Been coming here regularly for a couple years. They do a fantastic job on brows, never had any problems and they are always very time efficient. Love how friendly and welcoming the staff is. I am always greeted with a warm welcome and it never goes unnoticed when I come in later than the usual 10 – 14 days. Drove from Newport Coast after I moved because I refuse to go elsewhere. 5 Stars!

First time here and it was fabulous! My brow shape was perfect. I had to tell the girl to take off more hair because it wasn’t all taken off around my brow, more of a basic cleaning. 10 bucks though. And she gave a little massage on my brow and temple area after with lotion !!! Oooo!

This one star is only because the lady that threaded my eyebrows was very sweet and kind. Her work was undoubtedly awful. It looked like I plucked it myself, and I do a horrible job as it is. I paid 10 for it. She showed me the mirror after she was done, and I told her to make it look cleaner. She cleaned it up like how i would clean mine up. I looked at it again and I told her to trim the hair on the end because it still doesn’t look clean. So she did. The results were discouraging. My brows had no shape. I was done. I had accepted my fate. I am never coming back here again. I don’t know how they can find that work acceptable. It’s unprofessional, amateur and dissappointing. So I basically sauntered off with eyebrows I did myself, but didnt. Gah!

I already have my go-​to threading spot, so I was definitely worried trying a new spot as I needed to get my brows threaded last minute. The place is very clean and I liked that they provided hand sanitizer before starting since you’re touching your face, which was nice. The girl who threaded my eyebrows, Soroor, was very sweet and made small conversation with me. She made sure to see what I wanted for my service and worked with ease. In the end, she placed lotion over the finished eyebrows and even gave me a mini brow massage –how splendid. I definitely enjoyed their service, but $ 10 is a bit much than my usual cost for eyebrow threading. The plus is that they accept cards here, which was convenient.

Went for my first time. Loved the service I received. Haven’t had my eyebrows threaded in awhile due to time crunch and so I’ve been plucking them. They suggested to let certain hairs to grow because my eyebrows were a little off when I came in and I really appreciated the professional feedback.
Got some coupons and a stamp card for when I come in! Will definitely be back

. Neha wasn’t working on anyone, so she helped me right away. There was one other customer in the store.
. Prior to this visit, it’s been a few months since I’ve had my eyebrows threaded. I’ve been maintaining at home by tweezing but got lazy.

. She offered me hand sanitizer prior to starting & used some herself. Cleanliness is always good!
. Neha did my right eyebrow first, then offered me the mirror to make sure I was satisfied before starting on the left one.
. I currently have a very sensitive blemish on my lip area under my nose, & she was very careful to work around it while threading my upper lip.
. She massaged some aloe gel into my eyebrows & lips to sooth the irritation afterwards.
. It was very efficient & relatively painless overall.

. I paid $ 15 for both eyebrows/​lips. It’s a bit more than I’m used to paying for threading.

I got cut under my brow by the threading lady and she refused to take responsibility for the incident and refund my money.
I normally see Dimples to get my brows done but she was off today so I went with someone else. Big mistake, because now I have no desire of ever returning to this place. The girl who did my brows was courteous and worked quickly. However, when I got to my car and looked in the mirror, I was surprised to see a cut under my right brow that was bleeding. I went back in to tell her and she acknowledged that she could see the cut but evaded taking responsibility for it. She kept saying «I’m sorry» and «I won’t say that I didn’t have a part in it,» but suggested that it could have been my nail when I was holding my lid and recommended using ointment to heal it. After expressing my dissatisfaction with her service, she called her manager and offered me a coupon for my next visit but would not refund my money because the service was already performed. Clearly they have no intention of fixing the damage they’ve done to my face. Highly disappointed by their excuses and lame customer service.

I initially came here just because it was close to my work, but I’m hooked! Soroor is amazing, she does my eyebrows quickly and precisely, and of all my threading experiences over the past 6 years she has made it as painless as possible.
I came to her when my eyebrows were thin and asymmetrical due to a tragic waxing accident, and she has been spectacular by threading enough to make them look clean and polished, but still letting the hair I was missing grow back in. I now have thick symmetrical brows thanks to her method!
Outside of the great eyebrow service itself, all the staff members give excellent customer service. They are quick to greet you when you walk in, and are always smiling. I definitely recommend it!
