Speedco – Jackson

I had my truck serviced there and had some issues arise.
I decided not to go back and confront them about it because I felt I would come off like some a hole who just wants free parts and labor and. they would blow me off and not care. I instead left mean review here on Unilocal with the intentions of preventing someone else from having the same issues.
The next day I got a call from John the manager. We had a nice talk about what happened and how they train their techs and how they would of handled my problem had I gave them a chance in person to fix it.
I assumed they were like the rest. But they are not. They actually cared enough to call, investigate and offer a solution.
For that reason I have changed my review from 1 to 5 stars and for that same reason I will go back and trust them with my truck.
If someone is willing to take the time and try and make things right with a stranger… then they have my respect an my business.
Thanks John and see you again when I need my truck serviced and I’m around GA.

Fantastic service! So willing to help! A prime example of true «Southern Hospitality»!
My family and I are on our way from NW Georgia in our family 89 custom van to St. Augustine, FL. It is the first family vacation we have taken together in over 25 years.
While on the interstate, our van began to bounce and vibrate terribly. At first we thought it was the road surface similar to the emergency shoulder surface, however we were wrong. It was not a flat tire yet, but soon would have been. It was a radial belt broken in the tire.
We continued cautiously to the next exit which took us straight to Speedco Truck Lube & Tire! That is ONLY explained as divine intervention from the Lord above. How else do you explain it?
My dad went inside and asked if they could take a look even though it is business for tractor trailers. Two gentlemen came out, and immediately decided to change the tire to our spare!!! No wait, no fuss!
Daddy asked the receptionist how much he owed and she said nothing, but you can donate a couple dollars to our Make a Wish Fund.
That is what I’m talking about! Seems they still have Christian values at this stop.
