We really love this TCBY location — it is really clean, the staff is super friendly and nice(and don’t even seem to get upset when your child spills yogurt, water, sprinkles, etc. all over the floor!). I personally don’t like frozen yogurt, but it’s my kids’ favorite place. I love the cookies, and they always have sugar cookies that are decorated really cute for the season, or the Seahawks, or graduation… they also take special orders of any size! We ordered baseball cookies for my son’s baseball team party, and they were a huge hit! No need for messy cupcakes anymore :) My daughter always chooses to have her birthday cake be a big birthday cookie, and the owner is so so sweet — she let’s my daughter tell her exactly what she wants and she makes it. Once we even brought in a picture from Pinterest. She’s awesome!!! I highly recommend this place for the yogurt, the cookies, and the atmosphere!

I just had some chocolate almond yogurt from this location and it both smelled and tasted AWFUL — like blue cheese or rancid milk. I’m worried that I’m going to be very sick in an hour or so. Avoid this location! They don’t know how to handle food products properly.

It’s good the Highlands got a place like this to take kids for a treat. It’s close walking distance for summer months when wanting to go for a snack after dinner. The taste — meh. They only have maybe 1 or 2 good flavors and even then, the yogurt isn’t the best(or even near the best) I’ve had at other placed. It looks like they have a lot of toppings, but in reality, not too many to pick from unless you want a lot of different kinds of nuts or different variety of what I like to call sprinkles. A good pro is you get to pick how much you want — no set price making you feel forced to eat all of it to get your money worth. You pay for what you want. It’s always been clean though and the staff very friendly. Generally nice, very respectful teenagers.

One of my favorite froyo places! It’s nice and clean. Love their variety of choices. Lots of toppings to choose from. My only compliant is the fresh fruit selection(kiwi, oranges, anything that are usually cut up) because it tastes as if it has been handled by many hands. I’ve tried it several times thinking maybe it was a bad batch. I don’t get them anymore but it’s okay because I’m happy with just the froyo. Cashiers are almost always friendly and welcoming.

Very very impressed with this place. This isn’t the typical TCBY, it’s very hip and new. Staff is your typical youth but they were very professional and personable. The yogurt was excellent and didn’t have that synthetic aftertaste. This is my new froyo place!

Always friendly and my kids love going. They have a girl and boy themed movie playing on their 2 tvs. The place is always clean and cashiers are friendly. I’m a fan!

So glad they got froyo in the highlands! No wonder its called TCBY! Tastes like ice cream, they have actual ice cream too, and Mrs. Fields is built into it! In a nice little neighborhood, only down fall of it– right near the highlands dentistry. Hope you flossed!

Like other reviewers have noted, this isn’t the same TCBY of yesteryear. Sigh. Jumping on the self-serve bandwagon, TCBY now offers more access to germs left by careless children and adults alike, but you get the ability to distribute your toppings just how you like it. I guess we win? They also now offer a lot of different flavors in addition to their standard yogurty gold. It’s easy to over-serve yourself, so be careful. Or don’t, it tastes so good… The Issaquah Highlands location is a fairly nice but minimalist space. the storefront is a big window and lets in a lot of sunlight and the seating area is spacious and good for groups. It was much cleaner, and bit less pricey than their competitors on Front Street. 3.5÷5

TCBY of today is nothing like I remember TCBY being in my youth. Oh how times change… Here’s the thing that is so great now about TCBY vs. other yogurt places. They have HARDPACKEDYOGURTTHATTASTESJUSTLIKEICECREAM! Sorry to yell — but it needs to be shouted. It’s heavenly & they scoop it for you! That being said, they also have your DIY machines & toppings like your typical DIY yogurt place. Fun tip — the price is all based on weight. You can mix & match your hard packed fro yo with your DIY& toppings for one price! Anyhow, as previously mentioned, the hard packed yogurt is so good my mind thinks I am eating ice cream!(The Cotton Candy is crazy good). The soft-serve white chocolate mousse tastes JUST like I remember. The other soft-serve flavors are legit and yes, they do have sample cups so you can try any flavor(s) you like. They also have coffee drinks & sodas at this location. I haven’t tried their coffee yet though so I can not tell you anymore than yes, they have coffee. You’re welcome. The only thing keeping this from a 5-star review is the topping selection could be bigger or at least have more options. You have a TON of gummy options which is fine but not so many chocolate candy /crunchy options. They do have ice cream cakes for sale here though and my birthday is coming up…

I am a huge fan of these types of frozen yogurt places where you can add your own toppings. This TCBY has to be my favorite of all time. Something about their frozen yogurt is so rich tasting! I love it. You know a lot of times when you get frozen yogurt, it tastes like watery ice cream and you pile on the toppings to compensate? This place you absolutely do not need to. Their frozen yogurt feels like you’re eating soft serve ice cream. It’s so good. They have a lot of fruit toppings here. As a Midwestern girl, I really was disappointed not to see more crumbled candy bars like snickers, twix, peanut butter cups, or m&ms. They did have Oreos and Reece’s pieces but that’s it for the extreme sweet tooth people. I did see marshmallows and cookie dough but I thought another candy bar would have been a nice addition. I think it’s 43cents an ounce. Cost was about $ 12 for our entire family, not bad. I’ve never had a problem finding a parking place out front. They have lemon water and cups sitting out and plenty of seating. This place is really clean(and new) which I can appreciate. Oh, they also are a mrs fields and have cookies and such too. They have a TV playing kids movies which my four year old loves.
