Their bagels are amazing! That’s the only thing I care for here. Tuesday’s they have a special for their bagels. Cream cheese is also yummy.

The young lady at the counter knew exactly what I needed when I asked for gluten free food. She suggested the tomato soup without the coutons. I told her that sounded really good and paid for it. She gave me a number and I went outside to await my meal. The server came out with a tray with tomato soup with croutons floating on the top and a baguette. I told him that I could not eat the croutons and had ordered my soup without croutons. He started to take the spoon to remove the croutons and I told him that I had to have a new bowl of soup without croutons. He returned very shortly with a bowl of soup and a baguette. I barely made it home(about 45 minutes later) when the severe cramps and diarrhea of a reaction to gluten started. I was in pain the remainder of the day. When a customer says they cannot have gluten, the staff should listen and act accordingly. If the entire staff is not involved, the restaurant should not say they serve gluten free foods. The customer should not have to follow the server to insure that he follows directions. By the way, the soup tasted good. One cannot taste the gluten contamination and, yes, having the croutons on top and shedding crumbs into the soup adds enough wheat(gluten) to contaminate the soup.

I am a fan of Panera Bread. I eat there almost 3 to 4 times a week. I love their salad. That is the reason last Holiday season, I bought a lot of gift cards so I can give it to my co-workers, friends, family and myself. But, unfortunately I have been using it for the last month and all of a sudden with 1⁄3 still on credit, the store kept on telling me that I do not have any credit on it. They asked me to call the main office and I did for more than a week. All I get is their system is down. I hope they fix their system so I can still use my gift cards.

Just left Paneras. Went in at 8:45 and stood at the counter while the manager Pam was on the phone. No one else was available at the counter although couple of the other employees who were cleaning up made eye contact and quickly looked away to go about their business. The manager in front of me kept talking on the phone. Although she knew we were at the counter, she chose to completely ignore us. Terrible example for her employees and bad for business. After standing there for 5 minutes, i walked away and had to chase an employee around the restaurant while he was straightening up chairs and while I was saying saying«excuse me, excuse me,…» He completely ignored me also. Not to be ignored, I kept at it, and he finally decided to turn around and pretended he couldn’t hear because he had headphones in one ear. Hmmmmm… So he couldn’t hear from his other ear? And why is he wearing headphones while working in the restaurant in the customer area(not even in the kitchen). I asked him if they were closed and he said yes. Really? I come into to the restaurant at 8:45 pm and you can’t serve me anymore because it’s 15 minutes before its official closing time of 9pm? Why don’t they say 8:45pm close on the door instead of 9pm then? I go back to Pam who is still on the phone, and even though I am right in front of her and she can see me, I still say«excuse me, excuse me, «exactly four times before she finally tells the other person on line to hold for for a second. She looks at me and goes«yes?» as though I am the rude one and I just ask her if they were closed. She saids yeah I could help you… Well I look back and my friend was already heading towards Starbucks. I couldn’t blame him… There is a happy ending to this though. Starbucks gave us prompt and attentive service with a smile!

Can I just say overpriced in all ways possible? This is not just for this panera but for all panera all over the place — 10 dollars for measly portion of chicken noodle and half a sandwich… Should be 7 dollars at most. Just sayin’. I only come here if I have to, otherwise I never think about eating at Panera.

Bad, just bad. I went out of my way to come home just to write this feed back(phone died). First time trying to eat a Panera bread(moved here a few months ago) and I can state I will never, ever try and eat here again. First off, the pricing does not match what you receive. I ordered the following(verbatim from the receipt): ½ Rst Turkey Kale 5.89 1 Cup Garden Veg Soup 4.09 1 Soda 2.19 1 Chips(no price, included by default in the meal) Total: $ 13.14 Food: First look at the sandwich, I automatically knew I would not be eating it. I lifted the overly cooked top of the sandwich to find dry bread(the seasoning was plastered to the roof of the sandwich, which more or less became burned into the bread). The top of the sandwich, I could of broken due to it being soo dry. The turkey actually looked like a cut of chicken, which was most likely no more than 2 – 3 inches long(literally no longer than my index finger). I wouldn’t call this a half of a sandwich(panini, which I’ve eaten often), 1⁄3 or even ¼ of a sandwich would be more befitting of what I received. They nailed it to when they say you receive a «cup». Experience: After waiting 24 minutes, looking at my receipt, I ordered at 7:52PM and didn’t get the dish brought out to me until 8:16PM(which btw, they never gave me a number until after 15 minutes of waiting and I went up to the counter to ask how I receive my food, as I didn’t hear or see anyone getting called, then to which they gave me a number). I took the plate, with none of it having been eaten and asked for a refund. The manager was visibly irritated with me and didn’t care why I was returning the food, or if she could make it better, instead, just gave me my money and had me on my way. Some feed back for the manager: To improve your services and products, you may want to engage with the customer and ask as to why. Everyone has bad days, but someone unsuspecting such as myself, doesn’t need to be made part of yours. This place is more-so a local hang out for college students, than an eatery. I’d say over half the people in here are not eating/buying food at the establishment, but instead soaking up free wifi. Note: I would of taken a picture of my food, however, unfortunately my phone died. To the regional manager, or owner, please take this feed back serious. You are assuredly losing potential customers, such as myself, to this.

Every time I come here, I’m reminded why it’s only once in a great while. Slow staff. Two benefits. Place to study when Starbucks is crowded and they offer almond milk in their lattes.

I give Panera two stars for the good lunch selection. However, this was an awful visit. I was picking up lunch to take to customers so I called 25 minutes ahead. When I arrived there was a line 7 people deep and I was told I would still have to wait in line. Why even have call ahead ordering? Definitely a disappointment and I will be ordering my customer lunched at Corner Bakery from now on.

Given the consistent 3-star ratings the local Panera restaurants are receiving on Unilocal, the issues I mention below may be more systemic to the corporation, not just this particular location. Here are my issues: 1) FILTHYFILTHY Restrooms. I just went in there at 9AM and it doesn’t look like it has been cleaned in days. Gawd forbid I have to touch anything, but there was no paper towels left… the dispenser was completely empty. The kicker is that the door swings inward, so I need to touch the handle to get out. If the management is OK publicizing their lack of hygene with their bathrooms, just imagine how unclean their kitchen and food prep methods are! 2) The service SUCKS! The manager looks completely disinterested walking around. The line to get to the cashier is extremely slow. I think I waited in line about 10 mins to get to the register… there were only 2 people ahead of me! 3) The coffee bar is filthy and lacking supplies consistently. No cream, no sugar, only 1 dirty cofffee cup lid. I don’t care how good the food might taste, the above issues warrant a 1-star rating. I’m guessing Corporate doesn’t give a crap about reviews or customer opinions… so all these low star reviews probably won’t have a positive impact.

While I consider Panera the quick service restaurant(QSR) equivalent to McDonalds, meaning you the food tastes the same regardless of what day or Panera location. What this location sorely lacked was cleanliness and service. Several customers, myself included, got their own food that had been sitting on the counter to be picked up for delivery. Although there were several employees standing around gossiping there were many tables that needed to be cleared of dishes, not to mention dried up food that was on customer tables. I mentioned both of these issues to the manager who looked like she could care less.

What a poorly managed restaurant. I have now been waiting 20 minutes for my breakfast food — and it is not like they are packed. I will not be returning unless forced. What a joke.

Sandwiches for $ 8 that I can make at home. Full order of pasta for $ 9 that is ¼ of the bowl it’s presented in and half an order at any Italian restaurant, and now limited time on wifi. The only reason for the second star is that when we didn’t like something, the manager worked to please us by making a new dish and not charging the $ 1+ more the new would’ve cost.

Located in the Woodbury Town Center, Panera bread is a decent place for breakfast. I’ve stopped in here off and on mainly for breakfast. Everytime I stop in, I want the Jalapeño bagel but they are always out of it. I was told it would be 30 minutes before another batch would be coming out. Nobodys got time for that! Anyway, I decided to try the asiago cheese bagel with the honey walnut cream cheese. The cheese in the bagel was very good. I also tried the chocolate chip muffie. I guess this is like the top of a muffin which is half cookie/muffin. Loved it. Would definetely try that again. Service here has always been great. They always ask you if you have the Panera card which gives you discounts or free items. Who doesn’t love free stuff! Plenty of seating and parking here.

Love Panera bagel Tuesday! $ 6.99 for 13 bagels. What a deal. My favorite bagels are blueberry, and blueberry. Haha. With blueberry cream cheese. Panera is a chain store. There are plenty of seating for people to study and chill. Service could be slow but the staff that I have interacted with had always been kind. Oh and this Panera is across from my house. I have only taken advantage of bagel Tuesday’s for about 10x times. Never seat down because the other food items are overpriced. So lets share our experience and help each other to be smart shoppers/diners :)

A group of us ducked in here to have a quick party planning meeting. It was mid-afternoon on a rainy day so the place wasn’t busy at all. Some of got dessert while the rest of us who can eat on command did get some actual food. I ordered the Pick Two with the chicken lemon orzo soup and half of a panini. For the most part, the food was a-ok except the soup was lukewarm. But luckily(?) for us hot soup eaters, they put a self-serve microwave under their coffee station to remedy that problem! It appears as if they’ve given up keeping the soup hot because my friends also ordered soup(different kinds) and they were both also lukewarm. Nice place to meet friends, maybe have a pastry or two but I wouldn’t go out of the way to eat here.

I used to love Panera Bread when I was in high school… everything tasted delicious! But it seems that it has lost its value in a sense… The hubby & woke up too early & couldn’t find a place that we were craving so I decided on this place since it was close & I haven’t had it in a while. The inside was clean & it smelt like breakfast & bagels ahahha also the area seem to be kept clean. The staff did not seem very happy to be their honestly… or they may just be super tired for some reason. We walked in & first thing our cashier says is «what can I get for you» … i may have been expecting a hello before someone trying to get my order right away. BACONEGG&CHEESESANDWICH $ 4.39 — it was a square sandwich that was flat & simple. Two flat strips of bacon & some cheese w/egg flattened down like a pannini. It was served on a huge plastic plate by itself which kind of made it seem unappetizing CINNAMONCRUNCHBAGEL $ 1.59 — I had asked for it to be extra toasted but when I recieved it… it seemed like it was barely toasted, didn’t have much of a crunch factor. CREAMCHEESE $ 1.50 CUPOFCHICKENWILDRICESOUP $ 4.39 — flavor was good & it was served w/a piece of baguette but the temperature of the soup was lukewarm. PELLAGRINOBOTTLE $ 2.79 Overall I was a but disappointed but maybe my taste buds may have also changed as well. I feel that I may only be back to grab a quick bagel &cream cheese but that’s about it. =/

I like this Panera Bread — the service has always been great, and they almost never run out of the bakery treats I like! The only downside is that if you order to go and have to wait, there’s almost nowhere for you to stand and wait for your order without getting in people’s way. They have a few chairs, but they’re in an awkward area where you can’t see the food when it’s ready.

Horrible experience lately. I usually order thru rapid ordering online, for convenience… They give you a time, then u pick up your order in the cubby… Not the case here. Orders are never out when they’re supposed to be… Orders are incorrect, and missing customized options… When you complain, the management staff seems clueless and they run around looking confused. They don’t know how to treat the customer when they make a mistake. I almost feel like they don’t even care enough to make things right to retain regular customers. The regular staff also runs around like they are in a panic. Direct reflection of the managers, though. This location is a joke. Not that hard to read an order, prepare & put out for the customer to pick up.
