So I’m sitting in drive thru at 6pm(only 2 cars ahead of me) and it’s taking forever. So I decide out of curiosity to look up the reviews about their drive thru and watta ya know?! Compliant after compliant about their drive thru experiences. Does corporate not read these reviews or do they just not do anything about it? I mean really 2 cars? I would hate to see this place at rush hour lunch. As I’m sitting here writing this I’m hoping the two cars will get their food and I can just delete this review, but the longer I sit here the more important it seems that I should post this so that someone at corporate with some authority can get off their behinds and do something. When you have not 1, not 2 but like 8 negative reviews about the same thing, don’t ya think you should investigate? Maybe since it’s such a busy location with lunch they could care less. I hope the manager reads this and addresses his staff. Once I get to the window, I sit for 10 minutes with not one person coming to get my money. Unbelievable!

Since the remodel it is one of the nicer locations. Very nice inside. Everything is clean and the food is good. Some locations use cold buns but they warm them up at this location. Drive thru is a pain when they are busy because traffic backs up. Watch for idiots backing out of a parking space backing into you… But that said the drive thru is accurate and you don’t get the Charlie Brown adults speaking to you effect. Wa, wa, wa, wa. Wa, wa, wa? Wa, wa?

This is the slowest drive through I have ever experienced in my entire life. It actually took 15 minutes from the time I enter till the time I got my food.

Writing about the customer service. Today, around 10:10am, I ordered a Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich via drive-thru and wasn’t even told my order total. I was just told to pull up to the window. Then, at the window, there was no greeting or «I’ll be with you in a moment» while she took another driver’s order. A gardener for the plaza was blowing the foliage right by the drive-thru window, and then when she did tell me the price, I could barely make it out because she was speaking slightly softer, nor did she attempt to speak over the blower sounds. When I wanted to make a comment about not being told the price back at the ordering spot, I couldn’t even get a word in because she immediately went back to taking orders on her headset. I was handed my bag without confirmation from her about what my order was. I wasn’t given a receipt either so I couldn’t comment on my feedback to the actual store via the receipt information. I’ll still order from here because it’s a very convenient place and the food is good. But customer service-wise, it could be better…

Came here to chill outside in the patio and watch planes land with my daughter. Ended up ordering food while we hung out and its your typical fast food. Gave them 5 stars because the staff here is very friendly and on it with service.

Drove-thru yesterday and got a Super Star combo. I usually pay with my debit card as I never carry cash. Yesterday I had cash so thought, «what the heck» so paid with a $ 20 bill. I forgot I had paid with cash and drove off without my change. I later remember when I went to a store and didn’t have any change in me, so I call the Carl’s restaurant to check. The gentleman I spoke to told me that no wonder one of his cash registers was over about $ 9, and asked me to back and pick up my change. At about 8:30 I drove by the restaurant’s drive thru and the cashier was a lady with tattoos all over her arms. As I drove through the window, she handed me $ 9.00 which is what the cash register was over. I asked her that I had paid about $ 7.50 for my combo and asked her, «shouldn’t I get $ 12 and some change?» She reacted and told me that it was all she could give as that was what the cash register was over. I asked if I was responsible for whatever the cashier lost throughout her shift, to which she replied that she didn’t know what I had purchased. I was about to tell her I had my receipt when she interrupted and said she was busy and had customers to help. She asked me for the $ 9.00 back. She was very rude and I told her it was ok. That I would keep the 9.00 but that I would call the manager next morning; she said OK and SLAMMED the window shut at me. Check receipt attached! Very rude!!!

The first fast food place to serve a truly healthy item! Thank you Carls for the grass fed burger. We need to make our society realize how nutritious gras fed beef really is and to be able to get it through a drive-in is a great treat! I get one very time I see a Carl’s whilst driving. Come on America — start your healthy eating now!

Not really much to say about a fast food chain, but I thought I’d right a review about their service, which I think is always very pleasant, staff are friendly and polite and they definitely train them well– love hearing«my pleasure» haha. I’ve seen a ton of reviews bashing how slow they are during lunch hour– but have any of you noticed how many large office buildings there are and this is definitely the closest drive-thru for all of those buildings– this entire shopping center is a madhouse from 11:30 — 2:00. I personally grab my lunch after 2:30pm– know that’s late for some– but I enjoy never waiting in line.

It’s hard to write a review about a fast food chain, but I felt that this Carl’s Jr. deserved a bit of praise. I used to frequent this particular Carl’s Jr. during my lunch breaks and I never had a bad experience here after countless visits through the years. It’s a typical Carl’s, but the service is always fast and accurate, and the employees are always cheerful and accommodating. If you are in the mood for some fast food, I’d recommend stopping by.

Trying the all new natural burger. Looks just ok lettuce wrapped didn’t have high expectations. Charbroiled flavor tastes same as other burgers. Was a test and would eat again if was in a bind and didn’t have any other option.

Don’t come during lunch time. Drive thru and the inside register always have a huge wait because of all the businesses around this area. I know they are trying their best, but too many people comes all at once. Parking lot is always a mess too. I normally come here later on in the night time before they close for a late dinner if I missed mine. I never had an issue. But just a heads up, at night… once they give you your order if you don’t tell them whatever you need right away. they’ll never look back at the window! LOL

2 stars for their horrible drive thru line. Y’all know it’s lunch and still aren’t hustlin’ to get people through. Other than that, your usual Carl’s JR. :)

This Carl’s Jr. went through a major renovation this past year. It was nearly closed for I think almost a year. The food definitely got better and I noticed the service was improved too. The manager was pulling a Chik-fil-a and asked if I needed anything and called me «sir». I noticed all the staffers seems much better than the previous ones and the interior is very nice and trendy. The food seemed to improve as well and now I have found my favorite Carl’s Jr.

1. July 112013 @ 10pm-11pm 2. First Stupid Drive Thru worker: Young fat dark skin male hispanic black hair name begins w/‘A’. 3. Another Stupid Drive Thru worker: Fat dark skin black hair wearing black shirt hispanic old. 4. Both dumb drive-thru hispanic male workers were jerks making fun of customers in Spanish right in front of customers the whole time. 5. Stupid drive thru male hispanic workers need to learn to speak ENGLISH!

Food is typical here. The subpar review is due to the lack of energy I got from the manager here. She took my order, but showed very cold emotions towards her customers. It was like she did not want to be there. Maybe she was having a bad day, which is completely understandable. The gentleman that proceeded to finish taking my order, since the manager had to handle stuff in the back, was much more professional. I know its a fast food joint, but business is business. Keep your attitude positive and it should go a long way. PS I went here like 6⁄7 in the morning so it was a ghost town. No hot chicks, no ugly chicks, no chicks in general(except for that lifeless manager).

I love the new charbroiled cod sandwich. Very tasty and a grainy bun, fresh lettuce and tomato. The sauce is just right. Though the woman who took my order was a mumbler, «wouldyoulikeketchupforyourfries.» I had not ordered fries so I think she was a pre-recording. LOL

Since the remodel you can almost disregard all previous posts. This is basically a brand new location. This wasn’t just a facelift, this was a remodel. Not only did they change the kitchen around, but added a different sort of environment than before. If this is the way CJ’s is going as a whole I like it. This location is very popular and very busy. The drive thru is still slow, perhaps slower than before and the menu just shows up in your face, not a lot of time to see a preview menu, so that adds some wait for the lazy orderer. I don’t know that the staff is the same, but I feel like they are more up beat, even at lunch rush. Prices are fair for the area, but your always going to get a straggler employee not up to speed, asking for repeated confirmation, etc, so no deduction for that. The interior although not«nice» it’s new and different. More welcoming, more like a Starbucks than the old drab. The food tastes about the same, but I’ve never had a bad Super Star either. They are definitely quicker in the back though. Please don’t weight the reviews older than a few months ago because it’s a very different spot worth you seeing for your self. Lets be honest, if you’re reading CJ’s reviews on Unilocal then you probably already made up your mind to come here.
