Wingstop? More like WingNOT. Wings were cooked okay, not nearly crunchy enough on the outside or juicy enough on the inside. Worst of all, they charge extra for bleu cheese when ordering buffalo wings. Is that for real? Cashiers didn’t seem very happy to be there either. Tonight was the first and last time I’ll be going to wing stop.

Been a bww fan for a few years and decided to give Wingstop a try. My two experiences has been alright. I liked how I could see the kitchen, I could see the wings being made. I liked how we could serve ourselves without waiting 30 min-1 hour just to get seated. Saved time! I liked the quality of the chicken, tasted fresh. The best sauce was the hickory smoked barbecue. Their other sauces were just okay to me, especially mango habanero(which is my fav at bww), just doesn’t beat bww. & oh… !!! The first time I ordered fries, I was super disappointed. They were really really soggy. Not crunchy at all. But the second time I came back, I asked for well done fries and it was noticeably a lot better! So ask for well done fries and it will come out like how fries are suppose to be lol!

I usually really like Wingstop. They’re wing are awesome, especially the Garlic Parmesan. However, I’m disappointed tonight. I placed an order online and went into the store to pick up my order. Two different employees verbally confirmed my order both when I paid and when they handed it to me. When I got home, I found that I had been shorted 12 wings, nearly half of what I had ordered. All of us are really sick and it’s been a long day. Not interested in returning to the store. But, really upset that I paid for twice the wings I actually received.

Always getting short changed at this location. BEWARE. Always check your order at this location. This practice is probably encouraged by the management. This location should né audited by corporate. I like Wing Stop, this place is a negative to the brand.

Okay, so I put up with this place because it stays open until 12. And for Irvine, that’s pretty late. DON’T USETHEORDERINGONLINEOPTION. I ordered food, came 30 minutes later to pick it up, and nothing was there for me. But seriously, I even showed them the order email I received and it wasn’t in their system. I clearly ordered at that location and they kept asking me if I was sure I had. Horrible service. They then asked if I wanted to place the order. Keep in mind that there were about 15+ orders on the to-go list and they didn’t offer at all to expedite it or anything. So I’d have to wait 25 – 40 minutes for my food. Why did I order online in the first place if that was the case. Order your food in the store, you might have to wait 20 minutes for it, but at least you’ll know it’s actually being made.

This wingstop never dissapoints! They always get my order right. Spicy Korean wings and Cajun fries are the best, and plus this place is pretty clean.

I called in my order at 10 o’ clock so I could skip the hassle of waiting and they said it’d be ready in 10 minutes. I get to the restaurant in 15, pay, and the cashier says it’ll be another couple minutes. Fine, a slight delay. I can wait. So I wait. And I wait. And I wait. I wait 20 minutes until I finally ask another cashier what’s the hold up. She quickly checks, only to find it has been sitting right next to the cash register since I got there. The initial cashier who failed to see it gives the most minimal apology(oh, I’m sorry man) and simply offers to remake the food. NO I’m not gonna wait for you to make it again! I called so I could save time and ended up waiting 35 minutes for my food and your solution is to make me wait longer? Don’t waste my time. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened, but this is the final straw. This Wingstop has lost my business for good. A pity too since I like the food, but the service is absolute crap.

Wow never thought I’d ever see myself writing a review… Ever. But this spot is just too good to not write a review about. Two words: WENDY and SEBASTIAN. They were the nicest and most helpful people I’ve ever met in a wing stop. I’ve gotta say they offered the best customer service. Sebastian was so helpful. He offered to change the channels to everyone’s interest inside the store without being prompted. Wendy was so sincere. I lost my coupon but she still honored the special offer! Great team here!

60 cents boneless wing Monday and Tuesday? Where’s my discount? Today is probably one of the worse days of my life. I came here really hungry after school and I was so happy for wings too but then after I got it. I tasted the first piece and lost appetite. The piece was frozen and hard and I just don’t want to eat anymore. I got charged for regular price too… Wtf?

The service was okay. Wings aren’t too bad. I definitely like it better than Buffalo Wild Wings since BWW seems to drench their wings in sauce no matter what flavor you get which isn’t my preference. Granted they have the dry rub option at BWW, but the Lemon Pepper flavor of Wingstop just has that little bit of «je né sais quoi»(that’s French for Flavor crystals that explode in your mouth — trust me I’m 1⁄17 French). Anyhow Wingstop is a no-nonsense straight up wing place and they do it well. They got all kinds of ol-timey photos of planes on the wall. Garlic Parmesan, Lousiana Rub and Mango Habanero are the way to go. I suppose you could go for their Atomic Flavored wings, but that would burn not only your bung-hole but your soul and who needs that right? This particular location was okay overall.

I normally HATE wingstop(especially in Milpitas) because it’s so oily and makes me feel terrible afterward, but the amazing customer service from Sebastian made it so much better. This guy is literally kind, hilarious, and overall a great person to talk to. After ordering with him, I actually enjoyed my food today! Honestly I’d come back to eat here if he’s working again because he made my experience so much better. Thanks!

Almost everything is closed in Irvine after 10pm and this is my go to spot for wings besides from BWW. The reason why I’m not getting BWW tonight is because there is no wing special on Wednesday. My roommate and I have become a regular at this particular WingStop. We would go every Wednesday if we are hungry and it is after 10pm. I ordered the 3 pieces chicken tender combo with the new sauce(Spicy Korean). It took them about 10 minutes to make my food. The spicy korean sauce was pretty good, however, my favorite sauce for wings is still mango habanero. All in all, this place is pretty good if you want em late night grubs! 3 stars for food +1 for being in Irvine and open after 10pm :)

I have become a regular patron of WingStop and decided today to visit the location in Irvine. I was greeted immediately as I entered and the gal manning the register was extremely pleasant and made me feel very welcomed. I wish I remembered her name so I could give her proper acknowledgement. I ordered the 10 piece boneless wings with mild and hot sauces along with two ordered of celery, 2 orders of ranch and a large beverage. After paying she to me it would be ready in about 11 minutes. I proceeded to the soda fountain to discover they had the Coke 100… Score!!! I love the ability to drink vanilla coke anytime I can! Approximately 11 minutes later I picked up my order and the first tho g I noticed was it seemed the skipped one order of celery but the gentleman at the pick up counter assured me it was there just in one carton. The chicken wings were good, the mild seemed a tad bit over cooked but all in all I enjoyed them. The celery was fresh and crisp. The location while small was very clean and well maintained and parking surprisingly was easy(considering how wonderful park lots tend to be in Irvine-I hope you read the sarcasm there) All and all this location met my expectations and I wi definitely visit again if I’m in the area.

Check online for special offers! I recently found a coupon for free fries with a purchase. :) My complaint is that my coworker and I ordered the food online and went to pick it up. Mine was ready but they forgot about his so we ended up waiting over 10 minutes. By the time we got back to our office, I had cold chicken and fries.

Just your average run-of-the-mill Wingstop. There’s nothing really special about this location in comparison to my visits to other Wingstop locations. I used to rave about Wingstop’s chicken wings back in my middle school days, but I have come to realize that in the«Wing War» between Wingstop vs. Buffalo Wild Wings, but I have come to realize that each eatery(in my personal opinion) does certain wing flavors better than the other. To my personally, BWW is more of a wet-wing kind of place and Wingstop is better for their dry rubs! My personal choices are Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan. Though I must say, not sure if my tastebuds have changed but I’m starting to feel a little iffy about Garlic Parmesan wings made from here, there was just SO much Parmesan on my wings it didn’t feel like the flavor really had the chance to settle in. Nothing to complain about service, parking, or seating. They’re pretty attentive and get your order in and completed as promised. Sometimes though, there can be a wait for your order BUT There’s usually seats for you to sit in or to wait for your to-go order and since it’s in a plaza, there’s always a place to park. Bare in my mind, you can call ahead or order online to complete your orders as well! Also, I’m more of a traditional bone-in my wings kinda girl, but if boneless is your calling they special deals for that on certain days… I think it used to be 50cents Mondays and Tuesdays, but they’ve upped the price to 60cents. Not a dramatic difference, but definitely something to note. Also, if you want extra dippin’ sauces(like ranch for example), that’s going to cost you an extra 89cents. So unless you really want sauce, are going to dine-in, or don’t have some at home… by all means order some sauce! Not even going to lie, I still order sauce as well. A good thing about this location too is that the late night eatery choices in Irvine are slim to none and this Wingstop is open until midnight! So if you have some late-night cravings for wings, have no fear — if it’s before midnight head on over! tldr; This location isn’t too shabby. Try the lemon pepper or garlic parmesan. There’s deal for boneless wings on Mondays and Tuesdays, but note they’ve upped the price from 50cents to 60cents. Dipping sauces are going to cost you 89 cents each.

If you are craving a late night meal I suggest you to come to Wing Stop. Most of the restaurants closes around 10pm in Irvine. I honestly think Wing Stop taste better than BWW. Hands down best late night meal. Parking is self park. Parking can get a little hectic but enough space around to park. My favorite flavors: Hot, Garlic Parmesan, Habanero, BBQ& Lemon Pepper They have specials for boneless wings but I like classic bone-in wings better. I usually get the 30 piece family meal which comes with french fries, drink, carrot & salary. Cole Slaw in large size as well. It’s a MUST. Only downside of this location is that the wait time can be long. It will take about 20 – 25 minutes usually. So I recommend call ahead to order or order online so you can minimize the wait time.

Wingstop. I have no idea how to review this place. I love wings, I have since going to Buffalo, NY. You really ought to as well. On a recent and cold Sunday I got that familiar urge for Chicken Wings slathered in neon Orange sauce and the spicy zip of heat that goes so well with NFL Football. Enter: Wingstop. Made to order Wings in a fast casual environment with somewhat lazy employees, downright sketchy customers(for Irvine anyways. No, scratch that… anywhere) and an upcharge for anything less napkins. The menu is Wings covered in any sauce they could think of(some ill advised) and Fries. They offer bottled Beer. The Wings average $ 1.00 a piece. Yep, that is about it. The Wings? I guess they will do. I got the original as I like a real deal Buffalo Wing(Bone in, Skin on, Spicy, lightly Breaded then Sauced). The sauce was doable. The skin was a bit rubbery. No discernible breading. Kind of a half assed attempt really and $ 10.00 for 10 wings is a bit pricey; all things considered. The Fries was a total abomination. Possibly the worst on Earth. Soggy, flavorless sponges of oil in a boatload of failure served medium warm with your order. I cannot stress enough how bad their Fries are… it is a cultural injustice of monumental proportions and a scourge of Mankind as a whole. Damn it… those Fries were just plain nasty. So to recap we have decent(if not too expensive) Wings, Horrific Fries and a customer base that defies the restaurant’s location plus an employee group with questionable skill sets. This is 2 stars everyday folks.

Ever since April of earlier this year after I had wings from Hot Wings Café in LA, my cravings for wings has been insatiable. Not just specific to HWC, but in general. Can’t stop, won’t stop. So it is WingStop that helps satisfy, but also contribute to an overwhelming addiction to wings. I personally enjoy the flats much more than drumsticks. And the thing that’s awesome about WingStop, I love that you can request to get all wings. YESSSSSSS. Classic, bone-in is the only way to go. My favorite flavor is lemon pepper, but Louisiana and Mild are not bad either. Mango habanero is a creeper, but good if you want that kick of heat. I love wings so much, I even made it a point to have wings the week of my birthday. Mhmm…50 wings among 3 people and I devoured a record of 16 I think. The skin is crisp and it’s made fresh to order. Beware! It’s hot! You know, cause it’s fresh and all. So be cautious or you will burn the roof of your mouth for sure. It’s happened too many times. I never learn. lol.
