McDonald’s

I have tolerated this McDonald’s because it is the closest food to work. However, the customer service is non-​existent. I frequently hear the girls inside swearing and talking about things that probably shouldn’t be discussed at work.
Today while waiting for my food I distinctly heard the words «nigger» and «cunt» come through the window.
When they handed me the wrong drink I spoke up, the girl at the window looked at me, rolled her eyes, shut the window and walked away.
I don’t expect stellar customer service from ANY fast food establishment but I DO expect the people working to show even the smallest fraction of class and respect. This McDonald’s lacks both.

Honestly, I work near by and noticed there was a mc Donald’s on my way into the office; the drive through was very fast even though it looked like the line was long; the window server was nothing short but rude; fast, no eye contact and a «good morning» not even a smile; it’s unfortunate that we hire people in customer service who lack basic skills;

Not sure why this location has such a low rating. I’ve been to this location at least 10 times and have always been thoroughly impressed at how fast the drive thru is. Even when there is a line of cars at lunch time, it’s really fast. I’d estimate from the time you order (recently it’s been from a guy standing ahead of the menu, like In-​n-​out does) to when you get your food is 2 minutes tops. Food always tastes fresh too!

After consuming a few beverages on an empty stomach, I needed sustenance on my way home so I stopped in here. It was crowded but the line moved fast.
My expecations were low, this is Mickey D’s after all, but I was really knocked out by the service I received from the young lady who took my order. She was so friendly and professional and she handled the various customers with aplomb.
My burger was fine and my fries were fresh, so no complaints food-​wise. But the fourth star is really for the stellar service from the young lady whose name I can’t recall.

Second time I’ve been here. Probably the laziest staff. One time they said they don’t have the parfait when I saw two of them. This time they were too lazy to put the patty on the bun. I paid for a bun without any meat. I’m in shock! Waited in line for ten min not sure why since there was just one car and when I got home to eat my food I see that there’s no meat in the hamburger. Wow

Food was fast and hot but it couldn’t make up for the terrible service. Gave the wrong size coffee, wrong sauces, I waited at the front to exchange for the right sauces and the employees that were directly in front of me started talking about their day, COMPLETELY IGNORING ME. And one again guy was literally just wiping down trays with his back to me. It wasn’t until I said «HELLO CUSTOMER HERE» till someone helped me. I’m not just standing in front of a machine for the fun of it. Jesus people.

I come here pretty often because it’s right near my work but damn-​it-​what-​the-​hell, it is WAY too cold inside ALL THE TIME! Jerez. Seriously they keep the temperature at about negative 1000 degrees Celsius. I’m writing this review while waiting for my food that’s how bad it is.

Isn’t McDonald’s suppose to be 24 hr? I start work at 5 sometimes 5:30 and for some reason it opens at 5. Great service just wish it was always open.

It is most disheartening to announce that this will be my one and only check-​in at this fabulous McDonald’s. It is not because I dislike this McDonald’s. Spice is the variety of life. It is due to the fact that I am not a local. I am not one to make bias decisions, which is why I do not believe one McDonald’s is better than the next.

This is your typical McDonalds. It has the drive thru but only one order station versus the newer or remodeled ones that have two speakers. It has a sit in dining room as well but it has quite a few seats without backrests on them so for me it does not have enough seating as I prefer seat with a backrest.
The one thing that sets this location apart from other locations is their service. While it is not the best service in the world it is much higher then most of the other ones.
I frequent this location about 2 – 3 times a month for to its proximity to my office and also not gunna lie some times the fundage is low.
I have yet to receive an incorrect order or extremely rude service here!

Don’t go through the drive through. For a fast food place, especially one close to an airport this is the slowest drive through ever.
I went by after work one day at 9pm. And it was at least a 15 min wait for my food and the line of cars was low.
I normally just run inside because they seem quick when I do that. But today I decided to give the drive through another shot. With 2 cars infront of me it still took 15 min to get a large coke and small fry. The guy infront of me just ordered 3 drinks and a small bag and I waited 5 mins for him to get food. Then when I got to the window no one was there and it took them a few minutes to even begin to fill my drink. For a Saturday at 145pm this is disheartening they didn’t have more employees working.

Came here this morning before a seminar at the Wyndham hotel. Drive thru was packed. I decided to walk in. There was not 1 person Inside and I left in under 2 minutes. I can see how this location would be very busy but was pleased at how quick the service was. Restaurant was clean and counter person. Was polite. Thanks for the great service today.

I would assume because this McDonald’s is in Irvine that the food would have been a little bit more decent, but I guess assuming so was wrong.
Went through the drive thru for a delicious simple sausage mcgriddle just before work! After I ordered, I went to work, unwrapped my sandwich, took a bite and BAM.
A piece of hair just sticking out of my sandwich. I get it, it happens, but man. That really killed my morning.
Sorry McDonald’s, gonna have to give you 1 star for the contamination in my food. Yuck.

You have to ask for your food to be made «fresh,» otherwise you’ll get a breakfast biscuit that is cold and crumbling.
The last two times I have been here they have messed up my order. When I went through the very next day after the first mess up I told them about the mistakes and they would not compensate for the wrong items. I said fine, I’ll just pay for the same items again, give my order, then get to the window where they hand me my food. This time I double check before driving off and the order is wrong again! We had to pull off to the side and wait until they finally brought us the correct food.

Enjoy this McDonalds, they keep asking for a review, there is not much else I can say, kid friendly, hot french fries, a good chicken sandwich with soft bread, i did not get sick here, and received what I ordered. Typical Chain.

When it comes to fast food Mc Donald’s is king; food is consistently good and affordable. This one has good service and located near work. I also like the specials on Monday (big Mac), Tuesday (chicken nuggets) and Friday (filet o fish). Breakfast here is my favorite and the ice coffe beats Starbucks anyday!

I typically only come to this location if I am in a huge hurry and not feeling any of the other fast food options around. The staff are generally pretty friendly, sometimes I am assisted by a grouch, but pretty rare. What kills me is their procedure for ordering and waiting for food inside.
I’m sure they have their own reason for organizing it they way that they do, but it’s highly annoying that they make you wait for your drink and food at the same time. Everyone waits around at the counter and it gets crowded and confusing. Whenever I only order a fruit and yogurt parfait, I can see it in the fridge 2 feet behind the cashier. But nope, it will screw up their flow if they quickly grab it, so I must wait 10 minutes with all the other full orders for someone else to put it in a bag and hand it to me.
I know it’s McDonald’s, and i know few people are enthused about minimum wage, but there are a few employees who look and act like they’re suffering a slow, painful death from working there. Experience will be better if they seriously just cracked a smile.

We were going to the location off Jamboree and Barranca for a while since they are open ²⁴⁄₇. But the quality of food they serve there has been going downhill… and they always mess up on your order. We even asked them to make sure our order is fresh and they just mixed the old and new food together. This is unacceptable!
Anyways, we started to come to this location when we have a craving to eat at a McDonalds. The last few times I’d been to this location, I didn’t have any issues. We came during lunch time, after lunch time, and after dinner time. Our french fries, nuggets, and chicken sandwiches were always freshly made. Nothing that was sitting under a heat lamp for that long or being refried like the other location. I would definitely come to this location more often.

The Drive-​Thru is really efficient. I’m in and out in no time!
And let’s be honest, a lot of folks nowadays only want to use the drive-​thru. ESPECIALLY if this location is mostly busy in the mornings and during the lunch hour because of it’s location. This is NOT a McDonald’s that wants to be known for a «child friendly» atmosphere, this particular MD’s would want to be infamous for fast and friendly service.
Their customer base are the office types in the area. What else would you expect when it’s located right smack dab in the center of a business park. Gotta hand it to them — they really know how to pump out the burgers and fries! Almost always, I can expect my food to be nice and hot, served with the efficiency of a service line. It really helps that they have an outdoor attendant taking your order during their rushes. Why wait for the order window when it can come to you?
Like they say, «Have it your way.» And in this case, this Mickey D’s knows that your way needs to be as quick and as friendly as possible.

if you dissect me in half, you’ll find candy, junk food, 5% awesomeness and the rest of it mcdonalds. i love me some golden arch’s food! Its sad when the employees know you by name…
i’ve notice they raised the prices on everything from chicken nuggets to the Filet-​O-​Fish. i usually come here on friday to get my filet-​0-​fish on. how can you say no to that delicious trans fat?!? it does my body good. screw the gym, if i eat 10 of these… i’m golden. =]
They have a dollar menu! don’t be tricked! its just located on the side of the wall instead of on top!
They also are not stingy with their sauces!!! you can ask for as many as your little heart desires!
No playground. =(
