tummy Stuffer. I’ve been twice. The first visit was for a chicken, bacon, avocado salad, which I devoured at my desk. So good. The chicken and bacon were grilled right on the spot! The chicken was moist and succulent. The grease kinda got on the salad a little, but WHOCARES. Salad was nice and fresh, too. When I want a salad, I taste this one in my mouth and cry a little bit. My second visit was for a half Italian combo sando with soup and chips. The soup was pretty nice. Tummy Stuffer has a soup du jour, and today’s happened to be chicken noodle. This was ladled out from a huuuggee vat that she’d made and was super delicious. The sando was not so nice. The meats were iggly and sliced too thick. For some reason, it was missing the cheese and had drippy pickles and banana peppers. These drippy veggies made the wheat bread soggy. It just wasn’t any good and I was sad that I didn’t pick something with grilled meat. The cook there makes bacon JUST right and I wished I’d at least had something with bacon in it. So, this place gets 3 stars. It is ok because you can get a delicious lunch as long as you know what to order. I would recommend anything with grilled chicken and would guess that their items involving grilled meats and tuna/chicken salad are great. Pick things that they would MAKE on the spot, so don’t order the deli meats. I’ve heard the dudes there FLIP over the french fries, so maybe try those. They do look pretty good. You can get half sandwich combos here, but only with the normal sandwiches, not with the super cool ones. You get a halfie, soup, and drink or chips. This is a great deal because you can get the soup + chips and just drink water or, better yet, MORECOFFEE, at the office. HAHAHAHHA, CAFFEINE! The ladies there are really nice. The cook takes pride in what she does and so does the cashier. The cashier remembers regulars, it seems, so that’s pretty cool. You can get fountain drinks and they also have a little cooler there with juices and novelty drinks, like energy drinks and stuff. I was gonna give this place 5 stars, BUT the deli meat experience would have made me give it 1 star if I hadn’t had the salad a few weeks ago. So, Tummy Stuffer gets a combined score.

Management seems to have changed. They’re a little nicer, the food is a little fresher, and I’m not given a dirty look when trying to use my credit card. Oh, and there’s capicola. Improvement!

Great sandwiches. Favorites are Italian and Turkey(w/avocado). Decently priced too. I’ve seen other people’s sandwiches while I’m eating there that look good(especially a sandwich with sausage and pepppers) but I usually get the same thing whenever I go. They make your food in a pretty timely manner. My only complaint is that it always feels like the floor is sticky and it feels just stuffy overall inside. Not the most comfortable environment to eat in.

I normally would give them 5 stars, but who the heck pays over 5 bucks for a breakfast burrito??? Maybe I would if it was a huge most delicious breakfast burrito ever, but it’s average sized and although yummy I’m super disappointed they raised their prices. I thought their previous price of 4 bucks was a little pricey but this is crossing the line. I have supported you long enough, Tummy Stuffers. Even though you are within walking distance from my work, I am sad to say you won’t be seeing me anymore… :(

The breakfast sandwich is very good. The bacon is cooked perfectly which is why I bumped it from 3 to 4 stars. I eat here a couple of times a week for lunch and the service is fast and the sandwiches are good. My favorite is the pastrami with extra pickles.

:OVERALL: It’s basically a short order cook joint. They make a wide variety of food types(I’ve had burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches), none of which are anything special in taste. :PRICE: The price of the food fair for the amount/quality received. They do require a purchase value greater than 5 dollars if you want to use a CC/Debit Card. Most items on the menu are a-la-carte and you must pay extra if you want chips/fries/drink. A standard meal will cost you 5 – 7 bucks which includes a drink, fries and you main course. All-in-all I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here but it’s within walking distance from mine(and many other) business offices.

I’ve had mixed experiences with the sandwhiches here. On one hand Tummy Stuffers burgers are grilled to perfection, but their sandwhiches aren’t something to write home about. Get their swiss burger and you can begin to understand the popularity of this spot, but the regular sandwiches are fresh, but not amaing. However, the owner and workers are pleasant and helpful. Good place for the quick-stop burger craving that destroys your run-of-the-mill fast-food joints.

Tuna Sammie on white. Rating: OK. Could’ve made the same at home, but since I didn’t this was a decent right-about-$ 5 option within walking distance of my office. People were cheery and that’s always good, however, no one offered me a stamped sammie card. I like the range of menu choices though. Let’s face it, the place is a few steps away, it’s clean and has burgers, sammies, etc. — I’ll be going back.

Good burgers can be found here! Atmosphere/cleanliness: Clean, well-lit, and efficient inside. Service: Friendly and helpful. Food: If you’re expecting gourmet, go down the street to the Spectrum. Tummy Stuffer is about catering to the local businesses and they do a good job. The burgers are decent, they make some excellent fries that are always perfectly crisp and golden, great for dipping into your favorite condiment. I’ve also sampled their fried zucchini and was also happy with that. Come here for a quick and relatively cheap lunch!

If youre an office drone within walking distance of this place, youre stoked, this place has nice health(ier) food its at a decent price, and the joint is run by a few chipper asian people. it has a nice shady outdoor area and its nice to get out the cubicle and take a little stroll down the the ‘stuffer on a warm sunny day. also, you can check out the pretty ladies who work at the peruvian food place next door.

If you’re expecting quality and variety like the Tummy Stuffer in Riverside, you won’t get it at this location. You get the standard turkey avocado, roast beef, etc, but nothing spectacular. A friend and I were on a quest to search for the best sandwich places in Irvine and boy… this place was disappointing. One star for having lots of CLEAN outdoor seating. Birds won’t poop on your head. Another star for having Cactus Cooler and Barq’s. Ooohhh… and they had sprouts too.

Yet another very overrated sandwich/deli place in Southern California. Please people… travel to the northeast some time and get a real sandwich. I had a cheesesteak sub here, and quite frankly I really don’t have the words to describe it… awful, bland, and served with a frown. Overpriced for a sandwich, and if this is your idea of a step up from Subway/Quizno’s then you don’t get out much. Try Big Belly Deli on the PCH in Newport… all in all Tummy Stuffers can«stuff it»…this place blows big time.
