This is one of the better customer service subway I’ve experience. Really depends who is working but 9 out 10 times we have gotten great service which is esp. hard to get before closing but they have always for me. Parking can be a little tricky but you can usually park on the side street or behind the building. They have 2 entries opened at all times. This place use to get super busy and messy due to all the construction workers but with them moving out and Jimmy opening close by it is never crazy busy or messy

I’ve always had a great experience when I came in. The employees have been friendly and talkative when I order. As far as the food goes, it’s subway so it’s not saying much. Tastes the same as any other. It’s just something to put in my tummy when I’m on break. Great stars for customer service!

Last night I was the jerk who came in 15 minutes before closing. But the kid behind the counter was great. He unwrapped the veggies and made me a sandwich with a smile. I remember back when I worked at a deli and I used to loathe people who would come in after I put things away. And I’m sure they could tell. This kid, however, didn’t let on at all that I might be on his hit list. Way to go, Subway employee! Also, your sandwich making skills are superb. Thanks!

Not a bad Subway. It is one of like 3 restaurants for now cause everything else is still being built. When the rest of the places are open it won’t be at the top of my list.

I don’t live far from this place so I walked over to take advantage of the $ 2 six inch subs they have for November and December. This was our first time at this location. I got my usual Meatball Sub with whatever cheese blend they suggested, they did not have any type of typical Italian Cheeses. Hubby got a Sweet Onion Taryaki(sp) they also did not have Italian Dressing he wanted. They also do NOT have the little pizzas my kids love, however they do offer a kid’s meal but getting a six inch and cutting it in half is much cheaper. I also noticed they had a nice assortment of chips, but not as many as a typical Subway. I have to admit I went about an hour or two before they closed. They were running low on selections of bread. If they could just work on overall food selections and making sure they carry reviews would be better. I give them some slack on bread choices so close to the time they close as they make it fresh daily. However, the choices in cheese, no Italian Dressing, no usual potato chips and no kid pizzas is enough to make me think twice about suggesting this for dinner. I really can’t complain about the customer service at this location. The guy provided good service and seemed about as frustrated as I was They have an awesome location here in the Issaquah Highlands but they are really blowing it down the toilet not even giving customers a chance to even spend cold hard cash!

Too many bad customer service experiences here to ever go back, even though I can see this place from my house. Wait times are only part of the problem. The kids behind the counter are arrogant, rude, and completely disrespectful. After the last bad experience where the kid making our sandwich actually SWORE when another customer came through the door and then broke my husband’s credit card when he slammed it on the cash register, I asked for a manager and was told to come back the next day. I came back and was told the same thing. I then wrote a letter of complaint and never heard back. Would give zero stars if I had the option.
